七年级语文：

1、教案篇数超额完成，类型全面，有作文及综合性教案，大多数老师有

圈点，有旁批，有二形成自己的教学过程，不少老师有教学反思环节

2、个别老师不够认真，只是简单的勾画，旁批内容太简单。八年级语文：

1、优点：书写认真，大多数老师写的详案，能够结合教材设计合适的教案方案，重点有突出，难点有突破，2、缺点：

1、个别老师教案环节不完整，有的只有教学目标，没有写作文和综合性学习的教案。

九年级语文：

1、能紧扣考纲，有针对性的编制教案

2、教案篇数较少，个别老师教案编制过于简单

七年级语文：七年级语文教案为打印教案，各位老师都能认真研读，并且在卷上留有教学流程，体现了自己对文本的理解和思考，形成了自己的教学风格，大多数老师都在教学反思这一项中记下了自己的成功之处，失败教训及经验等，值得所有教师学习，在本年级所有教案，特别值得表扬的老师有李晶晶、王琪两位。八年级语文：八年级语文教案为手写教案，各位老师书写都非常认真，教学流程合理，环节完备，但有个别老师教案缺少环节，如“课堂小结”这一环节缺少较多。

訾文虎、郝卫春两位老师的教案值得表扬，訾老师不仅有语文教案，而且有文作教案，这是其他老师所没有的，郝老师的教案书写特别认真，并有教学反思值得学习。

九年级语文：九年级复习教案，能够紧紧围绕中考考点进行编写，有较强的使用价值，有个别老师的课时数太少。

值得表扬的有：张圆圆、张艳两位老师，写作特别认真，特别有实用价值。理化总结：

1、八年级物理组教案都很认真

2、冯子健、马玉峰教案特别认真且结构完整都有反思

3、九年级物理差距较大 生地总结：

本次七、八年级生地教案整体质量较好，优秀的篇数很多，各位老师都能够认真备课，其中突出的有武西峰、王浩老师的教案，非常认真。理化总结：

1、整体较好，基本环节都有，字迹工整，书写较好！

2、其中冯子健、马玉峰写的较好，非常认真

3、教案篇数相差较大，最高为25篇（杨涛），最少只有10篇（卞正振）七年级英语总结：

七年级的教案比较认真，但旁批的知识点和课程环节脱节，课后反思应付的成分很大

八年级英语总结：整体老讲教案书写认真，字迹工整，有完整的授课环节，个别教师用双色笔写教案，重难点在教案中标注出来，体现教案真正指导课堂，但是个别教师的教案仓促，详略不当，无板书设计，并且不能坚持写反思，这个坏毛病也制约着教师成为一个具有反思精神的教师。九年级英语总结：九年级教案篇数太少，很多老师在上次查完教案后今天才补得，草率，仓促，不是很认真，有老师从上次到现在就写2篇教案，实属态度不端正。音体美微写总结：

1、检查中发现个别老师缺少教学环节，教案编写较为简单

2、个别老师字迹潦草，看不清楚

总体上大部分教师教案编写认真，篇数依据周次及课时能按要求数量。七八九数学总结：

1.部分教师不能认真备课，教案很不认真。2.李海彬教案很认真

1.教学进度较统一，教学环节处理也不错。2.教学反思也较深刻。

3.在创新思路这一块整体不是太好，在个人特点这方面，希望老师能有自己的见解。

七八九政史：

九年级政史优点：1.都能够及时总结、教学环节都比较充实； 2.大部分都能够认真地编写教案； 九年级政史不足：总体来看，九年级的政史教案的编写不如七八年级的，表现为： 1.个别老师的篇数较少，达不到科学统一的标准；

2.个别老师的教案太过于简单，一页都不到，明显不认真，还有个别老师从上次检查后到现在一点都没有编写。

七八年级政史优点：1.编写都比较认真，教学环节紧凑； 2.教案内容比较充实，书写也相对规范。

七八年级政史不足：1.个别老师的篇数达不到学校的要求； 2.极个别老师教案内容编写不太认真、空洞给人一种应付之感。七八年级政史：多数教师的数量都能达到要求，教案写的都很详细，有教学反思，个别教师打印的教案，缺乏自己的创新思路，补充的内容较少。

九年级政史：基本能达到要求的篇数，教学流程完整，有教学反思。九年级历史篇数都未达到要求(个别教师（程玉清）在上次检查过后未写一篇),但教案的质量很好，教学过程详细 七年级英语总结：

