法，大了说，是国家用来约束大人们行动的规则；小了说，则是我们大家过家家时候讲的玩法；全了说，就是无论做什么事情都需要遵守的行为规范。我们知道，在我们玩的时候，有人不遵守约定，是很讨厌的事情。看到这样的人和做法，大多数的同学都会生气，气不过的时候就会跟他理论，闹大了就会找人评理。为什么呢？因为这是我们的游戏得以良好进行的基础，违背了她，我们就不会玩的尽兴，就不会玩的开心。大家说，我们是不是很需要一个公平、合理、大家都接受的游戏规则啊？
是的，我们都很需要。
除了好好学习，我们的一个很重要的事情就是：从我们现在做起，从我们日常生活做起，从我们的日常积累做起，无论做什么都要注意遵守社会规范，为我们未来生活在一个公平、公正、合理的法制社会打下我们的基础。
将来有那么一天，也许这美丽的大花园——地球，将被邪恶所笼罩，无数的青少年都成了犯罪分子，抢劫、偷盗、殴打、赌博、杀人、放火，成了人们生活中所看到的一件平常事。“拒绝不良诱惑。”“不以小错而不改。”这样的宣传话语在我们生活中不可谓不多，为得就是想以此来整治一些不良的社会现象。可这让我很不解，难道就这寥寥几句话就能起到什么作用吗？当然不能！不过这却可以警示人们防微杜渐，警告不要任自己的不良习惯得到发展，从根源治起，从而减少犯罪率。青春焕发的我们不要再像少年无知时那样，因为不懂青春的意义而放松自己，懈怠自己，而是应该珍惜现在所拥有的一切，把握自己，最大程度地充实自己。发展自己的高楼，勇敢地向着自己的理想前进，让世界上的犯罪分子消失。
在人的一生中，总会有相互对立的力量在起作用，正与邪、善与恶、真与假、美与丑，人性的光辉与丑恶交织在一起，影响着每一个人。
第二篇：法律作文
改姓**
张美是个下岗女工。这天傍晚，她刚刚进家门，女儿小雅就对她说：“妈妈，我们学校要求订制校服，让交300元服装费。”
张美心中一惊，自己每个月挣1000多元钱，仅够维持母女二人的基本生活。离发工资的日子还有两个星期，一下子拿这么多钱买校服，母女俩下半月的生活可要成问题了。忽然，张美想到了什么，急忙问女儿：“小雅，这个月你爸爸是不是还没给你送抚养费？”
小雅怯怯地看了妈妈一眼，点了点头。张美很生气，她拿出手机，拨通了小雅的爸爸—李福胜的电话。李福胜是张美的前夫，一年前，两个人因为家庭矛盾协议离婚。根据离婚协议书，李福胜每月为女儿支付1000元的抚养费。
李福胜的手机刚接通，张美就怒气冲冲地问道：“李福胜，这个月的抚养费你怎么还没送来？”李福胜沉默了一会儿，说道：“抚养费？什么抚养费？”
一听这话，张美更生气了：“你装什么糊涂？小雅的抚养费你上个星期就应该送来了。” 李福胜冷笑一声：“我为什么要给小雅送抚养费？”张美有些吃惊，急忙反问：“你这话什么意思？小雅是你的女儿啊！”
李福胜的声音陡然提高了：“我的女儿？那我问你，小雅现在姓什么，还姓李吗？她要是还姓李，我自然要继续管下去；她要是不姓李了，跟我还有什么关系！”
张美一下子惊呆了，她没有想到，前夫知道了女儿改姓的事情。原来，张美有个表姐叫周霞，在当地派出所负责户籍管理工作。李福胜和张美离婚后，周霞很是愤怒，为了给表妹出气，周霞借职务之便，私自给小雅改为跟母姓。张美事后才得知这事，她当时还对前夫充满怨恨，加之表姐又是一番好意，便默认了。只是怕前夫知道后引起别的麻烦，便一直瞒着，没想到还是让他知道了。
