一、主题

关爱留守儿童心理健康

二、人员、时间、地点

本团队由20名广xx大学应用心理学专业的学生和老师组成,于20xx年7月13日至7月19日赴南宁市xx镇开展为期六天的关爱农村留守儿童活动。

三、活动基本情况

1.发挥心理学专业特点,关爱留守儿童心灵健康成效显著

7月13日—7月18日,牵心同梦团队在南宁市xx镇的暑期三下乡社会实践活动顺利开展。本次三下乡活动以“助人自助”的心理学精神为指导,以“关爱留守儿童”为主题,队员们积极发挥自身专业特长,将心理学知识和技术用到实际的工作中,开展了走访调查、个别心理辅导、团体心理辅导、梦想墙等特色活动,把心理学的方法和技术始终贯穿在本次实践活动中。

特色活动一:个别心理辅导——关爱心灵1+1。

队员深入白山镇各村屯进行了2天的走访调查,共走访了44留守儿童,详细记录留守儿童案例,收集留守儿童的心理健康、学习和生活情况等方面的资料。前期走访发现,当地的农村留守儿童占有一定比例,留守儿童父母对他们的生活、学习、人际交往等方面关注比较少,他们的性格是大多比较内向,对学习的积极性不高,对人际交往的渴求性比较大。后期走访主要针对发现问题的留守儿童进行一对一的心理辅导,倾听他们诉说烦恼,帮助留守儿童挣脱出内心的自卑牢笼,学会处理遇到的心理问题,飞向快乐自由的天空。

特色活动二:团体心理辅导——一起快乐成长。

通过走访调查和学校老师的反映,留守儿童存在一些普遍的心理问题。比如留守儿童心理往往容易出现两极化,如过分自卑内向或者是狂妄、目中无人。留守儿童和非留守儿童常常各自作为一个团体,小冲突更是不断。由此,我们为他们设计了3个团体心理辅导活动,引导他们树立正确的价值观,让他们明白每个人都是不可取代、独一无二的,同时个人的力量只有在团体中才能更大发挥,增强他们的相互理解。价值拍卖会活动通过模拟现实的拍卖会对孝心、良心、成绩、金钱等26个人生要素进行拍卖,大家经过考虑后拍下自己需要的东西,最后组织大家进行分享。在活动中,我们发现,很多学生都带着先入为主的观点看待问题,如果有学生拍卖得了金钱,其余的'学生便发出嘘声,待到最后分享,他们才知道这位选择金钱的同学是希望利用自己的财富去帮助有困难的人,大家才理解他,敬佩他。同舟共济和支援前线团辅活动,锻炼了学生的团结合作,共同解决困难,牺牲自己、奉献团体的意识。团体辅导活动在后期的反馈中总均取得了良好的成效,学生也在快乐中学会了团结,得到了成长。

特色活动三:梦想墙——与梦想同行。

在中国梦,我的梦爱国主题教育下,我们团队在第一天以开班的形式为孩子们开展了“大手牵小手,携手共筑微梦想”的梦想墙活动。通过这个活动鼓励同学们写下和展示自己的大梦想和小梦想,激励他们努力实现自己的小梦想,为自己的大梦想点亮前行的灯。最后我们通过讨论决定为孩子们实现一些我们能够实现的小梦想,并在文艺汇演的时候为他们实现愿望。一个小女孩在梦想墙活动中开始为她的小梦想“跟爸爸说‘我爱你’”准备并计划实施方法、三个女孩在梦想墙活动中实现了“在同学们面前唱歌”的小梦想……还有许多许多,很多小朋友都在为他们的小梦想、大梦想做出了实现的努力。

此外,我们还展了丰富多彩的支教活动,有绘画、朗诵、数学小竞赛、音乐、电影、青春期辅导、女童自我保护、手工课、体育课等、作业辅导和文艺汇演。将心理辅导融入课堂,让孩子们快乐学习。为了不辜负家长和校方的期望,团队成员连夜开会,最终决定具体问题具体分析,根据各年级留守儿童和学生具体存在的心理和学习问题制定具有针对性的辅导方案。