徐丽梅、韩晓梅、张丽华、有反思、教学思路写的详细，普遍个人教学思路不明显。

八年级英语总结：

周丽娟、徐晓雅、郑晟楠特别好，知识点用红色标注，有反思 八年级英语大部分老师没有反思，个别人过于简单。九年级英语总结：

1、复习教案过简单，没有知识的提升，总结及方法欠缺

2、个别同志教案过少，在上次的基础上只增加了一篇

3、张华新的教案较详细 音体美微写总结：

检查中发现个别老师教案内容过于简单，教学环节不够充实，只图数量不重质量，个别老师的自己太过潦草，难以辨认。

第二次教案检查总结

昆明市官渡区兴杰学校教务处 刘吉聪

2011年4月22日

我们在4月20日、21日教务处进行了为期两天的教案检查。本次检查我们抱着客观、公正的态度，注重检查教案的质量。主要目的是对老师们4月份的工作做一个记载，同时发现好的做法及时推广，发现问题及时纠正。下面，我就从四方面对本次活动作以下总结：

一、优点

1、教案书写工整、规范、备课认真详细、进度计划、教学环节齐全、条理清楚。

2、各教研组教研活动到位，注重互相沟通，教学进度、单元备课能及时统一，为教案备写指明方向的教研组有语文组。教案具有实用性和可操作性，重视对难点、重点的反复推敲，如孔丽萍老师等。

3、教材目标把握准确，能体现教改模式，注意学法渗透，有明显自学提示、具有教师活动、学生活动设计及设计意图如孔丽萍、李晨熙老师等。

二、不足

1、个别教师备课过程简单，教学设计粗略，字迹潦草，龙飞凤舞，既无数量又无质量，个别教师有错字、病句现象。

2、个别教师的教学目标与课时案极不吻合，二课时只备一课时的学习目标，有的有好几天都没有课时教案。

3、个别教师教案只是教材内容的罗列或者是教材内容的填充，未能体现教学组织和设计，就象是教材的翻版。

4、个别教师的教案生本活动太简单，没有体现了教师的有意引导、组织与设计，备课缺乏深挖教材、专心思考。教师对什么是教案知之甚少，不能学习常规制度。

5、个别教师教学反思只有学生现状的反应，没有解决策略，没有将课堂问题的解决落到有效的解决策略中。

6、备课新授课多，极少见备练习课和试卷讲评课。

三、努力的方向

1、教研组长应加强对个别教师作业、教案进行个别指导，力争将教案备写纳入正规化。集体备课时要统一带教案，用红笔统一出学习目标、自学提示、当堂训练题。没有进度计划、全册备课的教师请及时补齐。

2、教务处将加强教案的质量管理，要求教师写实实在在的教案，教案是课堂教学的真实预设，而不是应付检查的替代品，要注重教案和课堂的有效统一。

3、要求写实实在在的教学心得，不要写空洞的理论，就课堂的得得失失，要想出相应的解决办法。

四、值得反思的问题

1、教学准备是否充分，有无不妥和遗漏。

2、是否有效完成教学任务，实现教学目标。

3、教学过程是否合理有序，完整。

4、教学方法和策略是否符合课程改革的理念，是否具有创新性。

5、基础知识传授是否正确，有无错误。

6、教学活动的时间和秩序是否有科学合理的掌握。

7、对生产的问题和突发性事件是否有正确灵活应对处理。

8、对学生的提问回答及课堂行为是否有适时的回答和中肯的评价。

9、全体学生是否参与到学习当中，是否关注了个性差异。

10、学生是否在宽松和谐的环境中学习。

总之，本次教案检查比第一次检查差得多，好的做法我们要认真学习，发扬广大，对于存在的问题要及时解决、不断完善。教案的质量优劣直接关系着教学效果的好与坏，我们决不能走形式，走过程来应付检查，我们必须不断地总结经验与教训，不断探索、不断创新，才能断提高教育教学质量。另外，在本次活动中，通过全体教师的参与，我们能够取人之长、补己之短，达到相互学习，共同提高的目的。

二次供水监督检查总结

按照《生活饮用水卫生监督管理办法》的规定，我综合一股组织卫生监督员对本辖区的二次供水单位进行了专项监督检查，现将监督检查情况总结如下：

一、检查内容

1、有卫生许可证擅自供水；

2、直接供管水人员有无健康合格证及卫生知识培训证；

3、卫生管理制度是否健全；

4、有无清洗、消毒和检验记录；有无水污染时间防范措施及水污染事件报告制度；

5、水箱及蓄水池设施是否符合卫生要求。

二、检查结果

本辖区内有1家二次供水单位，对其进行了全面监督检查，其通过了卫生许可。检查直接供水人员1人，持有健康体检合格证明，持证率100%。建立了供水卫生管理制度，定期对水箱蓄水池进行清洗。蓄水池周围环境整洁，无杂物堆放，蓄水池内水质清澈、无青苔、泥沙。

三、存在问题 检查中发现的问题：

1、溢水管末未加网罩；

2、相关的记录不完善，如：对蓄水池进行清洗、消毒和检验的纤细记录。

针对存在问题，我监督员对具体情况提出了具体的监督意见，要求其针对具体问题做出整改。
