含be动词的否定句和一般疑问句都是在肯定句的基础上变换而来的。【否定句】

变否定句时，在be动词(am, is, are)后面加否定词not即可。如： I’m Linda.→ I’m not Linda.Her name is Jane.→ Her name is not / isn’t Jane.【一般疑问句】

变一般疑问句时，把be动词(am, is, are)提到句首，首字母大写，句末加问号。肯定回答用Yes，否定回答用No。如：

Tom is my cousin.→ Is Tom your cousin? 【特别提醒】

I’m …变一般疑问句时，通常为Are you …?