张美没有办法，只好去找周霞商量。周霞也感到有些意外，思来想去，周霞突然灵光一闪，对张美说：“有办法了，我带你去找一个人，她一定能帮你解决这个问题！”
周霞要找的这个人叫杨丽，是她的闺中密友。杨丽是一家律师事务所的律师，处理过的民事案件不计其数。
杨丽热情地接待了她们，听完张美的叙述，杨丽笑着说：“你不用担心，你前夫因为女儿改姓而拒绝支付抚养费是不合法的。”
得知可以要求前夫继续支付抚养费，张美很高兴。不过，杨丽接着说：“发生这件事，你们也有过错。未经协商就擅自给孩子改姓，不但容易引起纠纷，更会伤害父母和孩子的感情，还是把孩子的姓氏改回来吧。毕竟改姓不是小事，必须孩子的亲生父母双方都同意才行，这也是国家法律规定的，作为执法人员，更应该明白这一点。”说完，意味深长地看了周霞一眼。

《改姓**》故事涉及的法律问题有二：抚养义务和姓名权。根据法律规定：
一、父母对未成年子女有抚养权利和义务；
二、姓名是一个公民的基本权利，孩子既可以随父姓，也可以随母姓。但未成年子女如要改姓，父母之间应双方协商达成一致意见，十岁以上的孩子还应征求本人意见。

“法律是显露的道德，道德是隐藏的法律。”林肯就曾说过。因为我们生活在一个法制社会里，所以我们生活才能如此安定。但由于人们的法律意识淡薄往往就会触犯法律。在我们的身边就发生了这样一件事。
一天，妈妈让我去超市买东西。刚走进超市我就见好多人在争先恐后向前跑，出于好奇，我也顺着人流跑了过去，由于人多我费了九牛二虎之力才挤进去，看见一个戴眼镜的妇女一手提着塑料袋，一手提着个皮包，眼睛恶狠狠地盯着前方一个扎着马尾辫在流泪的女孩，嘴角还在不停的颤抖。“说，东西哪里去了？”那个妇女高声吼着。“我，我没拿你什么东西„„”那个女孩子委屈地小声说，妇女仍不依不饶地大声喊：“别以为我不知道！你偷了我超市贮储物柜的密码纸！然后来到这个密码箱，偷了我存放在那儿的钱包，银行卡。只可惜，你作案以后竟然还保留着那个密码纸，还在储物柜附近徘徊，我一看就觉得你有问题。哼！小孩子终归是小孩子呀！”
“我没有！那个密码纸是我存东西时用的！怎么可能跟你的一样？”女孩哭着说到，也许是由于哭的太厉害了，以至于声音都哽咽了。
“你这个骗子！胡说什么!我明明看见你拿这个密码纸取东西，而你所取的柜号与我的柜号一样都是6！肯定是你先拿了我的钱包与银行卡，然后又存入自己的东西！”妇女一边说着一边得意的看着女孩，似乎在等着看女孩如何解释。
“我在存东西时6号柜明明是空的呀！至于密码纸上的密码一样，或许是柜子有问题。”女孩断断续续地说道。妇女听罢点了点头：“哦！原来柜子有问题呀？你这个理由真合适呀！你让在场的人说说，谁会相信？既然你一再说自己是清白，那么„„”妇女说到这儿停顿了一下，环顾了一下周围的人，然后挽起袖子：“让我搜搜看，你身上有没有！”
妇女说罢便径直朝女孩走去，准备当着众人的面强行搜查女孩的衣服。
女孩被妇女这一行为吓呆了，只是不停的躲闪：“我没有！我没有„„”
正在这时，一个穿着保安制服的男人冲进了人群：“我是这儿的保安，发生了什么事。”妇女理直气壮的嚷道：“她偷我东西，我正准备搜身呢！”
保安听罢转向妇女：“你这样做了嘛？”妇女听后趾高气昂地说：“还没呢，不过„„”保安人员笑了笑：“你有人证嘛？”妇女摇了摇头：“没有！”保安点了点头：“你有物证吗？”妇女又一次摇了摇头：“没有！”保安人员听后突然严肃的说：“那么你现在应该为你刚才没有搜这个小孩的衣服感到庆幸。否则你就犯法了！”
