一、教学设计理念

在设计本课时,重点突出我校“自主合作,动态生成”的课堂模式。运用任务型语言教学模式,通过训练逐渐培养学生对语言的综合运用的能力。与此同时,在课堂中关注学生的学习方式的转变,课堂以学生为主体,以任务为主线,重视体验参与,教师起到“设计者、研究者、促进者、协调者”的作用。在教学中,突出课堂教学的有效性,注重听说读写的实用性,通过交际活动,逐步培养运用英语语言进行交际的习惯,从而形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。在课堂上,还要关注学生课堂的思维含量,通过设置有梯度的任务和小组合作学习的形式,进行有步骤有层次的训练,最终达到“动态生成”的目标。

二、本课的教学内容分析

1)教材分析:本单元是《 仁爱英语 》八年级上册的第三单元话题三的内容。它的中心话题是过去进行时的学习和应用。本课是一节以语法为学习主线,以任务为语言教学模式的起始课,主要教学内容是过去进行时。通过教学任务来整体感知过去进行时用法和语言环境。引导学生初步学会用过去进行时表达意思。

2)教学目标

知识目标:初步感知过去进行时态,进一步培养听、说、读、写的能力。

能力目标:通过听力练习,锻炼英语听力理解能力;通过口语操练,锻炼学生说的能力和交际能力。

情感态度:以自主和合作相结合的学习方式,鼓励学生在小组中协作,共同完成学习的任务,逐步形成“团队”意识。3)教学重点和难点

教学重点:过去进行时基本形式及用法。

教学难点:① 在对话和阅读中整体感知过去进行时语境。② 创设情景,设计话题,在交际活动掌握语法项目。

三、学情分析:

学生在七年级已经基本掌握了现在进行时的用法,初步掌握现在进行时的结构和特征,已经熟练掌握了现在分词,为这一节课的学习做好了铺垫。但是学生在实际交际中,运用was/were v+ing 这一基本结构以及由它变化出来的否定句、一般疑问句和特殊疑问句很容易出现错误。因此在课堂中应该设置有梯度的任务,通过有效的交际训练,来达到教学目标。

四、教具准备:

多媒体,黑板和粉笔。

五、教法设计:

在教学过程中,以任务型语言教学模式为主,直观式教学和竞赛激励教学方式为辅。课堂以学生为主体,以任务为主线,通过师生互动和生生合作,达到自主合作的学习目的。以电脑多媒体辅助教学为基本的教学手段,创设生动有趣的语言教学情景。通过小组竞赛,交际合作等方式激发学生的学习热情。展示图片和情景,加强教学的直观性,提高课堂教学效果。贯彻兴趣激发策略、互动性和启发性原则,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。努力使学生在教师的指导下,通过在语境中体验学习内容,最终生成学习英语语法的方法。

六、教学过程:

Step 1.Warm up

Divide the students into 4 groups, and have a competition.Review the present participle.Teacher: Let’s have a competition.There are 4 groups in class.Group One, Group Two, Group Three and Group Four.Look at the screen.Change the verbs into the ing form.If one student’ answer in your group is right, your group can get a flag.Let’s see which group is the winner.设计意图:从已知的现在分词进行导入,从而降低学生的学习难度;通过小组竞赛,使孩子思维快速进入紧张状态,以便孩子快速进入角色。

Step 2.Check out the preparation of the past continuous tense.Let students learn the usage of he past continuous tense by themselves.设计意图:检查预习,体现学生自主学习的过程,也体现“先学后教”的教学方式。Step 3.Learn 1a on Page 69.(1)Watch the flash, and answer some questions.(通过视听手段对一般现在时有个整体感知,并通过问题来反馈他们听的情况。)(2)Read the dialogue as different roles, and then follow the voice from flash.(熟悉对话,检查学生读的语音语调;跟读对话,目的是模仿录音的语音语调,有利于学生语音语调的养成。)(3)Find the phrases in the conversation.(自己找出短语,体现自主学习,引导学生注重语言点的学习。)

(4)Read the phrases twice.(巩固短语。)Step 4.Make a survey.According the form, interview many students.设计意图:通过调查,创设情境,达到一般过去时的肯定句和否定句的操练。

(1)Use the structure on the screen to do it in order that the example can help students with tasks well.(给出句型结构,通过例句进行指导,这就降低了学习难度,从而有利于学生通过交际完成任务。)

(2)Report.(检查一般过去时的肯定句和否定句的运用情况。)Step 5.Read the passage, and then finish the tasks.Task 1.Read the passage, and find some new words, and then finish Question One.(整体感知文章,排除阅读障碍,检查学生对文章的理解情况。)

Task 2.Find the time adverbials of the past continuous tense in the passage.And then find the sentences of this kind of the tense.(找时间状语,是为了帮助学生判时态;找过去进行时的句子是为了帮助学生熟悉时态的基本结构。)

Task 3.Ask some questions.The students had better use what, where or when.(既考察学生对文章的理解的情况,又练习了过去进行时的特殊疑问句。)Step 6.Pair work

Task 1.Interview your partner and ask what he/she or his/her family was doing from 8 to 9 yesterday.And then make a conversation after the example.(创设情境,通过对话,练习特殊疑问句,来达到熟练句型的目的,也有利于学生交际和沟通能力的培养;给出例句,是为了降低学生学习难度。)

一、学生基本情况分析:

本学期我担任了八年级(119)(120)两个班级的英语教学任务,其中(120)班稍微好些,但尖子生少,(119)班不仅尖子生特少,但差生也多,还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。为了更好的完成教育教学任务,我制定了本计划,具体工作计划如下:

二、加强教学常规管理,强化质量意识

1、在学习课程标准,吃透教材的基础上,认真备课。在了解学生的基础上,明确了解每课时的重点、要点,条理清晰,使学生掌握每课的内容,并把每课的心得体会,反馈在教学后记中,有助于以后更进一步地改进自己的教学水平。

2、认真组织好课堂45分钟的教学,因材施教,在传授学生知识的同时,教给学生科学的学习方法,努力改进自己的教学方法,融入到自己的教学中,探索英语教学新模式,打破旧框架,形成自己的教学风格和特色。

3、对学生的作业要适量。自身深入题海,然后精选题目,做到少而精,切实减轻学生的负担,提高教学质量。每次作业,教师认真批改,并及时发放,重视讲评。

4、精讲多练,培养学生听、说、读、写能力。

5、做好尖子生的辅导工作,并积极转化后进生,提高班级整体素质。

三、教材分析:

这套教材零起点,针对性强;体例,体系新颖,以康康等四位主人公相识,相知,成长,生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终,生活气息浓厚,所学内容符合学生实际需要。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的语训练,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。C部分是语言学习的补充,单元语法的再现,结合练习训练。D部分是写作部分,根据单元所学的内容,完成相关话题的作文。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,对于我们农村学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

四.教学重点难点

本册教材的重点是一般将来时用法;反义疑问句;过去进行时的用法;表感官和直觉的系动词的用法;动词不定式的用法;情态动词may mightmust can的用法。
