一、指导思想：

二、正确认识远程教育和英语的关系

远程教育学习成果研修

上学期，我参加河北省远程教育培训。这次研修培训令我感到深刻难忘。在这次远程中，我受益匪浅。通过学习资料，专家点评以及网上相互交流，我对新课程改革的理念有了更进一步的认识；通过参与在线研讨和交流，我领略到了远程研修的魅力，有幸聆听到了各位学友们不同的心声；通过完成提交作业，我锻炼了表达，增长了个人智慧；通过阅读班级和课程简报，我分享到了学友们的研修成果和专家们的课改成果；最后，通过撰写提交研修总结心得，思想和认识又得到了进一步的升华。培训使我能全面、深刻理解小学新课程的基本理念，掌握《小学英语新课程标准》的基本理念、设计思路、课程目标、内容标准和教学与评价的要求等。网络是一个很好的平台，我利用平台认真聆听了专家的精彩讲评，积极参与同行们的交流讨论，天天趴在电脑前、读文本、写作业、发评论，感受颇深，收获很多。给自己忙碌的生活增添了又一乐趣。专家们的讲评以及优秀课例，使我从理论的高度了解了新课程改革的必要性和重要性，同时也从感性上了解新课程理念下的英语课堂教学，从而得以重新理性地反省与审视自己的教育教学观和教学策略。

一、新形势下的课改对教师的要求。

新形势下教学时间的减少，我想这是在课改过程中每一位教师都会遇到的问题。在知识讲解过程中，如果知识点讲解过多，害怕时间不够充分，学生不能够很好的理解所讲知识，相应的听说能力也不会得到很好的锻炼；如果讲解过少，又怕学生不会运用，一到考试，分数变低，所以很难处理这种矛盾。但一定要改变这种状况！改，不一定在短时间内有效果，但不改一定是没有效果的。教学方式，教学方法和教学思路是不可忽视的。一种合理的教学方式只能适合某一特定阶段，并不能成为永恒。教学方式、教学方法需要不断地探索和改进。在教改过程中只有不断地、认真地、用心地去实践并总结，才会形成一种合理的教学方式与方法。每个人有每个人的讲课风格，只有能够充分调动学生积极性，真正能让学生学有所获，学有所得，在一种学生乐学，擅学的氛围中，让学生健康成长----这样的课我觉得是一堂好课。单纯的知识讲授是不可取的。

二、选修课程的开发与实施要因地制宜、因材施教

在培训过程中，我们听取了专家们的报告，教研组进行了认真的分组学习和讨论，我们都有同感，我们都感觉到新课程改革存在着区域、城乡之间的差异，有些教学活动在一些乡镇中学难以实施。所以，我认为：教师要尊重学生，让他们根据自身的兴趣和未来发展需要自主选择课程模块。教师要明白、承认学生的个性差异，要真正做到面向学生，我们有些老师还得付出很大的劳动，任务很艰巨啊。选修课旨在提高学生语言综合运用能力，所以要适当增加任务型语言教学活动，因地制宜，尽可能利用本校有限的教学资源；因材施教，尽可能面向全体学生。此举旨在培养学生的英语学习兴趣和简单运用英语进行交际的技巧。因为这是以具体的任务为学习动力、以完成任务的过程为学习过程、以展开任务成果的方式来体现教学的成就、以运用为目的、以运用核心的教学途径，教学活动中适当增加“任务型”为模块的语言教学，以此培养学生的综合运用语言能力。

三、教学资源的共同开发与分享

倾听了专家们的报告和课件展示以及总结性发言，还有我们的分组讨论，深感教学资源对新课标下的教学和实施至关重要。深切体会到应努力学习现代化教育技术，不断更新自身的教育理念，开发并分享以现代化信息技术为载体的英语教学资源以及相关的教学辅助资源。积极参与合作开发教学资源和共同分享教学资源，这样才能节省人力、物力和精力，取人之长补己之短，使自己的教育知识、教育经验得到更高层次的升华，以便更加有效地做好新课程改革形式下的教学实施和评价。从而更好地为教育事业做出应有的贡献。

总之，此次培训形式灵活，内容丰富，效果显著，对我的英语知识，教学理念，教学方法等都产生了积极而深远的影响，对促进我英语教学水平的提高产生了良好的效果使我尝到了当前先进的英语教育教学理论也积累了一定的英语基础知识的课堂实践经验，但是漫长而短暂的学习也留下了许许多多的问题和学习的困难，在将来的工作和学习中再努力奋斗。

回顾这些学习的日子里，我觉得很值得，通过网络学习，让我们全市的英语教师在这个平台上，互相学习、互相交流。我们尽情的汲取新的教学理念、教学方法，聆听着各位专家和教授们精辟的讲座。这让我们受益匪浅，它将督促我们在教书育人的道路上不断前进，不断推陈出新。也让我明白了怎样做一个幸福的英语教师。

1、要有一颗平常的心态。就是说做人要时刻保持一种冷静、客观、理智、忘我的心态。我们拥有了一颗平常的心态，在尊重学生个性的基础上不急不躁的教育他们，对那些调皮捣蛋和学习情绪低落的学生，只要我们冷静客观的去对待，理智的分析出现问题的原因，并作出恰当的决策，我们就会受到意想不到的收获。

2、要有一颗宽容的心。一位老师说到，“教育过程就是一个不完美的人引领着另一个不完美的人追求完美的过程”说的很好，每个人都有自己的不足，人不完人，我们的天职是敬业求实，为人师表。作为老师要怀着一颗宽容之心去发现学生的闪光点，发现他们积极向上的东西，去引导鼓励学生。而不要紧咬着他们所犯的错误不放，这样会导致学生容易走向极端，会越陷越深。如果我们用宽容的心去感化学生，我们也许会发现会少些烦恼、多些快乐，少些狭隘多些豁达，也许我们就会发现自己拥有了这份真正的幸福。

3、要转变教育观念

当今，在新课程改革下，我们许多教师对新课标的理解不够，感到一片茫然。新课程怎样备、怎样上，是否放弃了传统的模式。通过视频上的学习，看了专家们的讲座，指导我们怎样备课、怎样上课、怎样评课、怎样写好课后反思等等这些，让我理解到了怎样倡导学生在自主、合作、探究的放式去学习，首先我们教师要转变角色，要“为了每一位学生的发展”，走进新课程的教师也不再是充当“传道、授业、解惑”的单一角色，而更多扮演“组织者”、“指导者”、“促进者”、“研究者”、“开发者”、“协作者”、“参与者”、“学习者”等多元角色。

总之，我们教师的成长离不开自身的素养，人格的魅力，离不开渊博的知识，需要我们不断学习。