“犯法？”妇女眼睛瞪的大大的，惊奇的说道：“我会犯什么法？” “你那样强行搜查别人，又没有任何可靠的证据，属于侵犯他人隐私。”保安人员一字一顿的说着，后来看到妇女那惊讶的表情又加了一句：“不过！幸好你还没有那样做！” 妇女听了保安人员的话后松了一口气：“难道小偷也有隐私权？”保安笑了笑：“恩！法律面前人人平等，除非你是公安人员正在执行公务，否则任何人没有特权。况且不要动不动就说别人是小偷，你无凭无据，污人清白说别人是小偷可能言之过早吧！”
妇女听了耷拉着脑袋垂头丧气地说：“那怎么办？我的钱包，银行卡怎么才能找到？”
“你可以打110呀！不过事后查出不是这位小姑娘干的，你就要为她刚才受的委屈道歉！”保安人员详细地讲解道。“什么？让我向„„一个小孩道歉！”
“是呀！走吧！和我一起到保安室去！”保安人员说完便领着妇女和那个小女孩上了楼„„ 周围的人渐渐地散去了，我依然呆呆的站在那儿，猛然明白：在当今这个法制社会里，一切都要按法办事，遵守国家各项法律法规，珍惜这个安定和谐的环境，从我做起，从现在做起，要知法懂法守法，只有这样，我们的国家才能建设成为一个法律文明、社会和谐的国家。
昨天早晨8点多；张女士刚起床，就听见我们院里一片嘈杂：原来是他们院子一个老爷子由于年岁已高，反应稍慢，骑自行车压了别人的一条小狗，牵狗人不依不饶；非得逼老爷子赔偿。其实也没有大问题，就是稍稍碰了那条畜生一下！张女士看到这种情况就穿衣下了楼，问清了压狗的时间后；对那人说：“第一；我们需要你出示合法的养犬证、第二；您遛狗的时间不对，辽宁省有关法律规定是晚7点以后至第二天早7点之前！第三；您应该庆幸的是您的狗没有把老爷子晃摔了，否则后果您自己合计吧！”听了张女士的话，牵狗人也自觉理亏，搭讪了几句就走了！
从这个故事可以看出：多掌握点儿法律常识；确实可以达到大事化小，小事化了的目的！
少年无知毁树苗 害人害己是教训
在1989年的一天，嘉兴某高一学生王某（未满18周岁）被公安人员依法逮捕了，这一消息在这所学校炸开锅啦，为什么啦？ 原来是王某被逮捕的原因是因为他的叔叔和他父亲长期不和，前一段时间两家为了房子的事情大打出手，父亲由于年龄大了一点，被他叔叔打破了头，花去了20多元医药费，后来他父亲向他叔叔要医药费，遭到他叔叔的拒绝。正逢星期日王某放学回家，听到这件事真是气急败坏，当天夜里他把叔叔家的500棵刚种9个月的果树苗全部砍掉，而这些树苗买来时总共只花了1800元，最多赔偿算了，为什么要逮捕呀？其实这是王某太无知啦，根据《最高人民法院关于审理破坏森林资源刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》“擅自砍伐国家、集体、他人所有或者他人承包经营管理的森林或者其他林木的以盗伐林木罪定罪处罚，盗伐林木“数量较大”，以二至五立方米或者幼树一百至二百株为起点。”王某把叔叔家的500棵果树苗全部砍掉，情节已属于“数量较大”，后来由于王某未满18周岁，本人认罪态度较好，社会危害性也不大，当地人民法院在对他刑事拘留30天后，决定让他的父母赔偿其叔叔的经济损失后免于起诉，但这件事对王某真是一次深刻的教训呢。
