一、走进文化生活
（一）色彩斑斓的文化生活
1、文化生活色彩斑斓的原因：①现代科学技术的发展，②社会主义市场经济的发展。
2、文化生活的喜与忧

4、在文化生活中选择
（1）为什么：①形式多样的文化生活，丰富了文化景观。扩展了文化视野，活跃了文化思想，激发了人民群众参与文化生活的热情。但是，落后文化和腐朽文化也借机蔓延，污染文化环境，危害社会。
②置身于文化生活的海洋之中，如果我们不能把握正确的航向，是非观念模糊，良莠不分，就会陷入落后文化和腐朽文化的泥沼而不能自拔。越是追求丰富多彩的文化生活，越需要提高辨别不同性质文化的眼力，增强抵御落后文化和腐朽文化的能力。
（2）如何辨别落后文化和腐朽文化以及对落后文化和腐朽文化的正确态度：
①落后文化：各种带有迷信、愚昧、颓废、庸俗等色彩的文化，都是落后文化。落后文化常常以传统习俗的形式表现出来，如看相、算命、测字、看风水等。落后文化是文化糟粕，需要不断通过科学文化教育，予以改造或剔除。
②腐朽文化：封建主义和资本主义的腐朽思想、殖民文化、“法轮功”邪教、淫秽色情文化等，都属于腐朽文化。这些文化腐蚀人们的精神世界、侵蚀民族精神、阻碍先进生产力的发展、危害社会主义事业，必须坚决抵制、依法取缔。
（3）我们是社会主义国家，仍然存在落后文化和腐朽文化的原因：
①我国曾长期处于封建社会，封建思想的残余和旧的习惯势力根深蒂固，封建文化并没有完全退出历史舞台。
②经济全球化和信息网络技术的发展，既为文化传播提供了更广阔的空间，也加剧了西方腐朽思想文化对我国思想文化领域的冲击。
③社会主义市场经济在带来文化活力的同时，还导致不同社会群体价值取向、文化选择的多样化；市场经济自身的弱点，也会反映到人们的精神生活中来，诱发拜金主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义等不良思想，滋生唯利是图、权钱交易、损人利己、欺诈勒索等现象。（4）中国特色社会主义文化是当代中国的先进文化：
①文化建设的必要性:各种文化有吸收又有排斥，有融合又有斗争，有渗透又有抵御，呈现相互交织、相互激荡之势 ②文化建设的重要性：中国特色社会主义文化，始终坚持以科学的理论武装人，以正确的舆论引导人，以高尚的精神塑造人，以优秀的作品鼓舞人，无论是思想内容还是表现形式，都发挥着强有力的导向和示范作用，在人民大众的文化生活中始终占据着主导地位。
③文化建设的要求:大力发展先进文化，支持健康有益文化，努力改造落后文化，坚持抵制腐朽文化。
二、建设社会主义文化强国
1、走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路
（1）马克思主义传入中国，是中华文化由衰微走向重振的重要转折点。（2）中国特色社会主义文化：
是以马克思主义为指导，面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的，民族的科学的大众的社会主义文化。（3）坚持发展中国特色社会主义文化的意义
只有坚持和发展中国特色社会主义文化，才能把继承中华优秀文化传统和吸收人类文化优秀成果结合起来，使悠久的中华文化焕发新的生机，实现文化强国的梦想。
2、建设社会主义文强国的必由之路
（1）发展中国特色社会主义文化的宏伟目标：建设社会主义文化强国。
①原因：建设社会主义文化强国，与中国特色社会主义事业总体布局相适应，与建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家目标相衔接，与我国深厚文化底蕴和丰富文化资源相匹配。②如何建设社会主义文化强国：走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路。③怎样走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路？
A、走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，是建设文化强国的必由之路。为此，就必须坚持以马克思主义为指导，坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向，坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣的方针；坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众的原则；坚持把社会效益放在首位，社会效益与经济效益相统一；坚持以改革促发展、促繁荣。B、关键是要增强全民族文化创造活力，树立高度的文化自觉和文化自信。C、最重要的是用中国特色社会主义理论体系武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。④为什么要走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路？
走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，是建设社会主义文化强国的必由之路。是由我国社会制度、发展道路和党的性质宗旨决定的。是由继承和创新中华民族优秀历史文化的要求决定的。
是由我国文化自身发展规律和人民群众根本意愿决定的，是由增强国家文化软实力的现实需要决定的。（2）发展中国特色社会主义文化与建设社会主义文化强国的关系是什么？ ①建设社会主义文化强国，是发展中国特色社会主义文化的宏伟目标。

文化自觉和文化自信的表现：表现为对中华文化发展前途充满信心、对中国特色社会主义文化发展道路充满信心、对社会主义文化强国目标充满信心。（3）怎样增强文化自觉和文化自信（要求）

3、建设社会主义精神文明
（1）为什么要建设社会主义精神文明？P100 ①建设社会主义文化强国，必须推动社会主义精神文明和物质文明全面发展； ②走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，必须努力建设社会主义精神文明；
③精神文明建设搞好了，人心凝聚，精神振奋，各项事业就会全面兴盛。精神文明建设搞不好，人心涣散，精神颓废，各项事业都难以搞好。（2）如何建设社会主义精神文明？
①培育一代一代有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的公民，提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质，以适应社会主义现代化建设的需要。这是发展中国特色社会主义文化、建设社会主义精神文明的根本任务。②发展教育、科学和文化事业。
第一，必须努力办好人民满意的教育。※地位和作用：教育是民族振兴和社会进步的基石。
※如何发展教育事业：要全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持教育为社会主义现代化建设服务、为人民服务，把立德树人作为教育的根本任务，培育德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。第二，必须充分认识科学技术是第一生产力。※原因：科学技术是第一生产力。※如何发展科学技术？

三、文化建设的中心环节（思想道德建设，也是发展中国特色社会主义文化的中心环节）
1、为什么要加强思想道德建设（重要性）：
①社会主义精神文明建设的根本任务是培育“四有”公民，提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质，为此，必须加强思想道德建设。
②思想道德建设是发展中国特色社会主义文化的中心环节。社会主义思想道德建设，集中体现了中国特色社会主义文化的性质和前进方向。
2、社会主义思想道德建设的主要内容：以为人民服务为核心（这是社会主义思想道德区别和优越于其他社会形态思想道德的显著标志）；以集体主义为原则。（这是同资本主义思想道德以个人主义为原则根本对立的）
3、如何加强思想道德建设：
（1）大力建设社会主义核心价值体系 ①为什么：
A、社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂，决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向。
B、文化的力量，很大程度上取决于凝结其中的核心价值体系的力量；不同文化的竞争，很大程度上表现为各自代表的核心价值体系的竞争。
C、以社会主义核心价值体系为内核，用社会主义核心价值体系凝魂聚气、强基固本，是中国特色社会主义文化发展道路的根本标识。（此三项是重要性、意义）
D、社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义意识形态的本质体现。建设社会主义文化强国，必须坚持用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、凝聚社会共识，既尊重差异、包容多样，又有力抵制各种错误思想的影响，不断增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力。（必要性、作用、要求）②建设社会主义核心价值体系的基本要求（怎么做）？
