开放的邗江欢迎韩国朋友投资考察
一、扬州和韩国的友好交往源远流长。
1000年前，崔致远先生曾在扬州为官5年，从而使这位“新罗文化的圣人”成为中韩两国世代友好的见证，也成为扬州与韩国文化、经贸往来的始祖。目前在扬州设有崔致远纪念馆，每年的6月崔氏的后人都来扬拜祭先人。
今天的扬州市和韩国经济、文化往来日益密切。扬州市的韩国工业园也坐落于邗江工业园内。韩国的龙仁市和丽水市是扬州市的国际友好城市。去年邗江区两名公务员作为友好城市公务员交流于龙仁市进行了为期两个月的学习和交流。
二、邗江的基本情况
有着2500年历史的邗江位于中国江苏省中部，环绕国家历史文化名城——扬州市，东依上海，西接南京，南临长江，北接淮水，中贯京杭大运河。区域面积757平方公里，总人口50万。历史上的扬州数度繁华，尤以两汉、隋唐、清代康乾年间为盛，是当时我国东南地区的大都会。我们邗江因公元前486年吴王夫差开邗沟、筑邗城而得名。邗江环绕扬州老城区，拥有扬州市的一切资源优势，具体可以用四句话来概括:扬州城市的周边是邗江，扬州的城市新区在邗江，扬州市区的沿江属邗江，扬州的交通枢纽在邗江。是扬州市区面积最广、人口最多、实力最强、发展潜力最大的区。1993年和1995年连续两次跻身“全国综合实力百强县”，排名分别为45位和42位，去年全区人均国内生产总值达到2800美元。勤劳的邗江人民曾经创造了历史的辉煌，延续了历史文明，正在抢抓机 1
遇，奋力拼搏，加快融入扬州城市化进程，努力实现江泽民总书记对家乡的殷切期望——“把扬州建设成为古代文化与现代文明交相辉映的名城”。
这里，气候宜人，四季分明，雨量充沛，年平均气温15℃，日平均温度低于0℃的天数约为20天，高于35℃的天数约为8天，各地人都容易适应。
这里，“扼江防要冲、处淮左名都”，水陆交通发达，是苏北、苏中的重要交通门户。京杭大运河纵贯南北，３２８国道、宁通高速公路横穿东西，国家一级开放港口——扬州港拥有3万吨集装箱码头，可直航海外。距南京禄口国际机场约1个多小时路程，距上海虹桥国际机场约2个多小时路程。今年五月一日正式通车的亚洲第一，世界第三的润扬长江公路大桥北桥头、国家一级始发站——扬州火车站座落邗江境内，与大桥同期建成通车的扬州西北绕城高速公路穿境而过，将连接大桥与京沪高速公路，形成四通八达的“交通走廊”。
这里，人居环境优美，治安秩序良好，文化、教育、医疗、饮食、娱乐、商贸等设施齐全，是享誉全国的优秀旅游城市、国家卫生城市、全国生态示范市、国家环保模范城市以及全国社会治安综合治理先进城市。这里，正在成为新一轮投资开发的热土。随着扬州城市大开放、大开发、大发展时代的来临，邗江作为城市新区的独特区位优势日益凸现，正在成为扬州城市建设的主战场。目前，我区正在实施“近郊加速融入城市，远郊组团发展，全面迈向城市化”的发展战略，将为海内外投资者提供投资开发的广阔空间和无限商机。
三、邗江雄厚的产业基础构
邗江经济发展基础较好，特色产业众多。1993年和1995年
曾连续两次跻身“全国综合实力百强县”行列，排名分别为45位和42位，2004年全区人均GDP达到2800美元，在苏中、苏北地区名列前茅。近日，全国工商联公布全国规模民营企业500强，邗江5家企业榜上有名。以下是邗江的几个重点产业，也是希望能和韩资企业合作、合资或韩资独资的产业。
1、纺织服装产业。总体规模达到30亿元，拥有江苏虎豹集团、江苏琴曼集团、江苏柏泰集团、扬州万达羽绒制品公司等重点企业。去年4月，我区在江苏省纺织工业协会的支持下，举办了首届“中国扬州（邗江）服装节”，把邗江的纺织服装产业推向了全国和世界各地。在江苏纺织服装产业集群名镇授牌仪式上，邗江区成为全省惟一获得“江苏服装产业基地”金字招牌的地区。江苏虎豹集团是我区纺织服装行业的龙头企业，现有总资产5亿元，员工4000多人，“虎豹”商标被认定为“中国驰名商标”。同时虎豹集团和琴曼集团捧回了“中国名牌产品”金色牌匾，虎豹集团同时还获得“2004年全国质量管理先进企业”牌匾。扬州全市仅3个“中国名牌”产品，邗江就占了2席。
