第一篇:2014年3月 Chinas_Tea_Culture 茶文化配套PPT演讲稿
China's Tea Culture Good morning, ladies and gentlemen!
Today I’d like to talk about Chinese tea culture.China, the hometown of tea, has a long history of tea culture. It's said that Chinese people have been drinking tea as early as Shen Nong tasted hundreds of herbs.Tea has been closely associated with Chinese people's daily lives and tea culture became an important part of Chinese culture. As early as the opening of Silk Road, tea has been exported to the west.To a certain extent, westerners get acquitained with Chinese culture since they knew Chinese tea.People throughout China drink tea daily.Because of the
geographic location and climate, different places grow various kinds of tea.Tea is an important part of the traditional Chinese culture.1.Introduction Chinese tea has a history of about 4,000 years, and until now its reputation spreads all over the world.Japan, South Korea, the United States,The tea culture derived from Han Dynasty, flourished in Song Dynasty and Ming Dynasty, and declined in
Qing Dynasty.Meanwhile, the spirit of the tea culture was reflected through making tea, appreciating tea, smelling tea, drinking tea and tasting tea.Tea-Producing Areas Tea is produced in vast areas of China from Hainan lsland to Shandong Province in the north, from Tibet in the southwest to Taiwan across the Straits.China has tea-shrubs as early as five to six thousand years ago, and human cultivation of tea plants dates back two thousand years.Tea from China, along with her silk and porcelain, began to be known the
world over more than a thousand years ago and has since always been an important Chinese export. At present more than forty countries in the world grow tea with Asian countries producing 90% of the world's total output.Russians/ English / Japanese /Europe and America.Types of Chinese Tea
Chinese tea may be classified into seven types of teas : :
Green tea
White tea
Black tea Yello tea Oolong tea Dark tea Scented tea-
Green Tea Green tea has the largest output in China. It is the unfermented tea and has the longest history. Also, it can be subdivided into Longjing Tea from the West Lake of Hanzhou, Maofeng Tea from Huangshan Mountain, Yunwu Tea from Lushan Mountain and Biluochun Tea from Jiangsu.West Lake Dragon Well Tea
Black Tea Black tea is totally different from green tea and is a kind of completely fermented tea.It named black tea, for
the tea liquid and tea leaves are reddish black.Famous black tea concludes Qimen Black Tea, Assam Black Tea,Pu ’er tea
In the present, many people like Pu’er tea, I guess it maybe because Pu’er tea is very helpful on reduce fat.And then Pu’er tea becomes very popular. But my favorite is Wu Yi Mountain Rock tea.Even after making 7 to 8 times, you can still feel the aroma from the tea. There are more than 500 types of rock tea from Wu Yi Mountain. The main varieties of my favorite are Rou Gui and Shui Xian.scented tea.Scented tea is unique classification of Chinese tea.It is made by various kinds of flowers.Flower tea is from dried flowers with little processing while scented tea is a mixture of green tea with flower petals.Different flowers have different effects, such as rose can moisten skin and chrysanthemum is good for calming inflammation.White Tea White tea belongs to one of the slightly fermented tea.The appearance, fragrance and flavor of the white tea are quite good compared with other tea.Famous varieties include Baihao Yinzhen Tea and White Peony and Fuding in Fujian Province abounds with the famous white tea.Advantages of Tea-Drinking Tea has been one of the daily necessities in China.Countless numbers of people like to have their after meal tea.Tea is also rich in various vitamins and, for smokers, it helps to discharge nicotine out of the system. The black tea tastes sweet and can facilitate the fostering of yang energy in human body. Also, it warms the stomach and helps with digestion. If your stomach were not good, you shouldn’t drink much more green tea, it will make your stomach sick more seriously. The black or Qing tea are better choice for you.Tea Production
The new leaves must be parched in tea cauldrons大锅.The tea-cauldrons are heated electrically to temperature of about 25oC or 74oF.It takes four pounds of fresh leaves to produce one pound of parched tea.Actually the culture of Chinese tea is not only the tea itself, but also the process of making and tasting tea.It will help you slow down the fast pace of life.Gathering 3 or 5 good friends;making a cup of high quality tea;talking about happy past and dream. It would be healthy for both body and spirit.Anyway, try to find time to enjoy the
tea life with friends, balance the busy and relax.Ok, That’s all.Thank you, thanks for your attention!