2.灵活应变,确保支教工作井然有序

支教活动为期三天,在开展支教活动之前,我们全体都参加了试讲,积极讨论出课件的不足以及改善的地方。在第一天,原本我们已经按照我们之前准备的课程来授课,但是早上来的孩子是50多个,到了下午却增加到了120多个,人数出乎我们的意料,下午我们为了方便管理这些学生,我们把学生分成了三个班,一二年级为小班,三年级为中班,四五年级为大班,每一个班安排了一个班主任并选出班长。晚上我们开会讨论的时候发现我们某些为孩子们安排的课程并不适合他们,他们对人际,团辅,科普,暑假作业等比较感兴趣,于是我们在开会时就针对这个实际重新调整了支教课程,并把各个年级教学适应范围内整合起来,主讲们为了能上好这些课程,利用了晚上的时间修整方案,也就是这些决定使得接下来两天的支教效果明显提高了,给孩子们上了他们所需的课,他们给予我们很大的肯定。

3.活动效果显著,得到多方肯定

本次三下乡活动取得了圆满成功,得到了来自校团委、马山县团委、合作小学校领导、家长、学生等的多方肯定。

(1)校团委陈就汉书记、学院党总支胡良人书记期间来视察我团队工作时,对我们给予了充分肯定,鼓励大家充分发挥专业优势,帮助当地留守儿童。

(2)马山县团县委的潘晓燕书记来合作小学看望队员时,夸赞梦想墙活动办得很好,对我们本次活动的效果予以充分肯定。

(3)在走访阶段的反馈中,村民很支持我们在这里做的活动,表示希望我们能继续去那里做实践活动,孩子们也喜欢我们的授课内容和授课方式。在梦想墙活动中,一个孩子的爸爸和我们分享他儿子在很多‘老师’面前叫了他一声‘爸爸’的激动,并说“我希望你们能继续发扬这种精神,把每一个小孩的胆怯、自卑赶走,给他们一个信心,懂得怎样学习。”或许这个小男孩只是其中的一个例子,但是我们希望可以通过这样的一个形式来让孩子们有所启发,有所改变,促进他们的身心健康。

四、活动的特色、实践价值与意义

本次活动总的特色在于能够结合中国梦以及社会主义核心价值观等前提下,运用心理学专业的特色去制定方案以及支教的内容,无论是在走访、支教、梦想墙还是文艺汇演,都是以中国梦和社会主义核心价值观为大前提,结合应用心理学的专业特色开展,旨在关爱马山县白山镇农村留守儿童的心灵健康,唤起他们的梦想,在生活中能克服胆怯和自卑,真正地进行自我保护,保持良好的身心健康,树立属于自己的梦想,为美好的明天打下坚实的基础。

本团队共走访了44名留守儿童,支教120多名学生;通过发放1000份心理健康知识传单,促使当地群众了解并注重心理健康,间接受益人数为1000多人。本团队获得今年全国暑期三下乡“关爱服务教育团”社会实践专项团队重点立项。

本项目的实践意义:

1.服务当地留守儿童,为当地留守儿童带去了欢乐和温暖,帮助他们树立了自信心、学会表达情感、形成积极心态;

2.通过对当地留守儿童的了解,增强了团队成员对社会的责任感和使命感。

3.磨练团队成员的意志,促进综合素质提高特别是社会实践能力的提高。

一、主题简介

针对大学生心理健康这一问题,假期我利用网络、实地调查、查阅资料等方式对我院及其他院校大学生进行了心理健康调查。作为当代大学生,面对着崭新的生活,无论是在生活上、学习上还是情感上,都存在一些心理困惑及心理障碍。而近年来,关于大学生心理问题引发的悲剧报道也日益增多,所以我们希望通过这次调查,总结出大家目前存在的一些普遍问题,提出宝贵的意见,向在校大学生们宣传关注心理健康的必要性,帮助身边的同学们调整好自己的心态,健康快乐地度过自己的大学生涯,并为将来步入社会做好准备。