2、日用化工及旅游用品产业。总体规模达到30亿元，拥有江苏三笑集团、高露洁三笑有限公司、扬州金泉旅游用品公司、扬州鑫源旅游用品公司等重点企业。三笑集团是全世界最大的牙刷生产基地，“三笑牌”系列牙刷在国内市场的占有率超过70%，吸引了世界500强企业美国高露洁棕榄公司在我区投资合作，并带动了一大批日用化工及旅游用品企业的发展。今年4月，三笑集团所在地杭集镇被全国轻工总会授予“中国牙刷之都”荣誉称号。
3、压力机及机械制造产业。邗江拥有江苏扬力锻压机床有限公司、江苏牧羊集团、扬州数控机床有限公司、扬州锻压机床有限公司等重点产业。扬力公司的压力机械、牧羊集团的饲料机
械均在国内同行业处于领先地位。去年4月，全国惟一的金属板材加工设备产业基地在邗江挂牌，金方圆、扬力等6家骨干企业及相关配套企业创造出了30多个亿的经济总量。为将此基地建成国内一流的基地，邗江正一方面加速在柔性生产线、激光切割等高技术领域取得突破，同时积极寻找在该领域拥有尖端技术的合作伙伴，巩固在全国同行业的领跑地位。
4、化工及新型包装材料产业。总体规模达到20亿元，拥有江苏琼花集团等重点企业。琼花集团生产的PVC片材及各类新型包装材料在全国同行业也处于单打冠军的位臵，目前该企业正在积极筹备上市。
5、建筑产业。总规模达到35亿元，拥有国家一级资质施工企业江苏邗建集团，江苏新江南伟业机电安装设备有限公司等一批重点企业集团。
6、房地产业。邗江位于扬州新区，房地产业非常发达，已有多家国内知名房产公司抢滩市场，房市价格连攀新高。目前我区的房产已成为扬州房地产开发的主战场。随着扬州新城西区开发和经营城市力度的加大，房地产业仍有非常大的发展空间。
除了以上六个重点产业以外，我区还拥有电子电器、通讯线缆、鞋帽玩具、医疗器械、太阳能综合利用、水泥建材、制笔制刷、农副产品等主导产业以及一批具有一定实力规模的企业集团。
四、沿江开发战略的实施把邗江推上了加速发展的快车道
按照省委、省政府加快沿江开发的总体部署，扬州正在依托80公里长江岸线的资源优势，实施沿江大开发战略，规划建设化工、纺织、汽车、高科技、生态农业林业、物流旅游业6大产业板块，全力推进扬州经济从“运河时代”走向“长江时代”。我们邗江作为扬州市区沿江开发的重要战略前沿，拥有长江岸线26.8
公里，其中可供开发的-10米以下深水岸线达20公里。目前，我区正在实施大交通战略，重点打通沿江及区内4条交通快速干道，精心打造2个市级工业园和5个区级工业园，为广大投资者提供优质的投资载体。下面，我着重介绍一下邗江工业园。
邗江工业园是扬州市城市总体规划确定的工业园区之一，位于市区西南部，紧邻扬州新城中心，距离老城区中心约3.5公里。园区重点发展外商投资企业和高新技术产业，并按服装加工片、电子工业片、机电工程片、精细化工片、轻工加工片进行布臵，通过企业化运作、集中化服务、数字化管理，把园区建成高效、便捷、清洁、优美、安全的绿色数字化工业园区。工业园区一期规划总用地约8平方公里。2001年9月启动建设，至去年年底基本开发完成，已批准进园企业110家，总投资 71亿元，有50 家企业建成投产。目前，规划面积21.6平方公里的二期工程已经启动，美国TCP公司投资8000万美元照明产品生产项目和投资4个亿的华油钢管等项目正在建设之中。对参与沿江开发和进入邗江工业园的项目，我们出台了相关优惠政策，具体内容，欢迎大家查阅有关文件。
