为更快提高我区小学青年英语教师的综合素质，培养英语素养，塑造良好的青年英语教师形象，激发青年英语教师的热情和潜力，进一步增强我区英语教师教书育人、为人师表的自觉性，弘扬为师为学的师德风范，我区决定举办“我学习、我成长”青年英语教师演讲比赛。

一、承办部门：教研室

二、参赛对象及名额

1、参赛对象：小学30周岁以下(包括30周岁)青年英语教师。

2、参赛名额：戚小5人，东小4人，先小1人，潞小5人，丁小3人。

三、时间安排

1、各校内部准备阶段(9月1日----10月1日);

2、各校10月10日前将参赛教师名单(电子稿)交到英语教研员处;3、10月17日前各参赛教师将演讲稿(电子稿)交到英语教研员处;4、10月30日下午3：30，各参赛选手到校教研室抽签，确定比赛顺序;5、10月31日在xx校多媒体教室进行小学青年英语教师演讲比赛。

四、比赛要求：

1、以“我学习、我成长”为主题，围绕教师职业理想进行演讲，表达教师对事业的热爱，赞扬教师爱岗敬业、德高业精、善为人师、与时俱进的光辉形象，要注重内容并结合读书心得及教育教学实际。

2、演讲稿由教师自己创作，禁止从网上下载，题目自拟。

3、演讲比赛分两部分进行：第一部分自由演讲;第二部分回答评委问题。

4、时间不超过3---5分钟。

五、评分细则

1、比赛采用10分制，其中：

(1)演讲内容(4分)：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，格调积极向上，有真情实感;

(2)语言表达(3分)：要求脱稿演讲，语言规范，口齿清晰，语音、语调优美标准，感情充沛，语言生动流畅，感染力强;

(3)形象风度(2分)：要求衣着得体，举止大方，表情自然，能灵活运用语 速、手势等演讲技巧;

(4)综合印象(1分)：由评委根据选手的临场表现作出综合演讲素质评价。

2、演讲时间最多不得超过5分钟，超过者酌情扣分。

3、聘请 市、区中学分管英语专家、领导担任评委，现场评判打分。

4、各小学校报名费100元。

六、奖项设置

1、本次活动设一等奖两名，二等奖五名，三等奖三名。

2、获奖选手颁发荣誉证书。

希望广大30周岁以上的青年教师积极报名，30周岁以下的青年教师认真准备，确保活动质量，通过此次活动的开展，展现新时期人民教师的风范，提高长沙市戚开福区小学青年英语教师的知名度。
