智联招聘高级薪酬总监赵立朋表示,IT业和金融业的收入高,主要是由行业特性决定的,从事这两个行业的主要是知识密集型人群,拥有较高的学历,而且这两个行业本身的设备、原材料成本相对比较低,人力成本很高,人力成本某种程度上替代了该行业的设备和原材料成本,因此薪酬水平较高。从产业属性和人才要求上说,这些行业的薪酬回报率比较高,反过来说,这些行业承受的压力也比较大,同时,这些行业的利益分配机制也决定了行业的收入较高。
十)升职
这个内容我不知道该怎么写,也最不愿意提起,所以我放在最后。因为以前我一直以为,外企的能否升职完全是靠个人的努力和成绩,可是有一天我突然发现,外企在决定是否让 一个人升职时,仍然有一定程度的人为的因素,我很失望。可是作为一个完整的介绍,我 还是写几句吧。
1)级别概况
相信大部分人都知道了,会计师事务所有很规律的升级时间,通常是一年升一级,没出太 大的错误的话,级别低的时候升级都没有什么问题。到了senior升manager就不一定了,升
成manager之后再想往上升就更难了。
外资银行的级别非常细,不管是普通员工还是经理,都有很多级别,特别是经理的级别就 更细(但是说实话目前大陆人还很少有能到达很高级级别的经理),升级的具体时间是不 一定的,受很多因素影响。总的来说级别低的时候有一个大概的升级时间,级别高了就不 一定了,每个人不太一样。会影响升级的因素譬如:不同的部门升级情况可能不同;你的 老板怎么样,是不是会想着提出要给你升级;你上面的职位是不是有空缺等等。
2)升级的条件
第一,会计师事务所
我个人认为,会计师事务所已经基本过了大规模扩张的阶段,现在的发展已经趋于成熟,六七年的时间也已经积累了一定数量的专业人员。说实话前几年毕业进事务所的,工作五 六年后升到经理是很顺理成章的。可能我不是什么牛人,我是觉得现在还想升到经理,真 的是非常难的一件事情。
一般来说,在会计师事务所想要升级,每年的评估得分要不错。需要注意的是,上面的人 怎么评估你,除了看你干得好不好之外,更重要的是大家对你的印象怎么样。由于是很多 人一起评价一个人,但是你主要跟着几个人做,所以运气在这个时候显示了作用,首先要 看主管你的人是不是欣赏你的这种性格,其次要看主管你的人的性格,他是不是愿意在大 家面前帮你说话,为你争取top pay和升职。
会计师事务所都要填一个类似于时间表的东西,要填上你为哪些客户做了多少时间,想要
升值的话,为客户工作的时间最好不要太少。
另外,你自己的qualification要不错,包括注册会计师,注册税务师或者其他什么职业资 格,最好别什么都没有。
最后的一点,也是想要升经理最重要的一点,就是你和合伙人的关系。因为经理是要合伙 人来评估的,也是由合伙人提名升职的。只要有合伙人肯为你说话,你升位经理的机会就 有。会计师事务所里上层的竞争激烈,每个合伙人带一些经理,如果你跟着做最多客户的 人职业发展的好,那你的职业发展就有优势。
第二,外资银行
外资银行的升级首先要看主管你的人怎么样,他是不是想着推荐你升级。其次要看你工作 的时间。因为银行一般不给压力让无法升职的员工离开(因为大部分人不能常常有机会升 级),所以只要努力工作,到了一定的时间,总是有机会升的,只是像前面的说的,升到 一定级别后,作为大陆人,想做高级别的经理目前还是很难的。
但是WTO后,外资银行可以经营的范围越来越大,更为广阔的业务范围需要更多的专业人士,因而外资银行的生职空间还是有的。
3)总结
虽然升职有很多人为的因素,但是说到底你的能力是最重要的,没有老板想要找一个无法 出色完成工作的人做助手。重要的是如果你周围的人都很优秀,你怎么能够在众多优秀的 人中脱颖而出。