五、浓郁的亲商富商氛围是邗江极具吸引力的关键所在在优惠政策方面，除认真落实国家和省市的各项优惠政策外，我们专门出台了《关于促进经济加快发展的若干意见》，进一步放大政策洼地效应，充分体现了地方政策优势。
在运营成本方面，各种建设、生产成本相对较低，如通关速度较快，工业用自来水成本RMB2.7/吨，工业用电成本在05.－0.7/度。在具体相关内容，欢迎大家到有关部门咨询。
在手续办理方面，成立了扬州市邗江区行政服务中心，对所有项目申报、证照办理实行“一站式”审批。项目立项和可行性
研究报告、环保立项、土地、规划和建设、合同和章程等前臵手续区内审批时限不超过7个有效工作日，特殊情况下不超过10个工作日。土地征用手续办理时限不超过３０个工作日。

尊敬的各位嘉宾、各位朋友，女士们、先生们：
下午好！
在这春暖花开、景色宜人的美好季节，我们欢聚一堂，畅叙友情，相互交流，共谋发展。在此，我谨代表江都市委、市人民政府，向光临本次花卉节的各位嘉宾、各位朋友表示最热烈的欢迎！
现在，我向大家简要介绍江都的经济社会发展情况，希望大家进一步了解江都、关爱江都、投资江都。
江都历史悠久，人文荟萃，环境优美，物产丰饶，素有鱼米之乡、花木之乡、丝绸之乡、建筑之乡之美誉，是华东地区重要的交通枢纽、水利枢纽和电力枢纽，是国家南水北调东线工程源头。全市总面积1332平方公里，人口107万。改革开放以来，江都人民开拓进取，乘势而上，经济建设和各项社会事业得到了较快发展，在第四届全国县域经济综合竞争力评比中名列第46位。先后荣获全国科技进步先进市、全国文化先进市、全国社会治安综合治理先进市、江苏省党建工作先进市、江苏省双拥模范城、江苏省卫生城市、江苏省文明城市等荣誉称号。2004年，全市实现地区生产总值167.7亿元，财政收入14.28亿元，全社会固定资产投资61亿元，各项存款余额180亿元，主要经济指标名列扬州市各县（市、区）前茅，在苏中地区乃至全省位次逐步前移。今年以来，经济和社会事业继续保持较快发展的良好势头。借此机会，我谨向长期以来关心支持江都经济社会发展的各位领导、各位朋友表示最衷心的感谢！
当前，我们迎来了重要的发展战略机遇期，国际产业、各类资本加速向“长三角”转移集聚，宁启铁路、润扬长江大桥的建成通车，使我市的区位优势更加明显。为抢抓机遇，加快发展，我市提出了“大干三五年、奋力争进位”的总体目标要求，即通过三至五年的努力，在2009年提前实现全面小康，力争挤进全省县（市）前十强。在加快经济社会发展的进程中，我们始终突出四个方面：
一、大力推进沿江开发，不断拓展发展新空间
近年来，我市把沿江开发作为加快经济发展的重要举措，通过高起点规划、高强度建设、高速度推进，沿江开发已初具规模。
规划布局不断完善。我市沿江地区南至长江，北至宁启铁路，总面积达470平方公里，可供开发的土地面积约400平方公里。在省、扬州市沿江开发总体规划指导下，我们编制了《江都市沿江开发区域规划》及各类专项规划，对470平方公里进行整体规划布局，侧重对宁通公路以南160平方公里组织编制总体规划，先行启动区规划建设达30平方公里。现启动区已完成了产业布局、功能分区规划，修编了船舶工业带、机电冶金工业园、精细化工园、高科技产业园等“一带三园”建设详规。下一步，我们将科学编制沿江区域城市副中心组团规划、重点区域建设规划以及基础设施布局规划和商住区规划，逐步把沿江地区打造成生产发达、生态优美、生活富裕的现代化新型城区、新型园区、新型港区、新型生态区。