个周六的傍晚，一辆黑色豪华小汽车飞速驶来，“砰！”的一声，把走在我们前面的一位妇女撞飞到3米之外，妇女躺在地上痛苦地呻吟着，那司机却醉醺醺地说：“怎……怎么啦？”“哎，看来又是一件酒后驾车的交通事故，如果是我爸爸的话，他才不喝酒呢……！”“呀，说漏嘴了。”好吧！好吧！我就跟你们说说我老爸的守法故事吧！爸爸是个很爱喝酒的人。在家经常泯上几口，聚会时更是少不了他这个“酒仙”。记得那是三年前的事吧，爸爸开着新买的小汽车，载着一家三口去参加他一个朋友的结婚喜宴。走进大厅到处都是酒的香味。这时，爸爸喜形如色，顾不上我和妈妈，就迫不及待地找到一张桌子，邀了几个朋友，把上好的五粮液打开，开始天南地北地喝了起来，边喝边划着洒拳，看得一旁的我目瞪口呆。也不知道爸爸到底喝了多少杯酒。只知道回家的路上，爸开的车有点摇来摇去，我和妈妈坐在上面都心惊胆颤。但不知从什么时候开始，我发现我的爸爸变了。
记得去年的一天，爸爸带着我，开着小汽车一起外出聚餐。同事们把爸爸的酒杯倒得满满的。酒香四溢，我想：爸爸今晚又有口福了，看来得不醉不休了。朋友举杯对爸爸说：“来，酒仙，干一杯。”可出乎我意料的事情发生了。爸爸似乎无动于衷，连连摆手，说：“不行，不行，今晚要开车。”我不知爸葫芦里买的是什么花，十分纳闷地想：“平时这么爱喝酒的一个人，今晚为何讲起客气来？”那晚，爸爸滴酒未沾。回到家中，我迫不及待地把心中疑惑告诉了爸爸。爸爸听了，笑呵呵地说：“儿子，喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒，这是新的交通法规！”我顿时恍然大悟，原来爸爸为了做个守法人，忍痛与自己多年的“酒”朋友告别了。

我们身边就有许多诸如此类的法律故事，这些故事萦绕耳畔，时时刻刻都提醒我们做一个守法懂法的新社会小学生，告诫我们不能再犯同样的错误。一天，我正走在放学的路上，听着鸟叫，闻着花香，享受着灿烂的阳光，不由感到心旷神怡。学校离家足足有五里多地，许多人为了方便，总是违反学校的规定，偷偷摸摸地骑自行车上下学。突然，几个人骑着自行车飞驰而来，其中四年级的杨腾飞载着我班的齐麟在马路上毫无忌惮的喊：“超过你们喽！”随后扬长而去。
快要到家的时候，路旁拐弯处，围观了很多人，发生了什么？我赶紧走过去一探究竟，杨腾飞正在抱头痛哭，满嘴都是血，齐麟站在路边，脸上也略有血迹，那辆崭新的自行车已经面目全非。原来，杨腾飞骑着自行车在拐弯儿时，为了炫耀自己的骑车技术连刹车闸也没用，以至于正好撞上了一辆三轮车，好心的车主并没有逃跑，而是立即拨打了急救电话并与他们的家人取得了联系。
警察了解了情况后，说：“双方都有责任，未满十二周岁的孩子是不准骑自行车上路的。”在这次事故中，虽然有惊无险，但杨腾飞被撞掉了两颗牙齿，这成了他永生难忘的教训。事后，杨腾飞和齐麟后悔不已，法律意识提高了很多。同时，他们以自身为例，到处宣传，使大家的守法懂法的意识加强了。亡羊补牢，为时不晚，我们要做一个守法懂法的好公民；莫以善小而不为，莫以恶小而为之，不要等失去后再后悔莫及，那时候可能毁掉的是你一生的幸福！
我们应该在法律的臂弯下快乐成长，一旦违背了法律，也会受到法律的制裁。据科学家调查研究发现，加入黑社会犯罪的一般在18岁以下的在校学生。这表明我们从小要有法律意识，以法律为准绳，严格要求自己。不要像他们一样，小小年纪自毁前程，让自己受牢狱之苦。
