语音实训感想
班级:XXXXX 学号:XXXXXX 姓名:XXX 指导老师:XX XX 这学期的语音实训已经结束,经过这一周的商务谈判实训与学习,我对自己的英语学习状况有了更加近一步的认识和更深层次的分析,对自己原来的不足和误区之处做了弥补和改正。比如一些看似简单的单词但是却发不对音的单词,还有一些句子语调的读法之类的。
实训过程分为四个过程,第一是老师总的指导告诉我们实训的大致内容和方法,是关于商务英语谈判的以及相关的信息和要求。第二是根据分好的组,组员一起分配好角色,然后一起撰写剧本。第三是老师和组员一起修改剧本并且每人读台词老师辅导纠正发音。第四是考核,每组表演自己的剧本,然后老师给予评价。
每一个过程我们每个人都是尽自己的努力去参加,例如写剧本的过程中,可能我们对商务英语方面的知识知道的不是很多,尽管我们之前有上过关于商务英语的课程,但大都是一知半解,所以我们每个人都是仔细的又把商务英语书又翻开了一遍,力求能把剧本写的尽量体现商务英语谈判的严谨性,严密性。但是老师说的很对,可能你们自己写的都觉得自己写的很对没有什么错误,可是别人尤其是专业的人一看就能发现许多的错误比如说讨价还价的环节不够紧密,不是单纯的降低价格而是价值交换的体现,还有缺少了支付方式,发货方式保险等商务中必须涉及到的东西我们都没有考虑到,而且可能选择的过程也是过于繁琐,不能让人看了就能一目了然。所以我们也是听从老师的建议把剧本更改了许多把遗漏的地方都给填补上去,然后比较混乱的地方也重新编排过,希望把剧本能做到尽善尽美。接下来就是老师给我们矫正发音的过程,实话说是比较痛苦的,因为老师要求很严格,老师说你们是英语专业的人不是其他那些非专业的人,如果你们的英语跟那些非专业的人听起来差不多,那么你怎么还能继续学习英语专业呢,而且现在矫正你的发音是好事不能等你出了学校到公司应聘的时候被别人所嫌弃的你的发音,所以老师的批评是对的,尽管是比较苛刻,但我们知道老师是为我们好,所以我们也是虚心接受,尽力矫正自己的发音。老师也是花费了许多辅导我们改剧本和纠正发音。我们又对剧本内容整理了一遍,每个人都先念好自己的台词然后背诵接下来就是模拟练习,一遍又一遍,尽量不卡带。
最后一个过程就是在会议室里的模拟谈判,跟自己在寝室练习的感觉完全不一样,给人一种很正式的感觉,老师也是给每组表演的同学提出了许多的意见。其实到我们组表演的时候,我心里还是比较紧张的,差点都记不住的自己的台词,说的时候也感觉背诵一样,缺少了谈判时候该带有的感情,老师在评价我们组的时候说了许多,感觉我们组的表现是不怎么好,而且时间的标准也没有达到,结束之后,我们组又对剧本进行修改,然后计时读词,一定要达到标准为止。虽然这个过程是很辛苦,但是我们都觉得这是作为一个英语专业的学生所必备的技能,假如现在不练习,那么以后在遇到这种情况也会不知道如何应对的。
从此次实训中我得出了以下几点:第一是学到了团队合作,在准备的过程中,我们互相帮忙,集思广益,创作剧本,分工明确,每个人都没有逃避任务,不仅锻炼了英语口语能力还锻炼了团队合作能力。第二是让我们意识到商务礼仪与我们的专业息息相关,对我们的职场也有很大的影响,特别是最后呈现的模拟谈判,更是让我们感受到了谈判技巧的运用,并且还是用英语来表达是更加有难度的。第三是此次实训与平时的上课是完全不同的一种学习方式,在实训过程中要我们运用所学到的理论知识,更加认识到掌握专业知识的重要性,同时也认识到了自己还有更多方面的不足。第四是让我们意识到了作为英语专业学生的我们应该更加重视英语口语训练,多听听纯正的英语,从中找出自己发音上的不足并纠正同时还要掌握口语表达的有效技巧,进一步强化英语口语能力以便我们以后在职场中能够抢占先机,从而培养较强的英语口语实际交际能力。第五是关于态度的问题,这跟平时学习的课程不一样,自不自觉完全看自己的态度,但是我很庆幸的是我们小组的每个人都是很认真的对待的,没有一个人说是找各种借口不做,虽然说我们可能没有别的小组做的好完成的出色,但是我认为并不是每件事都要追求好的结果,好的成绩,过程依然是很重要的,体现了你对待事情,对待人生的态度,所以即使结果不那么乐观,但至少我们小组的每个人都认真对待过也努力过了,这对我们来说比什么都重要,我们也很高兴每个人都能努力过找到自己在小组中的价值。
