一、参赛对象

英语专业组： 2015、2016级英语专业学生 非英语专业组：2015、2016级非英语专业学生

二、参赛方式

手机下载、安装app“蓝墨云班课”并注册;运用课程邀请码加入“宁波大红鹰学院2017英语演讲比赛”（课程邀请码为：950662）

三、赛程安排

初赛：根据“蓝墨云班”课作业上传提示，上传自己录制演讲小视频；视频时长1分钟左右，需用英语作简短自我介绍和主题为“my dream”的英文小演讲。要求：发音、画面清晰，内容有条理，能体现个人风采和精神面貌。

视频上传截止时间：5月12日

复赛：上传演讲稿，（只需稿件，不需要视频）主题：The most important quality in a university student.要求：观点明确，论据充实，论证有条理。

演讲稿上传截止时间：5月26日

决赛：3分钟准备性演讲（主题：The most important quality in a university student）+即兴演讲+评委提问+综合知识速答 决赛时间：六月初（具体时间和地点另行通知）

四、奖项设置

获奖选手将获得荣誉证书和奖金，并有望成为下半年“外研社英语演讲比赛”的种子选手。

对此，曾在老山前线荣立过二等功的＊＊营业部主任——共产党员＊＊同志经常对他的部门员工说：“为用户服务，首先，是要热心，能够站在用户的角度去考虑问题,“想客户之所想，急客户之所急”。想象一下，如果我们是不懂电信知识的普通用户，遇到了困难或障碍，我们是多么渴望得到热心的帮助啊！热心，是尽心尽力作好自己的本职工作，换取用户的“放心”。

其次，要有耐心。既然用户咨询问题，就是对我们的信任。也许，我们的工作太细微，遇到的问题不一定每一个都很重要，但我们决不能轻视这些小问题，事无巨细，我们都应该耐心的给予解答和解决。

还有一点那就是细心。整天与电话号码、话费以及能精确到几分几秒的通话菜单打交道，如果不能做到心细如丝，那就可能“失之毫厘，谬以千里”。任何一个错误，都会给用户和各个环节的工作带来不必要的麻烦。只有捧出一棵真心，用户才会信任你。在“用心服务”的同时，带上我们真诚的微笑，给用户留下温馨美好的印象。版权所有

由于用户需求的多样性，我们只有立足自已的岗位，不断学习创新，总结经验，提高自已，才能紧跟前进的步伐，满足广大客户日益广泛和个性化的需求，为他们提供优质的服务。如果说服务工作是一座山，我们便是那登山的人，学习就是那登山的镐；服务工作是一条船，我们就是那划船的人，而学习就是那划船的桨。只有学习才能解决工作中的一切难题，正是在工作中这种学习的磨砺，我们的精神更加富有，对未来更加充满信心。

商业客户部的共产党员＊＊＊同志正是这样一个典型。他不顾基础差、年龄偏大等不利条件，带头积极自学，经常不耻下问，还率先在家中自费购置电脑上网，下班后就投入到学习中，现在他已成为我们定远电信的宽带服务专家。为用户服务，他有这样的感触，“每次当用户深夜找到我们的时候，我们理解用户不能上网时是多么的着急，我们没有推脱，而是义无返顾地为用户解决。因为我们时刻铭记着‘用户至上、用心服务’的含义！当用户快乐的使用着中国电信的宽带网时，我们心里比蜜还要甜”。

我们常说，用户就是上帝。也许，大家会觉得上帝虚幻了一些，其实，用户就是实实在在的人群，需要的是实实在在的感觉，而这感觉就是来自我们所提供的实实在在的服务。为他们服务是光荣的，光荣的根源在于我们以用户的要求为我们的追求，时刻把“用心服务”作为工作的准则。我们做每一件事情，都直接或间接地在为用户服务，我们为此而感到无限的光荣。寄于这种光荣，我们百倍地努力，忘我地工作，每天24小时保障用户的通信畅通。不仅白天紧张地忙碌，下班后也要为他们服务，每逢重大节假日期间，别人已经休息了，我

们仍然继续工作。虽然辛苦，但只要看到他们满意的笑容，我们就感觉一样的快乐。

今年春节，县委书记＊＊＊同志来到我们＊＊电信看望战斗在生产一线的干部职工。当他了解到正在坚守岗位的全都是共产党员时，非常深情地说：“共产党员应该发挥这样的先锋模范作用，这种作用，在关键时刻尤其重要！同志们辛苦了，感谢大家”。

除夕之夜，万家团圆的时候，当一个个频繁闪烁的信号灯渐渐熄灭时，在网络控制中心值班的年轻共产党员——肖明好同志才站起来，揉了揉有些发红的眼睛。他已经盯着屏幕监控各种网络达8个小时了，为了保证千家万户拜年祝福的心意准确传达，他协同各级部门采取了多种网络调整措施，减轻了一次次话务高峰的冲击，确保了整个通信网安全运行。