基础设施日益配套。近年来，累计在沿江投入近10亿元，推进“水、电、港、路、桥、房”建设，已形成了较强的市政公用设施和公共事业配套能力，“三纵三横”20多公里的路网全线贯通，供电、通讯、给排水设施齐全，目前“五通一平”建设区域已达10平方公里。江都港改造升级为一类口岸，经省政府批准正式对外开放，年吞吐能力500万吨。今年，沿江开发将大力推进10大工程建设，启动沿江5万吨污水处理厂、4万吨自来水厂一期工程、3万吨综合码头工程建设，建成区内主次干道5条20公里、园区汛前防洪排涝应急工程、11万伏公用变电所，将一号码头扩建成万吨级码头，年内完成基础设施投入10亿元左右。
产业开发初见成效。沿江开发区已累计引进项目14个，总投资38.6亿元，诚德钢管、福龙特种钢、长青农化、亚海造船、科进船业等企业已先后落户沿江，华伦化工、大江化工、华诚汽车零部件等一批企业也即将在沿江投资建设。当前及今后一个时期，我们将依托现有“一带三园”，着力培植机电冶金、精细化工、汽车及零部件、船舶制造及高新技术等五大主导产业，推动一批单体投量大、科技含量高、带动能力强的大项目向沿江区域集聚。至“十一五”期末，力争沿江支柱产业规模总量达到300亿元。
与沿江大开发相呼应，各镇工业集中区也迎来了新一轮建设热潮，全市21个镇级工业集中区累计开发面积近2万亩，进区项目600多个，总投资25亿元，3个集中区获得“全国乡镇工业科技示范园区”称号，还有3个集中区获得“江苏省乡镇工业小区”称号。我市按照整合资源、集约开发、扩大规模、打造特色的要求，加快各镇工业集中区建设，今年将完成基础设施投入4亿元，新增进园项目350个。3-5年内，全市将形成以武坚体育器材、永安汽车配件、双沟电子电器、丁伙建筑机械为代表的8个产业特色鲜明、布局合理有序、经济总量分别突破20亿元的工业集中区。
沿江开发和各镇工业集中区的加快推进，提升了我市产业集聚、要素集聚能力。近年来，我市“双资”利用连年翻番。2004年，合同利用外资1.84亿美元，实际利用外资1亿美元，分别增长146%、81%；利用民资40.6亿元，增长67.1%。
二、大力推进新型工业化，不断培植发展新优势
江都是苏中地区重要的工业城市，全市拥有工业企业6000多家，去年实现产值380亿元，增长35%，今年可望突破500亿元，规模工业总量位居苏中各县（市）前列。
产业特色逐步显现。全市已形成汽车及零部件、机械冶金、石化医药、船舶制造四大支柱产业，年产值占全市工业经济总量的70%以上。江都是苏州金龙、厦门金旅、江淮JAC的汽车生产基地，中高档大中型客车、越野车、吉普车、高空带电作业车等年生产能力2万辆。机械冶金业拥有企业1000多家，数控锻压机床、发电机组、油泵油嘴等产品质量水平在国内领先，福龙特种钢、新马铸钢等一批项目相继落户投产，已形成年产200万吨钢的生产能力。石化医药行业共有9大类300多个品种，华伦公司溶剂油、合成兽药厂强力霉素等产品的产销量全国第一。江都拥有造船企业100多家，年造船40万综合吨，主要生产各类远洋集装箱货轮，成品油运输油轮等产品，去年产销已突破30亿元。我市将围绕打造先进制造业基地目标，加快优势产业集聚，重点支持一批关联度大、带动力强的产业链项目，形成一批市场占有率高、具有比较优势的产业集群。初步规划，今后3-5年，汽车工业产销规模突破150亿元，机械冶金业突破400亿元，医药化工业突破200亿元，船舶制造业突破100亿元。
规模企业逐步增多。各重点企业快速扩张，竞争优势逐步增强，一批中小企业迅速崛起，成为区域经济发展的主导力量。去年全市产销过亿元企业47家，今年可望达到60家。诚德钢管去年销售突破10亿元，长青公司、江佳公司、亚威公司等重点企业在国内同行业中具有比较竞争优势。我市将进一步完善和落实优惠政策，集中精力扶持重点企业，鼓励和支持企业通过兼并、重组等多种方式做大规模、快速扩张。我市将推出优势企业、优质产品，广泛寻求对外合资合作，实现共同发展。今后3-5年，培育2-3家年销售30亿元以上的企业，形成10个10亿元以上、30个3-5亿元、100个亿元以上规模企业群。
