第二阶段:对课题进一步分析,与小组成员整理资料,归纳,总结。第三阶段:小组成员开会,指导教师参加。对现有的资料进行初步整理,筛选有用信息,确定不够、不全的资料。继续查找资源,补充资料。对资料进行仔细分析整理,寻找课题的答案。

一、引言
1经过漫漫长夜,人体内储存的葡萄糖已被消耗殆尽,这时急需补充能量与营养。
2所以说,“早餐要吃得好,午餐要吃得饱,晚餐要吃得少”这样老套的健康原则还是要遵守。

4所以不仅要吃早餐,而且还要高度重视早餐的质量。有人认为:“早餐是金,午餐是银,晚餐是铜”。每天坚持用早餐,则是延年益寿的要素之一。