在人生的航程里，命运的方向盘有自己把握，只要我们自己的意志够坚定、够锐智；航程外的一切都阻挡不了我们。在这个文明国度的跑道上，我们也不要阻挡他人。更要学会用法律消除障碍物。只有得到一条畅通的跑道，才能取得成绩，照耀人生。

在我们的校园里，有很多同学在无形中就触犯了法律，我举这样一个事例：
小龙喜欢给同学起外号，新学期班里转来一位新同学，他说话慢，方言又重，小龙就给他起了一个“小结巴”的外号。新同学刚来，心里虽不高兴，但不敢说。又一次，小龙又大声喊“小结巴”的时候，大力为这位新同学打抱不平，上去就给了小龙一巴掌，小龙的嘴被打出了血。同学们对这件事议论纷纷，有的说小龙该打，有的说大力打人犯法。那么我们应该怎样正确的对待这件事情呢？
小龙随便给同学起外号是不尊重同学的行为，是错误的，如果严重侮辱别人就是违法行为了。大力打人更不对，更是违法行为。对于中小学生轻微的违法行为，学校应该批评教育。如果成年人把别人打伤，就应该按照法律规定给予处罚了。
同学们，一幕幕场景，一幅幅画面就发生在我们身边，法律也就无刻与我们同在。我们不触犯法律，但也不能成为法盲。因为我们生活在法制的社会里，不懂法，就如同出外旅行不知道路一般，迷失了方向。

一个良好、安定的的国家,总是需要一些规章制度来维护的,在这样的环境下,法律诞生了。
法律,是个神圣的称呼,它是现代的包拯,那样的大公无私;它是正义的化生,为一位位弱者讨回公道;它是一架天平,决不会向另一边倾斜;它肩负着维护和平的重任。正气凛然的它，为社会驱逐邪恶，让国家在安定中发展。
作为一个学生，我们应该从小对法律有一定的认识，应该知法，懂法，守法。曾经有一个小男孩就因不懂法而险些丧命：
有一天，在一辆公交车上，有一个小男孩，他坐在靠窗的椅子上，也许是对新事物的好奇，坐在椅子上的他很不安分，时不时把头手伸出窗外，这时，对面突然来了一辆公交车，差点把小男孩的头挤扁，辛亏驾驶员处理及时，才没造成悲剧。可见知法是多么的重要，如果当时他知道车辆行驶中，不要将头手伸出窗外这一条或者驾驶员能及时提醒他，就不会有这惊险一幕了。
当然，我们不仅要知法，懂法，守法，还要会用法，如果不用，它的存在便没有意义了。只有充分的利用它，才会使它的存在更有意义。让我们再来听一个小故事吧：
小建11岁时父母离异，他被法院判给了母亲，但不久，母亲因病去世。小建的父亲此时已再婚并育有一女，不愿意再承担抚养小建的义务。由于无人监护，小建一直被寄养在外婆家。可是外婆年纪大，身体又不好，根本无力照顾小建，无助的小建将父亲告上了法庭。法庭民事审判庭的李法官认为，如果立案，就会出现父子对簿公堂的情形，容易使小建的心灵受到伤害，也不利于父子日后生活，应尽可能在诉前调解，于是法庭通知小建的父亲到庭谈话，在第一次谈话中，小建的父亲态度强硬，强调当初小建的母亲声称不需要他抚养儿子的。李法官指出，依据我国民法通则，未成年人的父母都是未成年人的监护人，不因父母离婚而取消，如果遗弃未成年人，则要承担法律责任。数天后，法院再次通知小建的父亲到法庭谈话，李法官晓之以理，动之以情，再次耐心为其解释我国民法的监护规则，劝其克服困难，承担起抚养小建的义务。经过李法官的多次努力，小建最终于父亲接回家一起生活。