产业层次逐步提升。全市拥有省级高新技术企业15家、高新技术产品90多个，省、扬州市工程技术研究中心、技术开发中心20多个，亚威公司、长青公司建成博士后工作站，全市年产学研合作及科研成果转化30多项，专利申请量在苏中各县（市）中位居第一，初步形成了机电、化工、医药、环保等一批高新技术产品群。我市将把科技创新作为推动经济发展的第一动力，在加快传统产业更新改造的同时，大力引进和发展电子信息、生物医药、机电一体化等高新技术产业。三年内，高新技术企业和产品拥有量翻一番，产值占全部工业的比重达30%，科技进步对经济的贡献率每年增长3个百分点。
产业配套能力逐步增强。我市工业门类齐全，产业分工明晰，汽车零部件、电子电器、玩具、服装配套企业众多，机械精加工能力较强，化工产品上下游产业链完整，一批企业与国内外知名厂家建立了紧密的协作关系。我市共有汽车零部件生产企业70多家，嵘泰公司、杰信空调公司等企业与美国通用、福特及国内的一汽、二汽、宇通、长安等几十家企业配套，江佳公司等企业为索尼、松下等国内外大企业提供零配件加工，电力金具、环保器材等产品广泛应用于三峡工程、西电东输等国家重点工程。我们热忱欢迎各位朋友选择我市的企业合资合作，互惠互利，共同发展。
在工业经济加快发展的同时，江都的建筑业实力也在不断增强。我市是省政府首批命名的“建筑之乡”，拥有国家特级资质企业1家，一级资质企业9家，先后7次获得建筑业最高奖--鲁班奖，江苏江都建设工程有限公司被评为“2004年中国承包商60强企业”。去年全市建安施工产值突破100亿元，在北京、上海、南京、深圳、武汉、西安、西宁等地享有较高的市场份额和信誉。当前，我们正加大力度，进一步壮大规模，提高层次，拓展市场，加快实现建筑强市目标，3-5年内，全市建安施工产值将突破200亿元。
三、大力推进城市化进程，不断打造发展新载体
江都区位优越，交通发达，受上海都市圈和南京都市圈双重辐射，与扬州市区紧密相联。近年来，我市紧紧围绕建设滨江生态园林中等城市的总体目标，按照“拉伸框架、完善功能、塑造特色、提升形象”的总体思路，着力加快城镇建设，目前城市建成区面积已达30平方公里，常住人口25万。
“一主两翼”城市格局初步形成，城市特色进一步彰显。我们以市区为主体，向南呼应沿江开发，以大桥镇为依托，建设“沿江城市副中心”，向北以邵伯镇为依托，建设邵伯湖旅游区，“一主两翼”的城市发展格局正在形成。突出“工业向园区集中、人口向城镇集中、居住向社区集中”，重点建设小纪、宜陵、樊川等中心集镇，城镇布局体系不断优化。坚持依水建城、透水造绿，不断改善城市环境，“江河湖一水贯通，古水绿一体和谐”的城市特色逐步显现。
城市基础设施加快推进，城市功能进一步完善。实施“南部建园、北部兴城、中部提升、东西扩容”，大力推进城市基础设施、公用设施建设，近三年累计投入10亿元，市区形成了以“三纵五横”为骨架的城市道路网络，总长度已达118公里，开工建设了二水厂、污水处理厂等一批重大基础设施项目，城市的承载能力不断提高，功能日趋完善。今年将完成新都南路、沿江高等级公路建设，启动省道安大路建设。同时以北区建设为重点，新建、改造城区道路50多公里，基本形成外环以内通畅便捷的道路交通网络。未来3-5年，城区开发建设面积将扩大到40平方公里，人口规模达30万，初步形成中等城市的基本框架。
打开城门搞建设，城市经营领域进一步拓宽。坚持走市场化、多元化、社会化建设城镇之路，全面放开市政基础设施、城市公建、社会事业项目的建设投资，近几年，全市城镇建设共融资18亿元，先后参与到城镇道路、城市污水处理厂、学校、医院、自来水厂等基础设施和社会事业的建设。与此同时，我们注重发挥政府有限资源和资本的作用，以政府委托担保、财政贴息、公有资产抵押、投资收益分成等形式激活大量的外来投资。组建了城市建设投资公司，融资12亿元用于城市建设；城建、交通部门先后成功地与北京市政集团、扬州润扬集团签定BT合作和工程总承包协议，工程标的约8亿元。
