活动方案

为了迎接第79个五四青年节的到来，同时也为了丰富学校文化内容和广大同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习和交流，给广大学生提供一个展现自我，提升自我的机会和舞台，英语教研组决定举行“希望之星”英语风采比赛。

一、活动目的

〈1〉提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积极性。〈2〉为学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，共同进步。〈3〉加深对英语口语的重要性的认识。

二、活动计划

1、活动时间安排

报名时间：4月12日—4月13日

预赛时间：4月19日下午第九节

决赛时间：4月26日下午第八节开始

2.主持人： 2名。3.评委、记分员

评委：5名

记分员：2名

计时员：1名

4.对参赛选手的要求

（1）参赛对象：初中部7、8年级全体同学。（9年级自愿）

（2）参赛人数：每班3人，多者班级由任课教师评选3人。

（3）选手自选题目。要求演讲内容积极、健康、向上。

（4）举止大方，表现自然。有适当的肢体语言，有才艺展示。

三、比赛内容及要求 比赛规则：

1．比赛形式为个人演讲；体裁不限（若自己创作，则酌情加分）。2．参赛选手每人时间为4分钟左右，参赛选手可自备背景音乐或背景知识作辅助。

3．比赛推荐学生进行脱稿演讲。

4．参赛话题可自选，也可参考一下内容：我的理想（My ideal）;我的校园生活(My school life)；保护野生动物(Protecting wild animals)。

比赛流程：

第一个环节：选手简要作自我介绍和才艺展示，大约每人1分钟。第二个环节：演讲。选手依次上台演讲，比赛时脱稿，大约每人2分钟。第三个环节：互动问答。演讲结束后由评委提出问题进行互动，大约1分钟。★ 选手超时会被叫停，未完成的演讲内容不得继续。评委现场打分核分，计算平均分，现场公布成绩.四、评分标准（满分100分）

六．注意事项

潍坊赛区参赛须知

一、大赛简介

中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛是国家广电总局正式批准的、中央电视台社教节目中心主办的面向全国的大型电视英语比赛。大赛分为幼儿组、小学低年级组、小学高年级组、初中组、高中组、成人（职业）组六个组别，是以广大中小学生为主体的全国同类比赛中规模最大、影响人数最多的一项英语赛事，为各年龄段的英语爱好者提供了一个实现英语梦想、展示英语风采的舞台。大赛自2000年起每年举办一届，2009全国参赛选手达150万，至今已成功举办十届。按照中央电视台的统一部署，2011大赛自即日起在全国开始启动。

三、大赛宗旨

五、组别设置

1.幼儿组暨英语宝宝秀，3—6岁学龄前儿童；

2.小低组（小学一至三年级）；

3.小高组（小学四至六年级）；

4.初中组；

5.高中组；

6.大学组；

7.职业组；

8.团体组：以学校为单位，分为幼儿、小学、初中、高中、大学组成3-5人的团体参加比赛。

六、比赛安排

大赛分为分赛区选拔赛、省赛区选拔赛、全国总决赛三个阶段；潍坊赛区选拔赛分资格赛、初赛和复赛三个阶段进行，资格赛由选手所在学校、单位统一组织，初赛、复赛由大赛组委会统一组织。

1.报名时间：即日起开始报名，截止至2011年1月10日

2.初赛时间：2011年1月下旬；

3.复赛时间：2011年3月下旬—5月上旬；

4.山东省总决赛：2011年6月；

5.全国总决赛：2011年7月。

七、比赛形式

小低组初赛

1.自我介绍+自选题英文朗诵 2分钟

（自我介绍内容当中不能出现中文名字和学校名称）

2.看图说话 1分钟

（学生现场抽取2幅图片，选手需在1分钟里围绕这2幅图片说句子，保证每幅图片都涉及到，但句子之间可以没有很强的逻辑性，准备时间为30秒。）

3.评委提问

小高组初赛

1.自我介绍+自选题英文朗诵 2分钟

（自我介绍内容当中不能出现中文名字和学校名称）

2.看图编故事1分钟

（选手现场抽图，在规定的时间内用所给的图片编故事，准备时间为30秒。）

3.评委提问

初中组、高中组、大学组初赛

1.综合知识测试（笔试）20分钟

2.选题朗诵2分钟

（选手将随机抽取字数约100-150字的短文进行朗诵，时间2分钟，准备

时间30秒，主要考察英语语音语调、肢体语言和情感表达等方面）。

3.抽题演讲1.5分钟

（现场抽取图片或关键词,就此素材编一篇短文，准备时间为30秒。）

4.评委提问

团体赛：各组别团体赛人数限制在每组3-5人，比赛形式为英语短剧、歌舞剧、电影配音等与英文相关的集体演出，每组比赛时间不超过5分钟。另外，对各参赛团体的道具要进行一定的限制。