最后我想说的是很感谢能有此次实训让我们作为英语专业的学生也能体会到在职场上商务英语谈判的机会,同时也让我们知道了自己在英语口语、写作能力方面还有哪方面的不足,争取在以后的学习生活中不断进步,不断改善,最后谢谢老师对我们给予的辅导和意见。

近期系里组织开展了语音实训,这次实训让我受益匪浅。通过这次语音实训,我对自己的口语有了更加深入的认识,对我以后英语学习有很大的引导。
实训内容主要是模拟一次商务谈判。本次实训有利于学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技能,使我们进一步强化英语口能力以适应职业的需要,从而培养较强的商务英语口语实际交际能力。实训内容分为:撰稿,脱稿表演,录音等多个环节。此次实训是以小组为单位开展的,五人一组,分为两个公司进行谈判。小组内任务分工以后,首先开始撰稿。其中需要搜集资料,查找专业术语,更重要的是体现商务谈判的技能技巧,小组成员相互讨论探讨,最终敲定了剧本。第二,就是指导老师对剧本的指导与修改,指导老师对我们进行面对面的指导,纠正我们剧本当中不合适的地方,之后还对我们的发音进行了矫正。第三,剧本修改过后,我们有短时间的熟练与记忆,之后进行脱稿表演,指导老师在我们表演过后进行了点评。第四,小组录音。实训短暂,时间有限,但是它对我们的学习的提高有着很大的作用。
第一部分撰写剧本,训练了我们用英语表达自己观点的能力,培养在特定的商务情况下进行连贯得体的交流。从谈判前的人员分工,搜集相应的资料,模拟谈判的训练,都锻炼了我们组各个成员的动手能力,沟通技巧,组织能力等,同时也增进了成员之间的团结合作意识。在之前,我们组就开始讨论这次谈判的具体事宜,我们都表示这次谈判需要系统的规划,搜集详细的资料,明确各成员的责任分工,要一同编写谈判剧本,我们把从网上搜集的资料进行汇总,我们上上下下修改好多次,每次排练过程我们都积极讨论修改的地方,从实际出发力求材料真实可信符合事实。虽然这次模拟谈判,却让我们感受到了谈判的气氛,在谈判过程中我们扮演不同的角色,代表不同公司,当我们为了各自公司利益争执不下,不肯相让时,相信我们都进入了角色,这让我们体会到了真实谈判的感觉,而锻炼了我们在谈判中实际能力,如何保持头脑清醒,思维敏捷,不落入对方的圈套,这样才能在谈判中保持主动,另外在谈判中也要不断转变思路从而使谈判想自己有利的方向转变,同时在谈判中也要学会缓和气氛,打破僵局,有利于谈判的继续进行。当然在此次谈判中也暴露了很多缺点,在进行此次谈判的过程过程中我们发现我们的知识面太过于狭窄,对一些商业的专有名词不了解,对一些商务礼仪也不太懂。在这次实训中,我们学到了很多东西,一集体利益为重,团结作战,不论做何种决定,没有团队的合作,一个人的能力很难完成。首先要取得队友的支持,倾听并考虑队友的意见与建议,不要擅自做主。在谈判中要采取灵活的谈判方式,软硬兼施,必要时采取强硬态度。