流通业态不断提升，商贸兴城步伐进一步加快。江都是苏中地区的商贸中心，餐饮、休闲、购物、超市等传统商贸网点遍布城乡，社区服务、家政服务、信息咨询等新型业态迅速崛起。全市现有各类市场112个，皮鞋、建材、花木、钢材等十大专业市场特色明显，年成交额40亿元以上，年社会消费品零售总额达50亿元，其中江都宏信商贸有限公司年营业额已突破5亿元，在扬州地区位居第一。旅游业发展速度加快，引江风景区、邵伯湖旅游度假区和江都现代花木产业园等三大旅游景区分别被评为国家级水利风景区、国家AA级旅游风景区和全国首批农业旅游示范点。下一步，我市将改造提升传统服务业，加快发展新型流通业态，精心培育江淮线特色市场集群，启动砖桥、港口等现代物流园区，打造旅游新亮点。
四、大力推进可持续发展战略，不断谋求发展新跨越
近年来，我市在富民强市、加快发展的进程中，坚持以科学发展观为指导，着力营造良好的生态环境和投资环境，大力推进社会事业，促进经济社会持续健康发展。
源头保护得到加强。我市是全国首批生态示范区。近年来，我们牢固确立生态环境第一资源的意识，着力改善南水北调东线源头环境。大力实施“碧水工程”、绿化工程，城河及农村水环境质量明显改善，城区绿化率达39%，人均公共绿地8平方米，全市林木覆盖率18%。积极发展“生态农业工程”，基本形成了花卉苗木、特水养殖、果蔬、桑棉、经济杂粮等5个10万亩种养结构，建成现代花木产业园、苏武农业科技示范园等30个农业园区，其中千亩以上重点园区10个。今后3-5年，我市将围绕建成“全国文明城市先进市、国家卫生城市、国家园林城市、国家环保模范城市、全国绿化模范城市”的总目标，全面打造“绿带环水，碧水绕城，人在城中，城在园中”的人居环境。
社会事业蓬勃发展。江都科教发达，现有各类科研机构18个，四星级高中1所，三星级高中4所，高考质量一直名列扬州市前茅。江都电大、江都职教中心校等10所职业学校共开办机械、电子、服装、建筑等20多个专业，每年为地方输送技术人才3000多名，培训转移农村劳动力2万多人。目前，我们正在整合教育资源，组建职教集团，努力培养更多的实用型和技术型人才，更好地服务地方经济和社会事业。全市现有综合医院4所、专科医院2所，医疗保障体系逐步健全，投入2亿元的民办洪泉医院正在建设之中。文化、广电、体育等其他社会事业协调发展，在扬州市保持领先。下一步，我们将推进社会事业的市场化、产业化，努力为人民群众兴办更多的实事项目，促进社会和谐发展。

2008钟声敲响的一瞬间，我们十四亿国人怀着无比激动的心情向全世界大声欢呼：“2008，北京欢迎您！”我们翘首盼望这一刻的到来，我们已经整装待发，为了人类的“同一个世界 同一个梦想（One World One Dream）”，这不仅仅是奥运的口号，它更是集中体现了奥林匹克精神的实质和普遍价值观——团结、友谊、进步、和谐、参与和梦想，表达了全世界在奥林匹克精神的感召下，追求人类美好未来的共同愿望。尽管人类肤色不同、语言不同、种族不同，但我们共同分享奥林匹克的魅力与欢乐，共同追求着人类和平的理想，我们同属一个世界，我们拥有同样的希望和梦想。
北京，一直是一个集悠久历史文化、国际时尚都市、优雅名胜风景、可爱人文气息于一身的国际大都市。它拥有中华五千年的古老历史，它流淌着东方巨龙的血液，它传承着中国优秀的民族气节，它还怀着炽热的心迎接未来，就在当今，2008，中国北京要燃起一把不灭的圣火；中国北京要扬起奥林匹克五环旗；中国北京要放飞全球的同一个梦想……