二、活动日程

1. 8月3-6日:准备阶段

通过各种渠道查找收集相关资料,提出问题,并针对我院20xx年上学期期末的《高职大一学生心理健康状况调查问卷表》进行数据统计,汇总。

2. 8月7-11日:调查阶段(一)

校内调查:(1)网络咨询,在我院班级、同学之间进行访谈,作为初步参考资料。

(2)问卷调查 (20xx年上学期期末已发卷调查)

校外调查:将问卷以邮件的形式发送给其他大学的学生进行问卷调查。

3. 8月15-21日:调查阶段(二)

在爸妈在线心理网,对有心理困惑问题的大学生进行心理咨询。

4. 8月22-24日:总结汇报阶段

整理材料,对收集的信息进行分析,最后以书面报告形式进行总结。

三、调查情况

1.调查背景

近年来,关于大学生由于心理健康问题而引发的负面报道越来越多,这一现象引起了学校、家庭以及社会各界的高度关注。结合到大学生的实际大学生活,他们也确实面临着学习压力、严峻的就业压力还有复杂的感情问题。

2.调查目的

通过对大学生心理健康的调查,从中寻找出当代大学生所面临的一些比较普遍的心理困难,宣传心理健康的重要性,为大学生们提出一些适当有效的生活学习以及情感建议,帮助大学生克服那些出现在学习生活中常遇到的心理困惑,为他们的健康成长提供动力与信心。

本校的学生和其他各高校的一些大学生。

从调查问卷中可以看出当代大学生心理问题的现状:

1.对大学环境的不适应

进入大学后,发现成绩优异的同学有很多,他们在高中时代作为佼佼者的优越感消失了.巨大的心理落差使一部分学生无法适应。在思想上,大学生往往对理想与现实的差距认识不清。学生在考大学前往往被灌输了考上大学就万事大吉、一生无忧等片面的观念。但进入大学后,他们感到学习考试的压力还是那么大,竞争更加激烈,还要面对就业的压力。这种现实与美好理想之间的差距,使很多大学生无法及时调整自己的心态。

2.无法承担巨大的求职和就业压力

就业的双向选择,使大学生面临着巨大的就业压力,特别是对于高职院校的大学生来说,他们认为自己的文凭及学历不如本科生,往往不能实事求是地认识自我,有的缺乏自信,有的缺少积极进取的精神,有的处于眼高手低的情况中,形成种种矛盾心理,心理问题也就随之凸现出来。但相对于城镇学生,农村学生因家庭经济状况等影响对能否就业就更为敏感,出现的心理问题也比城镇学生相对更多一些。

3.恋爱与性心理发生问题

这也是大学生常见的心理困扰,一般包括单相思、恋爱受挫、恋爱与学业关系问题、情感破裂后的报复心理等。随着生理和性心理的成熟,大学生对性给予了更多的关注,在生理发育、两性关系、恋爱等方面也经常出现心理困惑和障碍。

4.自我定位出现迷惑

大学生心理渐趋成熟,开始积极地思考人生,不断反省自我,探索自我,经历着种种内心自我评价与认知的矛盾和迷惘。对于学习为了什么,将来想要从事什么样的工作,希望得到什么样的人生等问题的思索使大学生心理起伏很大,如果没有适时的引导,很容易诱发心理障碍。

大学生心理问题的原因分析:

大学生心理素质方面存在的种种问题一方面是与他们自身所处的心理发展阶段有关,同时也与他们所处的社会环境分不开。大学生一般年龄在十七、八岁至二十二、三岁,正处在青年中期,青年期是人的一生中心理变化最激烈的时期。由于心理发展不成熟,情绪不稳定,面临一系列生理、心理、社会适应的课题时,心理冲突矛盾时有发生。