第二部分,商务谈判中重点考察语音语调的正确性。语音学习的模仿的关键在精不在多,资料的选择不必很多,关键在于把所选资料每一篇都听熟读透。我们经常都会感到听力能力不过关,都是由于对手头的精听资料重复遍数不够造成的。精听的关键在于重复,而跟读模仿要做到惟妙惟肖,就必须进行大量的重复,反复揣摩,耐心细致地朗读。这样我们就把听和说有机地结合在一起。另外,发音练习的过程中一定要注意对速度的控制。把音发清楚是第一位的,因为这是一切发音技巧能够正确使用的前提。很多时候我们会一味图快,而忽略了声音清楚的前提,最后使所讲的英文让别人听不清楚,白白浪费了大量的精力去练习。因此我们练习的原则是宁可慢不可快,为了发音清楚,一切其他技巧都是可以延后再练的。最后,练习过程中一定要注意对各种发音变化现象的总结归纳。语音知识在口语和听力中的运用是感性化的,也就是说所有的语音知识都是听力经验在头脑当中的反应,我们想要巩固所学的语音知识,就必须把所学的内容放到听力练习当中去验证。所以,我们不要忽视发音的纠正练习,因为我们所得到的绝不仅仅是发音的改变,而听力能够得到的好处恐怕是我们想象不到的。在经过这次实训及老师的指导下,我们领悟到了很多。我们一定要动口,绝对不要只听不练,否则就是做无用功;要反复地练习。刚开始的时候我们可能发现学了就忘,其实这是很正常的事,别泄气,我们要做的就是反复学习。多学几遍自然就记住了。英语是一种典型以重音计时的语言,节奏是英语话语的显著特征之一.英语的词重音、语句重音与英语话语节奏密切相关,重音模式影响话语的交际效果.文章分析了英语词重音、句重音模式及话语节奏,以提高我们学习英语语音的效率,同时也培养我们的交际能力。语音语调的训练很重要,我们用英语进行对话的时候,可以从语音语调来判断个人的英语能力,因此在语音语调方面要加强练习。通过多听广播、看电影等等途径来锻炼,并且要经常多说,以达更好的效果。通过这几天的实训,我学到了很多,感觉自己在语音的发音、节奏、语调上都有很大的进步。当然这之中肯定存在着些许问题,有些音标的发音还是会出错,没有达到很标准的水平。语音语调也还需要多多改进。我想,在以后的学习中还要更多的复习这方面的只是,加强锻炼,每天抽空来培养语音,多听些英语广播,看些电影,和同学进行模拟对话,等等。我相信,我的语音水平会越来越好的。在本次的语音实训中,我深刻认识到了学习语音的重要性。作为一个英语专业的学生,首先就应该要把语音给学好,这对我们学习英语来说,其重要性是不言而喻的。因此,在以后的学习生活中,我们还是要多多锻炼这方面的知识,从而使我们的英语学习得到更大的提高。
短暂的实训结束了,但它给了我们很大的帮助,给我们提供了一定的平台可以把所学知识得以运用,有一个锻炼的机会。也让我们更加清楚地意识到自己的不足,从而改进,提高我们的英语水平。在这次实训当中,老师耐心的辅导,给了我们很多有用的方法建议。我希望以后能有更多这样的机会。

在这里扬帆起航
高中的我只是埋头苦读,甘做井底之蛙;上了大学以后,只是觉得课程变得少了,自己的时间多了,却不知何去何从;加入了学生会,变得异常的充实,但也会感到力不从心;暑假开始了,学校里要求暑期“踏入社会”,我知道我的机会来了!
向来自信满满的我总是期待有一天能变成社会人,有自己规划的人生,而不是在学校里听从老师家长的安排,暑期里我有了这个机会。但这似乎没有想象中的简单···
我甚至绞尽脑汁都想不到我应该去干什么,我能去干什么?是啊,我们在家里有家长,在学校有老师,他们安排着我们的所有,在社会上我们只有有自己,却又不知何去何从。尽管如此,还是找到了些事情。我先是到了一家很高档的西餐厅里工作,由于自己的资质也只能做一个很普通的服务员。我每天打工十个小时,晚上十二点下班,才可以得到微薄的工资。终于两天后我自动离开···可能是自己不够坚持,也是身心疲惫,最终还是承认了自己没有这个能力。我总是安慰自己这个不行还有别的,别的我一定可以。又是艰难的寻找···
也许是上帝可怜我,想给我一个机会证明自己。我得到了可以去百货公司财务科实习的机会,考虑到我只是一个大一的学生,我在那里的工作很是零碎,甚至是一边学一边做,还好只是一些简单易懂的事。现在我才知道其实我能做的事情太少,离开学校,离开家里的帮助,我们来到社会上就要学会孤军奋战。所以为了以后的自己我要从现在开始扬帆起航,学会做一个社会人,要亲身体验社会!