Chinese Tea Culture 1.My topic is "Chinese Tea Culture”.2.Tea has a very long history in china and has formed the unique culture. It is loved by many people.China is the homeland of tea, and tea has become the national drink. In other words, tea is basically spread out from China.3.In china, the main classifications of tea are green tea, black tea, white tea, and dark tea.4.Here I will emphasize introducing green tea, Oolong tea and black tea.Green tea, also known as unfermented tea.So it reserves many natural substances of fresh leaves. Some famous green tea is west lake dragon well and Dong ting spring spiral.5.Black tea is fully fermented tea. Some famous black tea is Jin Junmei and Lapsang.6.Next I will talk about “Chinese Tea Making Method”.Kung Fu Tea is the most representative.Kung fu tea comes of song dynasty. It is popular in chao shan
area of Guang dong province.7.Look at this picture;they are a set of tools for making Kung fu tea.The tools include kettle, covered bowl, teacups, tea tray and tea pet.8.Another picture is the detail of tea tray. The hose and the vessel belong to the tray. The waste water will drain into this vessel through the hose.9.So let me show you the procedures of making kung fu tea: Step one is the preparation. We choose the Phoenix Dan cong tea to make it.At the same time we should use the kettle to boil water.Step two, warm up the covered bowl and teacups one by one: fill up them with hot water and keep the water into them for a few minutes. Then empty the water out.The purpose of this step is to warm and clean them.Step three, put tea leaves into the bowl.Step four, pour the hot water into the bowl.Step five, use the cover of bowl to take floating foam away.或Brush away the foam floating on top with the lid.10.Then put the cover on the bowl and continue pouring hot water to the bowl.Pour tea into the teacups. Then empty all of the tea out to the tea pet.Step six, inject hot water into the bowl once again.Step seven, pour tea water into the teacups immediately. This time we should ensure that every drop of tea is into the teacups evenly.Step eight, we can smell, taste and drink the tea. Then we can repeat the step six to eight to enjoy the tea.So the kung fu tea is finished.或((Get tea ware ready!
Warm the cup and teapot first by pouring hot water over them.Spoon some tea leaves into the teapot.Add hot water.Scrape off the foam floating on top with the lid.Replace the lid and continue to
pour the water over the small hole in the lid))
0 Warm the cups and teapot first by pouring hot water over them.1 Spoon some tea leaves into the teapot with a tea shuffle(茶荷).2 Tea rinse round starts—add hot water and fill teapot until it overflows a little.Brush away the foam floating on top with the lid.3 Let the tea steep for a few seconds before pouring the water out. This allows the teapot to warm up before the brewing starts. The first round of tea-brewing starts.Pour hot water into the teapot until a little of it spills out of the top.The water should be poured from up high.5 Put the lid on the teapot.Use the water used in step 3 to wash the teacups with tong.Pour the water over the teapot to keep the temperature as high as possible.A high temperature is the key to kung fu tea.8 After a minute or so, the first few cups of tea will be ready to drink. Now pour the tea into the teacups.9 Ready to be served to guests.11.The tea culture of chao shan area has many features.Firstly, every family has their own tools for making kung fu tea.Secondly, they regard the tea as important as their dinner.Thirdly, they use the tea to serve their friends. They can get information from each other, and deepen their feelings through the tea.12.At last I want to say that
everyone in our classroom is my friend.Welcome to my home.I will make the kung fu tea to serve you.13.That’s all.Thank you!
As we know, hamsters have become one of the most popular pets in the world. But, do you know what the species hamsters have? do you know what the life habit of hamster is and how to keep a hamster? Today, I’ll introduce you all of them.Hamsters are typically stout-bodied, with little tails, and have small, furry ears, short, stocky legs, and wide feet. They have thick, silky fur, which can be long or short, colored black, grey, honey, white, yellow, red, or a mix, depending on the species. The most famous and funny thing of them is they have elongated cheek pouches extending to their shoulders in which they carry food back to their burrows.(金丝熊)The best-known species of hamster is the golden hamster, which is the type most commonly kept as pets.Pet stores also have taken to calling them “honey bears”.They can be quite tame and easy to handle.(坎贝尔)Other hamsters kept as pets are the various species of “dwarf hamster”.Campbell's dwarf hamster is the most common—they are also sometimes called “Russian dwarfs”.(老公公Roborovskis are the world's smallest hamsters, just like a ping-pong ball. The coat is brown, the belly and side arches are pure white.Their large black eyes are emphasized with a white facial marking which slightly resemble eyebrows.Robs are extremely active, making them somewhat difficult to handle, but certainly entertaining. Before you buy any pet, make sure you have a home set up for them.If you are bringing home a new hamster soon, here is a list of supplies you will need before you get your hamster.Cage:Get a cage that is large enough, escape-proof, and easy to clean. Most hamsters are strictly solitary. If housed together, acute and chronic stress may occur, and they may fight fiercely, sometimes fatally. Therefore, please remember one hamster one cage.Exercise Wheel:Anyone who has kept a hamster knows what an energetic little creature it can be.In a single night a hamster may cover the equivalent of four human marathons.Hamsters love to run, and need the exercise.Make sure the wheel is quiet as well, since hamsters run at night(especially if your hamster will be in your room).Food:Choose a good quality food for your hamster.Pelleted foods offer a good nutritional balance and for many hamsters are a better option than loose food mixes.House:Your hamster will appreciate a private getaway for sleeping. It can be as simple as a small cardboard box, a plastic hide box or a wooden box
Bedding Material:Hamsters need to be provided with some soft material to build a nest in their hide-away for curling up in and sleeping.Bathing Sand: Hamsters can not be washed with water. You can provide a dish of hamster bathing sand, in which you hamster can roll to keep its coat in good condition. This is a panorama of a hamster home.We can see the cage, water bottle, grinding stone, wheel, food, little house, bedding material and only one hamster in it.Finally, let me show you my adorable pets. They are Kongkong and Silver.Kongkong is a Roborovskis and Silver is a Dwarf hamster. They have always been my little buddies and they are there the whole time with me through the bitter and the sweet. Both of them are more than two years old.I’m aware of the fact that they don’t have much time left, so I cherish every limited second with them.No matter how small hamsters are, they are also lives. As their owners, please treat them well and make their short lives happy.
