社会主义现代化建设的需要。德育教育是学校教育的一个重要组成部分,应当适应素质教育的要求。随着社会主义现代化的不断发展,必须把德育工作放在重要的地位,始终如一地抓紧抓好。作为班主任应该挑起培养学生良好道德行为习惯的重任,经过不断地探索与实践,笔者认为:班主任开展德育工作要坚持“分析原因,对症下药”的工作方针。

一、社会因素:成人社会一些不正确的价值观、道德观在误导青少年,使青少年深受影响。比如:金钱至上、雷锋精神已过时等。社会上的一些坏风气也给学生带来严重的影响。近些年来,社会上一些人借改革开放之机,把一些

不健康的东西也开放起来。诸如赌博、电子游戏、以及形形色色的不健康音像制品,都将使学生的思想受到污染,使一些学生荒废学业、误入歧途甚至犯罪。

二、学校因素:当前学校教育中学生德育工作还存在着以下问题:只注重理论的说教,忽视学生日常行为习惯的养成。《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》墙上高挂,而学校没有做到及时督促检查。为人师表,但有些老师在行为习惯上不能成为学生的表率。有些教师只教授学生知识,而不注重思想品德教育。只要成绩好就是好学生,老师重点培养;成绩不好就是坏学生,老师冷落。这种态度和做法,常常引起学生的不满和逆反心理,使学生不听从老师的教诲,对老师产生反感,从而作出违反中学生行为规范的事。

三、家庭因素:家长常常以一种高高在上的教育方式来管理子女,使青少年产生逆反心理。不合理的家庭教育,使得孩子们不愿意听家长的话,学生自

我封闭,使家庭的教育无法进行。再有现在的学生大多是独生子女,家长溺爱孩子,使青少年的思想品德没有一个正常的规范,恶习滋生。在家庭保温箱中,学生的动手能力和心理素质极差,不能吃苦,经不起风雨。一些不完整的家庭,对孩子的关心和爱护也是不健全的,不利于学生的健康成长。

四、青少年自身因素:依靠习惯的力量来调节自己的行为是道德的一个重要特点。习惯是一种无意识心理的反应。个体的习惯一旦形成,自发地支配着人的言行举止。中学生的好奇心较强,对社会上新奇的言行常产生一种迫切的追求心理。但由于涉世不深,辨别能力差,往往不分好坏,盲目地模仿。中学生正从幼稚向成熟过渡,性格很不稳定。对周围事物分辨能力差。无意识心理活动,容易受主客观条件的影响,中学生尚不能理智地控制自己的心理和行为。中学生生理上心理上都发生了显著变化,情绪很不稳定。有时无法想通一些问题,出现了逆反心理和行为。学校或家庭反复强调的道德修养和行为习惯,有的学生却自以为是、我行我素,不良行为习惯就是在这种无意识心理指导下而形成的。

第二、根据以上全面分析,班主任开展德育工作应从以下几个方面入手。

江泽民同志在《关于教育问题的谈话》一文中曾说道,教育是一项系统工程,事关重大,不容忽视。作为学校,是教育的主阵地,它的导向作用发挥的正确与否,直接关系到受教育者的人格定位、价值取向。古人云:“师而无德,不足为师”。教师要善于用高尚的人格力量、榜样力量去感化学生、教育学生,使学生“信其道”而“亲其师”。

(一)班主任开展德育工作,对学生充满爱心是前提。

班主任德育工作的开展,学生德育素质的提高,必须遵守一切从实际出发的原则。要充分尊重学生的人格,保持友好平等的师生关系。作为一个班主任

教师热爱学生真诚帮助学生,学生理解老师使之愿意接受老师的教导。这种相互理解的新型师生关系,有利于班主任开展德育工作。班主任要有一双善于观察的慧眼,不仅要观察班集体的整体变化,还要注意每个学生的细微变化。做到明察秋毫,及时发现问题,及时处理;班主任在工作中要多和学生沟通,以聊天的形式了解学生的学习状况,家庭状况、心理问题、兴趣与爱好等等。经常和家长保持联系,及时掌握学生在家里的生活、学习习惯、性格特点等,全面摸清每位同学的思想动态和存在问题,以便开展德育工作;和学生沟通可以在各种适合的场合,如课间活动、集体劳动。不管在什么场合谈话,班主任要用同龄人的心理、朋友的语气去交谈,学生就会打开心扉,畅所欲言。在师生沟通中,班主任德育工作就会水到渠成。