从2001年7月13日万众瞩目的申奥成功后，我们中国——北京就成为了全球的焦点，我作为一名中国人，更是有一种说不出的民族荣耀感。北京申奥成功一方面说明世界需要中国，中国需要世界。另一方面也显示了我们国力的强大。人民爱国之情，强国之梦与体育总 是密不可分的。通过全民申奥活动的开展，我知道了奥运，了解了奥运。在申奥成功到现在已经有整整七个年头了，但是感觉这七年却在转眼间，中国的变化也是无法计量的。从开始的全民健身，到绿色中国以及中国大规模的城市改造规划，并且还有最近的全球华人护圣火，都能体现我们为迎接奥运会所做的积极准备和部署。具体在一些奥运的有关环节，我们中国北京更是做到了中国特色，“新北京，新奥运”，这让全球人民都感到我们北京奥运会的创意和新意思。
首先，本次奥运会的吉祥物的五福娃，其色彩与灵感来源于奥林匹克五环、来源于中国辽阔的山川大地、江河湖海和人们喜爱的动物形象。福娃向世界各地的孩子们传递友谊、和平、积极进取的精神和人与自然和谐相处的美好愿望。福娃是五个可爱的亲密小伙伴，他们的造型融入了鱼、大熊猫、藏羚羊、燕子以及奥林匹克圣火的形象。福娃代表了梦想以及中国人民的渴望。他们的原型和头饰蕴含着其与海洋、森林、火、大地和天空的联系，其形象设计应用了中国传统艺术的表现方式，展现了中国的灿烂文化。
其次，奥运会是全球人民健康运动的盛会，体育的场管设计和安排尤为不容忽视。“鸟巢”是奥林匹克运动会的主会场，并将成为北京市提供市民广泛参与体育活动及享受体育娱乐的大型专业场所，成为全国具有标志性的体育娱乐建筑。鸟巢”将不仅为2008年奥运会树立一座独特的历史性的标志性建筑，而且在世界建筑发展史上也将具有开创性意义，将为21世纪的中国和世界建筑发展提供历史见证。“水立方”是国家游泳中心。这个看似简单的“方盒子”是中国传统 文化和现代科技共同“搭建”而成的。中国人认为：没有规矩不成方圆，按照制定出来的规矩做事，就可以获得整体的和谐统一。在中国传统文化中，“天圆地方”的设计思想催生了“水立方”，它与圆形的“鸟巢”——国家体育场相互呼应，相得益彰。这个“方盒子”能够最佳体现国家游泳中心的多功能要求，从而实现了传统文化与建筑功能的完善结合。
在中国，不仅仅是北京在为举办2008年奥运会做着积极努力的准备，全国各地，大到直辖市，小到小乡村，都在这七年间掀起一股如火如荼的奥林匹克运动热潮；从城乡改造到人文建设都发生了翻天覆地的变化。这让我们每一个国人都对这次奥运盛会充满了信心。在世界各地，无数的人们在翘首盼望着2008北京奥运会的开幕。
圣火、五环、中国印……2008年北京奥运会正在向我们走来。就在前不久，3月31日，北京2008年奥运会圣火欢迎仪式暨火炬接力启动仪式在天安门广场举行。雄伟的天安门广场今天张开双臂，迎接奥运圣火来到北京，来到中国。这是全体中国人期望和欢庆的历史瞬间。3月25日全球北京奥运会圣火传递正式拉开序幕，虽然在境外火炬传递的过程中，遇到了一些阻碍，但是在有我们可爱的火炬手的全力保护和全球热爱奥林匹克的人民的支持下，我们的奥运圣火还是顺利的在传递线路上燃烧着！这无疑体现了我们拥有着热爱中国，热爱北京，热爱奥运的红心。
我坚信，北京2008年奥运会将是全世界人民最难忘的一次聚会，一次绿色与美丽，文化与传统，公平与友爱，开放与团结，健康与和 谐的盛会，这更是东西方文化的广泛交流和借鉴融合的盛会，是奥林匹克精神、奥林匹克文化与中华文明相互丰富和相互发展的盛会，是东西方人文思想与和谐精神在体育领域以及整个人类生活的充分贯彻和深刻体现的盛会，是“更快、更高、更强”与“和平、和谐、和爱”的和谐统一盛会。一次给奥运这个名词带来更加深远意义盛会。我们中国北京要让全世界看到一个热情、文明、美丽、先进的中国。让我们共同为北京奥运会喝彩，这是最值得自豪和骄傲的时刻。