The 1940's were dominated by World War II.European artists and intellectuals fled to the United States from Hitler and the Holocaust, bringing new ideas created in disillusionment.War production pulled us out of the Great Depression.Women were needed to replace men who had gone off to war, and so the first great exodus of women from the home to the workplace began.Rationing affected the food we ate, the clothes we wore, the toys with which children played. After the war, the men returned, having seen the rest of the world. No longer was the family farm an ideal;no longer would blacks accept lesser status. The GI Bill allowed more men than ever before to get a college education.Women had to give up their jobs to the returning men, but they had tasted independence.Population 132,122,000
Unemployed in 1940-8,120,000
National Debt $43 Billion
Average Salary $1,299.Teacher's salary $1,441
Minimum Wage $0.40 per hour
55% of U.S.homes have indoor plumbing
Antarctica is discovered to be a continent
Life expectancy 68.2 female, 60.8 male
Auto deaths 34,500
Supreme Court decides blacks do have a right to vote
World War II changed the order of world power;theUnited States and the USSR become super powers
Cold War begins.Thewas the height of fashion among daring young men until the War Production Department restricted the amount of fabric that could be used in men's garments. The same restrictions led to the popularity of the women's , a jacket, short skirt, and blouse. The jacket could be shed for more formal attire at night.Silk stockings were unavailable, so, to give the illusion with stockings with their prominent seam, women would draw a line up the backs of their legs with an eyeliner.Oxford Baggies originated on the campus of Oxford University, England, during the summer of 1925.The full cut of these pants and cuff with a circumference of 22 inches allowed students to easily slip them on over their beloved knickers, which had been
banned by the University.Unlike the ZOOT SUITS above Oxford Baggies were more socially accepted and worn by the masses.Jazz clothing surfaced in 1919 as a new music called Jazz was first being performed. This JAZZ SUIT, identified by it's extremely trim, tight/pinched look, was worn by those in the theatrical profession. As seen in World War One uniforms the jacket has a unique waist seam. When the war and it's restrictions ended, Christian Dior introduced the , feminine dresses with long, full skirts, and tight waists.Comfortable, low-heeled shoes were forsaken for high heels.Hair was curled high on the head in front, and worn to the shoulders in the back, and make-up was socially acceptable.Silk stockings were first made popular in the 1940’s but they’ve been around since the 16th century.Several hundred years ago, women believed that silk stockings added luxury to one’s dress – especially if you were middle class.Silk stockings were not just popular hundreds of years ago;they’ve been an integral part of pop culture for over 50 years.Queen Elizabeth and Marilyn Monroe were often caught walking in silk stockings.Indeed, Marilyn Monroe’s iconic image is one with her wearing sexy silk stockings.Silk stockings were quite popular because they showed the shape and form of a woman’s leg – and they fit quite well with the miniskirts that were so prevalent in that era.Jitterbug
American soldiers brought Lindy Hop/Jitterbug to Europe around 1942, where this dance quickly became popular among the young. In the United States the term 'Swing' became the most common word used to describe the dance
Cabaret is a form of entertainment having comedy, song, dance, and theatre.Cabarets are mostly performed in a restaurant or nightclub with a stage for performances and the audience sitting at tables(often dining or drinking)watching the performance. The play begins with the people of Berlin living a fun, decadent life for which the city was famous, especially for those who frequented The Kit-Kat Club.Although the play begins with the emcee playful and happy, it ends with a moment that takes your breath away when he takes off a long military overcoat to reveal the striped pajama type uniform worn by Jews and Jehovah’s Witness who were persecuted by the Nazis. The term pin up girl was first used in the early 1940's.The now famous pin up girl images were originally published in magazines, newspapers, calendars and postcards.
