造价工程师必考：“时间”记忆表之一
在备考造价工程的过程中，发现有许多关于时间的记忆，比较容易混淆。现在把这些相关的知识点摘抄出来，汇总成一张记忆清单，以方便大家共同学习。
一、招投标的有关时间：
1、投标截止时间：有效期 ≥ 20天
2、招标文件的修改：提交投标文件截止前15天
3、勘察现场：投标预备会前1--2天
4、投标预备会：发出招标文件后7--28日内
5、投标人发出招标文件有误时，在收到招标文件7日内以书面形式指出
6、退还投标保证金：投标有效期满后14天，订合同后5日内
7、银行或担保公司开具的投标保函，在投标有效期满后28天内继续有效
8、评标定标应在投标有效期结束日30个工作日前完成9、确定中标人后15日内向提交招投标报告

分享：美国老师如何教学生记忆单词的
大家好，我是一名移居国外多年的老师，在国外的中学教书。作为有着很深的中国根的华人，我这里有必要分享一下海外华人是如何记忆单词的。相信大家看完我的文章会为自己是华人感到无比的激动和自豪。
记得刚到纽约问路，黑人提到一个词vehicle，没有听懂，回来查了才知道是车辆的意思，问了Rose（我的美国朋友）,她告诉我她在读小学的时候，老师教这个生词的时候告诉她们记住：We hide vehicle 这句话就可以了，其中w=v（W可以看成两个V）d=cl(cl和在一起就是d)真是太绝了，美国老师就是有办法，从此之后我就开始研究中国人如何快速记忆英文单词。
在国内，一个普通小学在校生就具备了英文单词记忆的三大系统：
第一大系统是学习者已经掌握的基本英文单词，比方说apple，egg，bed等。第二大系统是学习者已经熟练掌握的中文拼音系统。拼音系统也是一种字母系统。第三大系统就是想象系统或者说联想系统。
我们可以回忆学习汉字时候的情景，比如“男”这个汉字，上面是“田”下面是“力”，在田 里出力气的人是男人。那么英文单词是不是也是这样呢？答案是肯定的，英文单词也可以说文解字。比如“成功”success这个单词是有suc何cess 构成的，『success=suc+cess』suc=下，接近cess=走 【接着往下走=》越来越靠近=》成功】，我们知道suc和cess的意思就很容易明白success为什么是成功的意思了。按照这个思路结合华人的思维特点，延展出来10大方法：
一、谐音法：★ schedule 这个单词是“日程，计划”的意思，用得很多，但是突然让你写你不见得马上很快写出来，schedule 【死车堵住了，破坏了计划和日程】
（s-死，che-车，堵车《du-le》了，我们就想骂：该死的破车，又堵了，破坏了我们计划和日程）
二、删除法：大家都知道orange这个单词，可是orang是什么意思呢？“橙子”没有了“e”，谁把“橙子”(orange)吃掉
了“一”(e)点点呢？【猩猩（orang）把橙子（orange）吃掉了一（e）点点】『 orange-e=orang 』
三、对称法：abracadabra是什么单词呢？我们观察它的结构，★是以cad为中心对称的，a+bra+cad+a+bra，a是一个的意思，bra是“乳罩”的意思，cad是坏蛋的意思，咒语就出来了：【左边拿一个（a）乳罩（bra）右边一个（a）乳罩（bra）的坏蛋（cad）在胡言乱语】【左边拿一个乳罩右边一个乳罩的坏蛋在胡言乱语】 a+bra+cad+a+bra=abracadabr，类似的还有mahatma=ma+hat+ma
四、添加法：大家知道come 是来的意思，那comet 是什么意思？ come加了一个t,★我们注意t是“天”的第一个声母，所以咒语就是 【来自天外的是彗星】 『come+t=comet』
五、分割法：beeline,这个单词就字面看，我们人士bee和line，蜜蜂，线，我们加入咒语：【蜜蜂走的线是直线】
bee+line=beeline(直线），我们不去管蜜蜂是不是走直线，但是beeline就是直线的意思。类似的还有carrot carpet sesame sickle
六、象形法：gourd,★g和d都像是藤上挂的葫芦，咒语：【我们的葫芦】g+our+d=gourd（葫芦）那通过添加法，白色的葫芦是什么呢？ white gourd是冬瓜，我们就又记住了一个单词“冬瓜”咒语：【白色的葫芦是冬瓜】 类似的还有swan
七、插入法：swan是天鹅的意思，i=用谐音法是“爱”，in = 里面，进入，swa+i+n =swa+in=swain 咒语：【天鹅加进一点爱，变成了情人/乡村少年】 ★想像你在乡村的小河边，看见河里美丽的天鹅，你给了它一点爱（i），它就变成了一个英俊的“乡村少年”成了你的“情人"类似的还有mahatma=ma+hat+ma
八、音标法(拼音法)：就是那些发音完全符合国际音标的单词，没有必要用别的方法去记的！
九、替换法：我们知道bar这个单词是“酒吧”的意思，那barn是什么意思，我们注意n象一个门，酒吧开了一个门做什么呢？咒语：【酒吧开了一个门做谷仓】『bar+n=barn』,那我们用m 替换 n ,★m象两个门，酒吧开两个门做什么用呢？咒语：【谷仓上开个门用来发酵做酵母】『bar+m=barm』（酵母）类似的还有『mahatma=ma+hat+ma』
十、词根法就是利用英语的前缀后缀来记忆单词的方法
例词：active adj.积极的，能起作用的，现行的 公式：『active=act+ive』破解：act是表示“行动”的词根，ive是形容词和名词后缀，咒语：【行动的形容词是 积极的】 在实际的运用中是综合运用以上十种方法比方：
『dan+de+lion=dandelion』咒语【单个的狮子象蒲公英】，★我们可以想像公狮子的脖子上有很多毛，和蒲公英一样，远看就是单个的蒲公英。
