第一星期在学校老师的安排下，我们四人一组在实习室开始这一个月的手工实习。第一天上午，我们看实训资料，了解企业的基本情况，公司核算的基本原则，各类账簿的期初余额，各类业务的基本资料等等，看的我们头都大了，哪那么多规矩呀。真是啰嗦！下午，我们的任务就是开总账，明细账，登期初余额。人晕了，开了总账，开明细账，明细账里面又有三栏式，多栏式，数量金额式，分不清且不会写明细，纠结了很久。我们分工把账簿开了，登上期初余额，做了试算平衡，第一天我们的任务完成了。第二天，我们开始写分录，总共185笔，我想谁都会吓一跳，团结才有力量，我们上午的工作是每人做20笔，做到80笔业务，下午任务就是160笔，最后是结转收入、费用、利润，分配工资、水电费等等，那真是丈二和尚摸不着头脑。因为我们时间紧迫，我们是想用一个星期的时间做好一个月的事情，所以中午晚上我们都在实习室加班，提前跟老师的参考答案进行比对，错误也是蛮多的，特别是像没有外来原始凭证的业务，不知道去哪找数量和金额，修改确定分录后，我们自制原始凭证，填写支票，进账单，增值税发票，领料单，入库单，出库单等。真是不简单，支票有书写要求，进账单，专用发票又要详细写双方公司资料，领料单，入库，出库单又要算出计划和实际价格，太繁琐太折磨人了。终于到了根据审核无误的原始凭证登记账凭证，这在我看来是相对简单一点的事情，只要原始凭证写对了，记账凭证不会出什么大错。接下来我们根据会计凭证登记明细账，逐笔逐笔在记账凭证上打钩在明细账上记录，眼睛花了，手脚乱了，账簿科目太多了，人要抓狂了。像多栏式明细太多了，不知道该怎么归集，填写也很容易错误，借贷方也会写反，特别是日记 1
账，还要日清日结，一笔金额写错，一张纸可能会全部报废，存货类的登账也很繁琐，仓管员要一份，会计要一份。真是力不从心呀，好辛苦。最最阻碍我们的是结转，分配，归集，计算量过大，不知从何做起。我这一块现在还没搞明白呢。我们这一个星期做到了科目汇总表，可惜我们用的是手工丁字账，我们的借贷不相等，我们查了一遍没查出来，由于时间问题我们没有接着往下做了。后来听老师说我们可以用 excle来计算，太遗憾了后来才知道。
虽然我们只进行了一周的手工实训，可我们完成了二周的任务，我们是很伟大的，同时也是很累的。以前一直以为实训课应该蛮轻松的，但是这一段时间我们实训下来，我发现会计是很累很烦的，会计要求很高，容不得半点的马虎，一出错团队就都得遭殃，忙活。我深刻的体会到作为一个会计人员是需要细心、耐心和责任心的.第二阶段，也就是11月1号，我来到了恒企培训机构实习。想在培训机构系统的学习会计业务流程，学习手工、电脑、商业、工业、连锁账等等。积累工作经验，毕业可以直接上手做会计。和其他实习生一样，刚到企业首先学的是企业文化，熟悉环境，认识同事，了解工作岗位。就因为我是实习生，所以什么都要学，什么都是为以后工作打基础。只要我是闲着就跟同事一块学习。和助教学习录制公司业务，和出纳去银行存取钱，跟市场部去市场投放广告，跟招生员学习如何招生，最主要的是补充理论知识，跟班级学员一起听课学习。是的，是很全面的学习，因为我必须要了解整个企业运行模式，说实在的，我是短时间的实习，公司不可能把一个岗位的工作交给我，只能是让我了解认识而以。在公司的第一周就这样结束了，这也是我实习的主要事项。星期六公司开了周会，总结这周的工作情况，对我表示肯定，我不迟到不早退，学习态度好，上进心强，团体意识浓厚。随后给我做了下周的工作计划。我的主要工作就是听课学理论。听老师讲课，点评老师授课情况，提建议、观点。这点公司很欣赏，我点评很中肯直接，全面到位。这也是可以很好的拉近学员和老师的距离，让老师了解学员的学习情况，同时反馈学员的情绪。同样的一边巩固我自己的知识一边完善老师的上课模式。我是资源的合理利用，对自己对公司而言都是。其他时间我就负责公司网络宣传，网络广告的完善和人员的接待。学会树立企业品牌，学着练习口才接待来访人员的咨询。很不错的学习，特别是在回答咨询人员的问题，那种通过咨 2
询马上就报名学习的事例会让人特有成绩感。不过我现在还没有这样的辉煌事迹。第二周在和同事的融洽相处中很快的结束了，这也是我这周的工作总结。第三周的学习，就是专业化了，跟老师学习手工账电脑账实操，因为有在校一周的接触学习，我上手很快，正好是一个巩固手工账的机会。还有就是结合excle在会计中的应用，用excle来做T行账，收入费用的结转、分配，科目汇总表的编制等等，这确实比手工计算方便简单的多，而且出错概率也少。想想我们手工实习时科目汇总表不平就是因为我们全用的是手工和计算器，一个地方出错那就得从新来过。最后我们还是用电脑编的报表，这是对我专业工具、专业技能的一大学习和提高，对会计工作的简化，我很开心能学会这个。但有一点是在学校没接触的，就是增值税的纳税申报表、企业所得税纳税申报表、代扣代缴个人所得税表的填制和上缴，普通发票、费用报销单、固定资产进项的抵扣等等，这都是我要新学的东西。还有就是税法知识的一个回顾，实践一检验，我的理论知识掌握的不牢固呀，忘的差不多了。学校实习时间结束了，不过我在这公司的实习期还没满，很庆幸我还可以接着往下学习，以后的心得体会再慢慢写。
虽然我现在公司只呆了20天，可学到的东西除了专业外，其他的只可意会不可言传。和同事的相处、生活，和学员的探讨、交流，跟咨询人员的介绍，跟老师的学习，看领导的为人处世。结交了新朋友，开拓了视野，增长了见识，扩大了知识面，学着怎么去为人处世，认识了社会本质，养成了早起的习惯，早上出现在急匆匆的上班人群中，晚上映衬在美丽的夜景下，看到自己真正成为这亮丽风景线的一员，穿梭于车水马龙，很惊异很兴奋。真正成为了社会责任人。多劳多得，少劳少得，身不由己，知道挣钱的不容易，工作的辛苦。为了适应社会发展，承担祖国重任，我们得不断的学习，不断的提升自己，在实践中磨练自己。好好学习，天天向上！勇往直前，我做主！

——学校与校外活动场所联系的几点做法
实施素质教育，必须把德育、智育、体育、美育等有机地统一在教育活动的各个环节中。学校教育不仅要抓好智育，更要重视德育，还要加强体育、美育、劳动技术教育和社会实践，使诸方面教育相互渗透、协调发展，促进学生的全面发展和健康成长。
加强学生的校外社会实践教育有利于帮助学生获取真才实学，实践出真知，宋代诗人陆游说过：“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。缺少社会实践，学生往往把课本当世界，变成书呆子，遇到实际问题就往往措手无策。但是通过社会实践，可以把在学校学到的知识进行消化和强化，使得课本的知识成为真正的知识，同时也锻炼了动手能力。另外，通过实践，也可以掌握其它的社会或动手的技能。