是法律帮小建找回了爱，令他有了一个新的家，有了一份生活的保障。可见，法律对我们而言，是多么的重要。
有了法律，我们的生活将变得更加美丽；有了法律，人间的悲剧将不再重演；有了法律，我们的生活有了保障。法律将伴随我成长！
下课了，同学们都冲出教室做游戏，一个眉清目秀的女孩静静地坐在教室里看书,或移到窗前看着同学们，她的眼睛里分明闪烁着那难过的泪花。哎！没有人陪自己说话，没有人陪她玩，只有自己一个人静静呆在教室里。
上体育课，同学们都聚集在跑道上，摩拳檫掌比赛跑步、跳绳，可她，却一人在教室里掩面哭泣。
是她她性格孤僻吗？不，不是的，是一场车祸让她失去了这一切。这个女孩天真活泼。唱歌、跳舞、样样喜爱，样样精通。女孩乖巧懂事，在家里经常帮助爸爸、妈妈做事，在学校里是同学的好伙伴。
可是，一场车祸让这个小女孩失去了一切。
那天，她向往常一样和好朋友乘公共汽车回家，快到车站时，一辆反向而来的电动车迎面疾驶而来，好朋友幸免逃过一劫，而她……却因车祸造成脚骨骨折。
交通事故往往在一瞬间便夺去了一个人宝贵的生命，它就是和平年代里的“炸弹”，而不遵守交通规则就是导火线。据资料介绍：我们全国每分钟就有一个人因交通事故伤残；每六分钟就有一个人因交通事故死亡。全世界因交通事故死亡的人数，远远超过第二大战死亡的人数。多么可怕，多么惊人的数字！车祸，胜过一场战争。不少同学觉得这种事情关系不到“我”。以为自己骑车、走路技术多么“高明”。可是你知道吗？当你骑车在马路上追逐哄闹时，当你与伙伴们在马路上玩耍时，你是否想道此时关系生命危险已弥漫在你身旁？当你的朋友不顾及一切横穿马路、创红灯时，你可想到此时死神正露着阴冷的诡笑向他们招手。你知不知道，会带来什么？是伤？是残？是死？是痛苦？是惨剧？是一个破碎的家庭？还是银幕里悲剧的种种……我们身边已经有了许多血的教训，但仍有许多人还是不遵守交通规则，轻视交通规则的现象：每天放学，我都可以看见街上有许多背着书包的学生骑着自行车成群结队地你追我赶，有些还在车的前后载上一两个同学在街上左拐右拐地骑飞车。他们觉得自己很酷，很能干，很勇敢。但他们却忽略了最基本的交通规则，这其实就等于他们轻视自己的生命，拿自己的生命在开玩笑。这是一种鲁莽、愚昧的行为。他们没想过，一旦发生意外，不但会给自己造成极大的伤害，也会给家人带来极大的痛苦。所以我们应该自觉遵守交通规则，不管有没有红绿灯，不管有没有交通警察，我们都应该自觉维护交通秩序，自觉遵守交通规则。
就在那一瞬间，请珍惜生命，从我做起！
我们身边的法律
我们身边的法律无处不在，其中法律里面有着我们不可磨灭的道德行为。
未成年人违规上网是社会关注的热点问题，为了青少年成长的环境，国务院通过了《互联网服务营业所管理条例》，明确规定：网吧、电脑休闲屋等互联网上网服务营业所经营单位不得接纳未成年人，同时还应在营业场所入口处的显著位置悬挂未成年人禁入标志，违者将由文化行政部门给予警告，并可处以15000元以下的罚款，情节严重的，责令停止整顿直到吊销经营许可证。
在我们日常生活中也有许多青少年犯法的故事，前几天我从网上看到了一篇。说一个姓陈的男孩旷课到网吧去打游戏，没有一赢过一次他旁边的一个男孩嘲笑他，气得那个姓陈的男孩拿出刀子来把另一个男孩给捅死了。当警察来问他时他，他还在说：阿！什么！一个青少年的无知却丧失了一个祖国的花朵，至今那个男孩也不知为什么要杀他。