各组别复赛形式待定

* 比赛内容参考范围出自外语与教学研究出版社的《希望之星英语风采大赛培训教程》。

八、比赛要求

1.小学组自选题英语朗诵环节选择必须是不少于100字的英语故事或小短文，并且能在规定时间内完成，要求带入赛场的英语稿统一打印在A4纸上（文稿内容不得出现自我介绍等相关内容），稿子上不允许有任何标记，如注音，中文翻译等，一式两份，一份现场交给评委。此环节主要考察选手的英语语音语调和情感表达等方面。

2.比赛中，选手的英语综合能力、表现力、才艺、团队协作能力等都将作为非常重要的考核标准，与此同时，选手的反应速度、创意、英语知识面等英语综合能力也将作为考核内容。

3.选手的英语基础以及能力将作为选拔的重要标准。为了能选拔出综合能力强的选手，选手临场的应变能力、表现力、配合协作的能力也将作为被考核的内容。

九、赛前培训

2011赛季全国组委会对赛前培训实行统一管理。经中央电视台考评授权，潍坊赛区大赛唯一指定培训机构为“潍坊哈佛外语培训学校”，为确保潍坊赛区选手能更好地把握参赛要求，掌握参赛技巧，全面了解参赛的相关事项，力争在比赛中取得更好的成绩，潍坊赛区组委会将在初赛和复赛前组织完整系统的赛前培训，培训教材为全国组委会与外语教学与研究出版社共同编写的《中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛培训教程》，选手可自愿报名参加。

1.初赛培训报名时间：即日起至2011年1月15日

2.复赛培训报名截止到2011年3月10日

3.初赛培训时间：寒假期间

4.复赛培训时间：2011年3月中下旬

十、活动安排

1.报名形式：以学校为单位集中报名.2.报名地点：

3.比赛费用（全国统一标准）：

（1）大赛资格赛免收报名费。

（2）进入初赛环节的选手每人需交纳 50元的初赛费。进入复赛环节的选手每人需交纳 60元的复赛费，同时获得由赛区组委会向选手赠送的大赛指定参考资料一套和参赛注册卡一张。

（3）进入省赛以后环节的选手，不再交纳参赛费，可能产生的交通或食宿费用自理。

4.参赛选手需交纳近期免冠1寸照片2张。

5.为了规范比赛，中央电视台对2011赛季规定了网上注册环节，凡进入到复赛环节的选手，必须持注册卡在规定时间内，登录央视国际网络（）注册个人信息，获得确认后方可参加后续比赛，未及时按要求注册的选手，后续参赛资格和比赛成绩无效。

6.节目播出及推广阶段：2011年7月至8月，播出全国决赛实况录像。

十一、赛事后续活动

1.2011“希望之星”北京夏令营

（1）为了满足广大参赛选手的要求，全国组委会研究决定，2011全国总决赛期间，将举办“‘希望之星’北京万人夏令营活动”，届时报名选手将有幸作为嘉宾进入中央电视台10号演播大厅，直接参与全国总决赛的赛事，亲眼目睹全国优秀选手的风采展示，还将参加全国组委会统一安排的多位 “央视著名主持人与大赛选手见面会”，实现与央视名嘴零距离接触。

（2）海外夏令营

具体方案将在潍坊赛区组委会网站发布：.2、“希望英语走进校园伴我成长”活动（由承办学校提出申请，潍坊赛区组委会负责协调全国组委会统一安排）。

十二、奖项设置

1、潍坊赛区各组分别设置特等奖、一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优胜奖、希望奖。

2、优秀辅导教师将获得大赛组委会颁发的“优秀指导教师”证书。

3、优秀参赛单位将获得大赛组委会颁发的“优秀组织单位”证书。

十三、信息发布

为满足组织单位与选手及时了解大赛的相关信息的需求，经“希望之星”潍坊赛区组委会研究决定，将择机在潍坊晚报开设“赛事报道”板块，及时刊登各参赛单位选手的参赛情况。潍坊赛区所有比赛文件、通知、相关活动安排、要求和比赛过程中的成绩、名次将随时公布在潍坊赛区的官方网站上，敬请参赛单位及参赛选手及时上网浏览和阅读，网址是：。