我想在未来三年的大学生活里我不可以在没有目标的生活,应该有意识的投入社会实践当中,找准自己的位置,提前为自己以后的生活谋算。当然,说起来容易做起来难,要做到这些远比想象中的难,就像这次的社会实践一样。学校就像我们的避风港,就算它再怎么伪装也远比不上社会复杂,在这里我们永远都有着学生的身份,有着同学与老师的帮助。所以想要真正的走向社会我们就需要走出学校,社会实践是典型的例子!
但又不能只靠社会实践,我们也应该用知识来武装自己。知识是一切的根本,如果没有知识,恐怕也只能做一些服务生一类的工作。所以,在校期间千万不能换废了学业,否则,离开学校我们将什么都不是!

转眼之间,大学生活已经过去了一年,我的暑期社会实践也告一段落。今年暑假,在学校的统一要求下,我回家后参加了社会实践,一开始我还觉得这简直是浪费时间,但是后来在真正的实践中我才渐渐的发现学校的这一要求是必要的,我们大学生在学校所学的知识是远远不够的,当我们要想真正的融入社会时,我们所要学习的还有很多。众所周知,现在有好多大学毕业生毕业就面临失业,找工作成为大学生的一大难题,但这并不是说由于工作岗位有限,而是我们缺少很多社会实践的经验,无法去面对和适应社会中的种种事物,因而也就无法去达到企业对我们的要求,更别说去胜任企业给我们的工作岗位。
今年的暑期社会实践我选择了去一家基层财政部门做一个财务资金办公室主任的临时助理,在这次社会实践中,我学到了许多,我相信我所学到的这些都将使我受益匪浅。之所以这次实践我选择到一家基层财政部门,首先是因为该部门的工作与我们做学的财务管理专业联系紧密,在者是因为我也有意向将来毕业能考上财政部门的公务员。在这次实践中我学到了许多在做人做事方面的技巧与艺术,培养了自己在与人交流等工作方面的能力,而让我最受感慨的是在作为一个财务人员以及公务人员时必须要有的一些基本素质,如何去做好这双重性质的工作。
首先,作为一个财务人员,我们要做到要熟悉各种财务知识以及熟练各种财务账目的处理,要能够将各种账目填平,要将账务处理的一目了然。在做财务工作时,我们必须要学会有耐心,决不可粗心大意,在一个庞大的财务系统中即使出现哪怕一点点的误差也将会导致严重的问题,这点特别是体现在政府财务上。通过跟我们主任实践这段时间,我向他了解了许多财务方面的相关知识,学到了很多。在闲暇时,我经常会发现主任并没有休息,而是在不断的各种财务方面的书籍,所谓活到老学到老,财务方面的种种总是日新月异的,及时补充营养才会不与时代落伍。
其次,作为一个公务人员,我们必须要树立为人民服务的思想,要有为人民服务的精神。由于我们所出的是基层政府部门,所以每天会有许多到访的农民,每逢此时,我都会非常认真有耐心的去接待他们,细心的替他们解答疑难问题,宣传国家政策。但是,偶尔也不乏有些暂时冲动跑来闹事的人,而这时就是考验我们的时候了,我们要首先去平息他们的怒火,然后要去了解他们所面临的问题,然后告诉他们又该如何来解决。通过民意调查,使我们欣慰的是老百姓现在对国家的政策还是很赞扬的,但是我们也不难知道还有许多需要国家想办法解决的问题,要想真正的做好三农工作,我们还有很长的路要走。
总的来说,虽然这次实践我没能够参见到真正的财务账目的处理实践中,但是我还是学到了很多有用的东西,而且我觉得这些恰恰可能是将来我们到社会中去找工作时最重要的,所以也算是提升了我在各方面的经验和能力。我相信这些都能够为我在今后做好充分的准备去融入社会打下良好的基础。
这次实践,自身感慨颇多,使我感触最深的应该是刚开始我进入单位后的无所适从,那时我才真正的明白虽然大学了,但我们所欠缺的太多了,现在社会的发展已经太快了,作为21世纪知识青年我们不能落伍,积极的参加社会实践去培养自己在各方面的能力很有必要,我们不能去要求这个社会来适应我们,而是我们去努力适应这个社会,想要改造这个社会还是从改造自己做起吧。
同时,这次实践让我感觉到了我们不能只为自己而活,我们肩上的担子还很重,我们作为90后,作为新时代的接班人,我们应该努力学习,将来能够将自己的所能为农村的发展做出自己的一份贡献,为真正的小康社会建设而奋斗。
