2、cover letter

(1)Cover letter Dear Mr.** 1.The work described has not been submitted elsewhere for publication, in whole or in part, and all the authors listed have approved the manuscript that is enclosed.2.I have read and have abided by the statement of ethical standards for manuscripts submitted to Neuroscience.kind regards.
