感谢信与表扬信的写法

感谢信属于专用书信，感谢信的写法。专用书信具有专门性和内容上的规定性，一种专用书信往往写一个方面的内容。公开的专用书信大都用标题标明信件的性质。以团体署名的专用书信，一般不加结束语与问候语。

感谢信是对某个单位或个人的关怀、支援、帮助表示感谢的信。感谢信不仅有感谢的意思，而且有表扬的意思。这种信可以直接给对方或对方所在单位，也可以张贴在对方单位内或所在地的公共场所，还可以交给报纸刊登、电台广播、电视台播映。

第一行的正中用较大的字体写上“感谢信”三个字。如果写给个人，这三个字可以不写。有的还在“感谢信”的前边加上一个定语，说明是因为什么事情、写给谁的感谢信。

第二行顶格写对方单位名称或个人姓名，姓名后面可以加适当的称呼，如“同志”“师傅”“先生”等，称呼后用冒号。如果感谢对象比较多，可以把感谢对象放在正文中间提出。

第三行空两格起写正文。这一部分要写清楚对方在什么时间，什么地点，由于什么原因，做了什么好事，对自己或单位有什么支持和帮助，事情有什么好的结果和影响。还要写清楚从中表现了对方哪些好思想、好品德、好风格，感谢信《感谢信的写法》。最后表示自己或所在单位向对方学习的态度和决心。

正文写好了，另起一行空两格写上“此致”，换一行顶格写上“敬礼”。

最后再换一行，在右半行署上单位名称或者个人姓名。在署名的下边写上发信的日期。

表扬信是对某些单位或个人的高尚风格和模范事迹表示颂扬的信件。这种信件可以是领导机关、群众团体表扬其所属的某一单位以及某一个人的，也可以是群众之间的互相表扬。表扬信一般用大红纸抄出，张贴在被表扬的单位、个人的所在地或者公共场所；也可以在报纸发表、在电台广播，在授奖大会上宣读。通过表扬好人好事，能够使受表扬者得到鼓舞，对其他人也起到教育作用。

表扬信的格式和写法与感谢信基本相同。不过，写表扬信还需要注意下面的几点：

一 感谢信一般由当事者或当事者的所在单位以及亲属来写，而表扬信凡了解情况的人都能写。

二 表扬信结尾的写法有两种，如果是写给本人的，就写“值得学习”“深受感动”等方面的内容；如果是写给受表扬者的所在单位或领导的，就可以提出建议，请在一定范围内宣传、表扬受表扬者的好作风和模范事迹。

三 正文中要突出受表扬者事迹中最有教育意义的方面。

四 叙述受表扬者的模范事迹一定要实事求是，赞扬的文字要掌握分寸，切忌堆砌溢美之辞，使人感到不可信，受表扬者也感到不快。

一、感谢信的概念和主要特点

1.感谢信的含义

感谢信是向帮助、关心和支持过自己的集体(党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体等)或个人表示感谢的专用书信，有感谢和表扬双重意思。写感谢信既要表达出真切的谢意，又要起到表扬先进，弘扬正气的作用。它广泛应用于个人与个人之间、个人与组织之间、组织与组织之间，用以向给予自己帮助、关心和支持的对方表示感谢。

2.感谢信的主要特点

⑴感谢对象要确指

感谢信都有确切的感谢对象，以便

让大家都清楚是在感谢谁。

⑵表述事实要具体

感谢别人是有具体的事由的，否则就会显得抽象空洞。

⑶感情色彩要鲜明

感动和致谢的色彩强烈鲜明，言语里充满感激之情。

二、感谢信的种类

感谢信依据不同的标准可以有不同的分法。

1.按感谢对象的特点来分

⑴写给集体的感谢信

这类感谢信，一般是个人处于困境时，得到了集体的帮助，并在集体的关心和支持下，自己最终克服了困难，度过了难关，摆脱了困境，所以要用感谢信的方式表达自己的感激之情。

⑵写给个人的感谢信

这类感谢信，可以是个人也可以是单位也可以是集体为了感谢某个人曾经给予的帮助或照顾而写的。

2.按感谢信的存在形式来分

⑴公开张贴的感谢信

这种感谢信包括可在报社登报、电台广播或电视台播报的感谢信，是一种可以公开张贴的感谢信。

⑵寄给单位、集体或个人的感谢信

这种感谢信直接寄给单位、集体或个人。

三、感谢信的格式和写法

感谢信通常有标题、称呼、正文、结语和落款五部分构成。

1.标题

感谢信的标题的写法有这样几种形式：“感谢信”——单独由文种名称组成的;“致×××的感谢信”——由感谢对象和文种名称共同组成的;“××街道致××剧院的感谢信”——由感谢双方和文种名称组成的。

2.称呼

开头顶格写被感谢的机关、单位、团体或个人的名称或姓名，并在个人姓名后面附上“同志”等称呼，然后再加上冒号。

3.正文

感谢信的正文从称呼下面—行空两格开始写，要求写上感谢的内容和感谢的心情。应分段写出以下几个方面：

⑴感谢的事由

概括叙述感谢的理由，表达谢意。

⑵对方的事迹

具体叙述对方的先进事迹，叙述时务必交待清楚人物、事件、时间、地点、原因和结果，尤其重点叙述关键时刻对方给予的关心和支持。

⑶揭示意义

在叙述事实的基础上指出对方的支持和帮助对整个事情成功的重要性以及体现出的可贵精神。同时表示向对方学习的态度和决心。

4.结语

写感谢信收束时表示敬意的话、感谢的话。如“此致敬礼”、“致以最诚挚的敬礼”等。

5.落款

感谢信的落款署上写信的单位名

称或个人姓名，并且署上成文日期。前者在上，后者在下。

四、写作感谢信的注意事项

1.内容要真实，评誉要恰当

感谢信的内容必须真实，确有其事，不可夸大溢美。感谢信以感谢为主，兼有表扬，所以表达谢意时要真诚，说到做到。评誉对方时要恰当，不能过于拔高，以免给人一种失真的印象。

2.用语要适度，叙事要精练

感谢信的内容以主要事迹为主，详略得当，篇幅不能太长，所谓话不在多，点到为止。感谢信的用语要求是精炼、简洁，遣词造句要把握好一个度，不可过分雕饰，否则会给人一种不真实、虚伪的感觉。
