二、中俄跨国婚姻结婚应该如何申请办理
申请结婚的中国公民和外国人、港、澳、台同胞、华侨及出国人员，男年龄不得早于22周岁，女不得早于20周岁。中外跨国婚姻结婚申请须分别持有下列证件：
(一)中国内地
1.本人户籍证明(户口簿、身份证);
2.本人所在工作单位或城市街道办事处，农村乡(镇)人民政府出具的婚姻状况证明。
(二)香港同胞
1.香港居民身份证、回乡证或海员证;
2.我司法机关委托的香港律师辨认的香港婚姻注册处出具的婚姻状况证明，和经该律师证明的由申请人做出的在其他任何地方从未登记结婚的声明书;
3.再婚的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明。

(三)澳门同胞
1.澳门居民身份证、回乡证或海员证;
2.澳门婚姻及死亡登记局出具的结婚资格证明书或无结婚登记证明书;

(四)台湾同胞
1.台湾同胞旅行证或我驻外使领馆签发的加注有“台湾同胞”字样的《中华人民共和国旅行证》;
2.台湾公证机关出具的无配偶证明或公证的本人户籍登记簿底册复印件;
3.离婚或丧偶的台湾同胞还需提供经过公证机关公证的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明，无法提供上述证明，可以提供经公证的台湾或港澳报纸刊登的当事人离婚的声明书或公告，未经公证的不具有法律效力。
(五)外国人、外籍华人
1.本人护照或其他身份、国籍证件;
2.我公安机关签发的《外国人居留证件》或外事部门颁发的身份证件，或临时来华的入境、居留证件;
3.经本国外交部(或外交部授权机关)和我驻该国使、领馆认证的由本国公证机关出具的婚姻状况证明;或该国驻华使、领馆出具的婚姻状况证明;
4.外国留学生中的中专、大专和本科学生在校学习期间一般不得结婚。其他学生(进修生、研究生等)要求与中国公民结婚的，除持有上述证明外，还须持有所在院校的学业证明;
5.再婚者的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明(离婚证件需经我国驻该国使(领)馆认证，或由该国使领馆直接认证)。
(六)华侨
1.我驻该国使、领馆颁发的本人护照;
2.经我驻该国使、领馆认证的居住国公证机构出具的本人无配偶证明或我驻该国使、领馆出具的本人无配偶证明;

申请办理《结婚公证书》
须提供下列证件：
1、申请人夫妻双方的户口簿、居民身份证或其他身份证明原件。
2、申请人的结婚证原件。(应备复印件—份交公证处存档)
3、一九五0年五月一日婚姻法公布以前结婚的申请人，现在国内居住的，须提供双方工作单位或街道办事处或乡(镇)政府出具的证明。证明要详列申请人夫妻双方姓名、性别，出生时间、结婚时间(年月日)、结婚地点。居住在国外或港澳台地区的，如无法取得原工作单位或原居住地街道办事处或乡(镇)政府证明的，须提供两名年龄与自己接近或大于自己的知情人作证。证人须持户口簿或其他身份证亲自到公证处作证并签名盖章。
4、婚姻法公布以后(即—九五0年五月一日以后)未办理婚姻登记手续而结婚的申请人，必须到婚姻登记机关补办结婚登记手续，补结婚证以后才能到公证处办理结婚公证。
5、遗失结婚证件的申请人需到婚姻登记机关补领结婚证件，领取结婚证件后，才能到公证处办理结婚公证。
6、在国外或港澳台地区居住的申请人，申请办理结婚公证，一般应夫妻双方亲自回来到公证处办理。有特殊情况不能亲自回来而要委托他人代办的，除按上述1—5项的不同情况提供相应的证件或证人外，还应提供当地公证人或司法部认可的驻外机构、律师或我驻外使馆公证、认证或证明的委托书。一九五0年五月一日以前结婚的，还需提供经上述机构、律师或我驻外使领馆公证、认证或证明的声明书。声明书应详细说明夫妻双方的姓名、性别、出生时间、结婚时间(年月日)、结婚地点。
7、申请人夫妻双方或—方死亡的，应提供死者的死亡证明。
8、公证书在域外使用的，申请人夫妻双方均要提供大一寸彩色相片四张。
9、申请人夫妻双方的外文译名。
10、公证人员要求提供的与此项公证有关的其他证件或材料。
