活动目标：

1.初步掌握手脚着地屈膝爬行的动作要点。

2.能协调地手脚着地屈膝向前爬行，提高身体的协调性和灵活性。3.喜欢模仿小乌龟爬的姿态，体验玩爬行游戏的快乐。活动重点：

正确掌握手脚着地屈膝爬行的基本动作。活动难点：

身体能协调、灵活的向前、向侧爬行。活动准备

1、垫子4块、拱门4个、跳绳8根，城堡标志、小鸟玩具各一个，舒缓的音乐。

2、场地布置：从左至右依次摆放垫子、拱形门、跳绳、城堡标志，共4组。活动过程：

一、准备活动：

教师引导幼儿模仿小乌龟做伸缩头、手，蹬腿等动作，进入活动。

二、创设情景，探索爬的不同方法，练习手脚着地屈膝向前、向侧爬行。

1、创设情境，引导幼儿模仿小乌龟，自由探索不同的爬行方法。

2、请个别幼儿示范几种爬法，让幼儿之间互相学习。

3、教师示范手脚着地屈膝爬行动作并讲述要领：头抬起，膝盖不着地，一侧手脚撑地，另一侧手脚快速向前爬行或向侧面移动。
