微笑如丹。有资料表明，那些长命百岁的长者，绝大多数都是深知快乐之道的人。在他们的人生旅途中，无论生活是多么的艰难困苦，他们也不忘让微笑来为他们挡风遮雨，让微笑来为他们披荆斩棘，让微笑来为他们驱病强身，延缓衰老。对于烦恼，微笑是最好的灵丹妙药，它无需成本，却可创造许多价值，也难怪有人会说：微笑是人的半条生命。

微笑如花。人生天地间，不可能事事如意，件件快心。总会遇到这样或那样的坎坷与磨难。这时候，就需要我们保持一个健康的心态，达观、快乐，笑对人生。我们要学会用微笑去化解隔阂、消除误会，也要学会用微笑去浇灌生命、滋养心田。要用微笑去沉沉暮气，获勃勃生机。要知道微笑是生命的太阳，只要太阳永不落，就一定会有云开雾散、春暖花开的那一天。要学会笑看花开花落，要学会静观云卷云舒。
