第四篇：测绘工程

测绘工程(本科类)

本专业培养具备地面测量、空间测量、摄影测量与遥感以及地图编制等方面的知识，能在国民经济各部门从事测绘工程设计、实施与管理、国家基础测绘建设、城市和工程建设、矿产资源勘察与开发、国土资源调查与管理、地图制图与地理信息系统开发应用、环境保护与灾害防治等工作的高级工程技术人才。主要课程：测量学基础、数字测图原理、误差理论与测量平差、大地测量学基础、工程测量学、摄影测量学、遥感原理与应用、开采沉陷学、数字图像处理、地理信息系统（GIS）原理、全球定位系统（GPS）原理及应用、计算机文化基础、高级语言程序设计、数据库管理系统、计算机制图等。学生毕业后，可在国土资源相关部门、城市建设部门、交通、水利以及工矿企业和测绘单位从事测量工程以及地图与地理信息系统的设计、实施和技术管理工作，也可从事教学与科研工作。

第五篇：工程测绘

丁级测绘资质的业务范围仅限于工程测量、地籍测绘、房产测绘、海洋测绘，且不超过上述范围内的三项业务。

通用标准

一、主体资格

1、具有独立法人资格。企业法人中的甲级测绘单位注册资金不低于500万元；乙级测绘单位注册资金不低于200万元；丙级测绘单位注册资金不低于100万元；丁级测绘单位注册资金不低于50万元。申请导航电子地图制作资质的企业注册资金不低于6000万元。

2、以规划、勘察、设计、施工等为主要业务的单位，应当设有相对独立建制的测绘生产机构和主管测绘生产的负责人。

3、申请测绘资质的中外合资、合作企业的主体资格，依照《外国的组织或者个人来华测绘管理暂行办法》的有关规定执行。

二、专业技术人员

1、本标准所称高级、中级和初级专业技术人员，是指经具备相应职称评定资格的机构颁发或认可的具有相应专业技术职务任职资格的人员。

2、未取得专业技术职务任职资格的其他测绘从业人员，应当通过测绘职业技能鉴定。

3、本标准所称测绘相关专业技术人员，是指地质、水利、勘察、物探、道桥、工民建、规划、海洋勘测、土地资源管理、计算机等工程技术人员，或者能够提供其在校期间所学专业开设测绘专业为必修课程证明的工程技术人员，但不得超过本标准对专业技术人员要求数量的50%。申请地理信息系统工程、互联网地图服务资质的单位，测绘相关专业技术人员不得超过本标准对专业技术人员要求数量的70%。

4、同一单位申请两个以上测绘专业的，对人员数量的要求不累加计算。

5、法定退休人员、兼职人员和没有签订劳动合同的人员不得计入专业技术人员。

三、仪器设备按各专业标准核算仪器设备数量时，非本单位所有的仪器设备、租借的仪器设备、检定有效期已过的仪器设备或者不能正常使用的仪器设备等，均不能列入。

随着科学技术的发展，性能指标更优越的仪器设备可以替代某一专业标准所规定的相应仪器设备。

使用通用测绘专业软件的，应当通过国家测绘局组织的测评。

四、办公场所各等级测绘单位的办公场所：甲级不少于500平方米，乙级不少于250平方米，丙级不少于80平方米，丁级不少于40平方米。

五、质量管理

1、质量保证体系认证：甲级测绘单位应当通过ISO9000系列质量保证体系认证；乙级测绘单位应当通过ISO9000系列质量保证体系认证或者通过省级测绘行政主管部门考核；丙级测绘单位应当通过ISO9000系列质量保

证体系认证或者通过设区的市（州）级以上测绘行政主管部门考核；丁级测绘单位应当通过县级以上测绘行政主管部门考核。

2、配备专门的质量检验机构和质检人员：甲、乙级测绘单位质检机构、人员齐全，丙级测绘单位配备专门质检人员，丁级测绘单位配备兼职质检人员。

六、档案和保密管理

1、有健全的测绘成果及资料档案管理制度、保密制度和相应的设施：有明确的保密岗位责任，与涉密人员签订了保密责任书；明确专人保管、提供统计报表；建立测绘成果核准、登记、注销、检查、延期使用等管理制度；有适宜测绘成果存储的介质和库房。

2、资料档案管理考核：甲、乙级测绘单位应当通过省级测绘行政主管部门考核，取得通过考核的证明文件；丙级测绘单位应当通过设区的市（州）级以上测绘行政主管部门考核，取得通过考核的证明文件；丁级测绘单位应当通过县级以上测绘行政主管部门考核，取得通过考核的证明文件。

七、测绘业绩凡申请测绘资质升级和变更业务范围的，应当具有以下业绩：

1、获奖情况

申请甲级：近3年内获得不少于2项省级以上测绘行政主管部门认定的优秀测绘工程奖。

申请乙级：近3年内获得不少于1项省级以上测绘行政主管部门认定的优秀测绘工程奖。

2、业务规模和质量水平

申请甲级：近3年内承揽的测绘服务总值不少于1200万元，且有3个以上测绘工程项目通过省级以上测绘行政主管部门组织的质量认可。

申请乙级：近3年内承揽的测绘服务总值不少于400万元，且有2个以上测绘工程项目通过设区的市（州）级以上测绘行政主管部门组织的质量认可。申请丙级：近3年内承揽的测绘服务总值不少于80万元，且有1个以上测绘工程项目通过县级以上测绘行政主管部门组织的质量认可。
