一、有关气质类型的理论

心理学中所讲的气质与我们平时所说的“这个人很有气质”所表达的意义是不同的。在心理学中，气质是一个人生来就具有的心理活动的动力特征，是人格的先天基础。通俗地讲，气质反映的是一个人的个性特点。

胆汁质又称不可遏止型，属于兴奋热烈的类型。具有这种气质类型的人感受性较弱，耐受性、敏捷性、可塑性较强，兴奋比抑制占优势；行为表现常常是反应迅速、行为敏捷。在言语、表情、姿势上都有一种强烈的热情，在克服困难上有坚忍不拔的劲头。智力活动具有极大的灵活性，但理解问题有粗枝大叶不求甚解的倾向。在文学作品中，较为典型的胆汁质特点的人物代表是《水浒传》中的李逵、《三国演义》中的张飞。

2.多血质

多血质又称活动型，属于敏捷好动的类型。这种气质类型具有很强的耐受性、兴奋性、敏捷性和可塑性，反应速度快，感受性较弱。情绪易表露，易变化，敏感。在行为上，这种气质类型的人热情、活泼、敏捷、精力充沛，适应能力强，善于交际，常能机智地摆脱窘境。他们思维灵活，主意多，常表现出机敏的工作能力和较高的办事效率，对外界事物有广泛的兴趣，个性具有明显的外向性。易适应环境，善交际，但与人交情粗浅。《红楼梦》中的王熙凤、《三国演义》中的曹操就非常具有多血质的特点。

3.粘液质

粘液质又称安静型，属缄默而沉静的类型。这种气质类型感受性弱，敏捷性、可塑性、兴奋性也弱，但耐受性强。这种气质类型的人行为表现为缓慢、沉着、镇静、有自制力、有耐心、刻板、内向。他们不易接受新生事物、不能迅速地适应变化了的环境，与人交往适度、情绪平稳。喜沉思，在做任何工作之前都要细致考虑。能坚定执行已做出的决定，不慌不忙地去完成工作。比如《水浒传》中的林冲、《西游记》中的沙和尚。

4.抑郁质

抑郁质又称弱型，属呆板而羞涩的类型。这种气质类型的人感受性很强，往往为一点微不足道的事而动感情，耐受性、敏感性、可塑性、兴奋性也都很弱。他们的行为表现为孤僻，动作缓慢，很少表现自己，尽量摆脱出头露面的活动，避免同陌生的、刚认识的人交际。在新的环境下，他们容易惶惑不安，在强烈和紧张的情形下容易疲劳，在熟悉的环境下表现很安静，动作迟缓、软弱。他们具有高度情绪易感性，情绪体验方式少，但体验深刻、强烈而持久且不显露。林黛玉的个性特点就非常符合抑郁质这一气质类型。

二、如何科学地看待气质类型

上述四种气质类型的人在同一环境中，表现出不同的心理状态和行为特点。对此前苏联心理学家A.H.达维多娃曾有过精彩具体的描述：四个人去剧院看戏，都迟到了15分钟。胆汁质的人与检票员争吵起来，想闯入剧场；多血质的人对检票员的做法很理解，但随即又找

到了一个没人检查的入口进剧场，安心看戏；粘液质的人很理解检票员的做法，并自我安慰“第一场戏总是不太精彩，先去小卖部买点吃的休息一下，等幕间休息再进去不迟”；抑郁质的人早就对自己的行为很后悔，认为这场戏不该看，进而想到“我运气不好，如果这场戏看下去，还不知要出什么麻烦呢！”于是，扭身回家去了。

结合这个小故事的例子，我们不难发现气质类型的划分为我们了解自己和他人提供了一些参考依据，每种气质类型也都有各自的优缺点。应当指出的是，并不是所有的人都可按照四种传统气质类型来划分，只有少数人是四种气质类型的典型代表，大多数人都是近似于某种气质，同时又与其他气质结合在一起。有些人，他们的气质既不属于上述四种气质中的某一种，也不是某几种气质的结合，是介于各种类型之间的中间类型。总之，气质是表现在人活动的积极性、行为的敏捷性、情绪的兴奋性、适应环境的灵活性等几个方面。在判断一个人的气质类型时，并不是要把他归入某一种类型，而主要是观察和测定构成其气质类型的各种心理特征以及构成气质生理基础的高级神经活动的基本特性。

三、气质类型与考研复试

复试除了专业考察之外，导师们更为关注的是学生所体现出来的人格品质是否具有很好的发展潜力。试想，如果你是研究生导师，你会找一个自己不喜欢、明显具有个性缺点的人来做自己的学生么？但是短短的十几分钟，既要能体现出自己的优势，又要避免留下不良印象，确实是一件需要好好准备。

通过了解自己气质类型的特点，结合考研复试的内容，我们来具体地谈谈不同类型的考生所应该注意的复试策略。

1.具有胆汁质特点的考生

胆汁质特点的人个性活跃、思维敏捷，无论在哪种场合下都能很快引起人们的注意。在复试中充分地展现自己的大方、热情、毫不做作的人格品质很容易给人留下良好的第一印象。应该注意的是，胆汁质的考生易出现冲动、鲁莽、考虑不全、不注意细节等的缺点。在以往的复试过程中，确实听到过一些案例是由于胆汁质学生的个性特点所引起的冲突。有的考生说话语速太快、语气比较冲，话说得太满，认为自己的观点正确，面试老师提出一些自己的看法时，直言不讳地指出老师的问题所在，搞得整个面试过程非常紧张，结果可想而知。在日常的学术讨论中，大家彼此有不同的观点这很正常，但是在面试的过程中，考察的不仅仅是学生的专业知识，同时也在观察考生的个人素养，对批评的态度，对不同看法的包容度。一个能够与人合作、态度谦虚但也有自己观点的学生会是所有导师都青睐的好学生。