1.客观原因

1)学习的任务、内容、方法发生了变化。大学更加强调独立自学、独立思考和解决问题的能力,而不像中学有老师天天辅导,日日跟随。

2)生活环境发生了变化。进入大学,宿舍成为主要的生活区,生活需要自理,对于那些没有寄宿经历和依赖父母的同学来说无疑是个巨大的挑战。

3)人际关系较中学时代要复杂。跨进大学,周围的人来自五湖四海,大家有着不同的生活习惯、语言、习俗等,形成了陌生的交流环境。

4)对待社会工作的态度发生了变化。大学强调的是学生的自我管理,除了学习之外,还需要参加一些社会工作来锻炼自己的能力,有些同学面对这些倍感压力。

2.主观原因

1)盲目自满与自我陶醉 。考上大学之后很多人都不由自主地懈怠了下来,一方面大学里没有了中学里的学习压力,另一方面许多同学自认为中学里自己是个佼佼者而放松了对自己的要求,却不知大学里的人才比比皆是。

2)失望与失宠感 。很多同学都觉得目前的大学与自己理想中的大学相差甚远,因此产生了失落感,同时在大学里一下子不再是家庭与老师的重点保护对象也不免觉得有些失宠。

3)畏首畏尾。面对崭新的环境以及激烈的竞争,很多同学此时却失去了信心,他们不敢表现自己展现自己的才华,久而久之还会产生自卑心理,这给自己带来了巨大的压力。

6. 解决方法

(一)开展相关心理讲座,设立心理咨询室

校方应充分发挥作用,积极引导同学们建立正确的人生观和价值观。心理问题的出现很可能是由于同学们对自我和社会的认知不够,心理教育一方面可以向学生灌输正确的观念,另一方面也可以纠正大家过去的错误观念,帮助有困难的同学走出心理阴影,沐浴阳光。

(二)积极参加活动,保持良好心态

多数同学认为自己并不快乐,其实快乐隐藏在生活中的许多角落里。保持良好的心态,首先需要相信:快乐是自己寻找的。自我暗示也是一种有效方法。时刻相信自己是快乐的,就能在无意中将阴霾无限缩小直至消失。积极的参加社会活动,能够增进人与人之间的沟通交流,将自己的不快乐与快乐都学会与身边的人分享,困难时寻求朋友的帮助,失落时寻求朋友的安慰,在这样的氛围中自己也体会到了助人为乐的快乐,进而形成乐观的生活态度。

(三)降低压力,促进良性竞争

现代的大学生虽然还没有步入社会,但是沉重的压力却已经在他们身边蔓延开来,就业压力,各种各样的竞争压力,来自父母老师的压力等等,这么多的压力往往压得许多人透不过气来。因此,一方面学生应学会自我调整,学会怎样把这种激烈的竞争环境转化为源源不断的动力,另一方面,学校与家庭应给予他们更多的关心与鼓励,而不是一味地施加压力。只有这样,才能避免过多的压力压垮学生,造成严重的心理问题。

(四)建立科学的生活方式

为了保持学习效率、有规律的健康生活,必须科学合理的安排生活,坚持体育锻炼,讲究卫生。做到劳逸结合,科学用脑。

四、结语

大学生心理健康教育是一项复杂的系统工程,心理健康教育是高校德育教育工作的一个重要组成部分。积极有效的心理健康教育能改善学生的不良情绪,减少心理疾病的发生,指导他们采取有效的手段和方法促进健康人格的形成和发展。因此在高校中重视学生德育教育的过程中,对大学生心理健康的教育工作必须向更深的层次发展。把心理健康教育作为一个重要的环节加以实施,坚持以人为本的思想,来培养和维持学生健康的心理,增强他们对社会的适应能力。
