“最后一篇阅读理解好难,根本看不懂!”昨天下午五点,高考英语考试一结束,一位率先走出南京五中考点的男生便朝着记者“咆哮”了一句。据考生反映,英语试卷题量太大,阅读理解看得实在有些发蒙。今年的高考英语难度究竟如何?本报特邀了海门中学的一线教师,对英语试卷进行评析。

阅读题让很多考生直挠头

三中艺术班的考生小钟告诉记者,做完整张英语试卷时间有些紧张。“作文给了两幅图,第一幅图里是一个人在拉横幅,横幅上写着‘庆祝地球日’的字样,一端已经挂在了一棵树上,另一端想找另一棵树悬挂时,却发现只剩下了树桩。第二幅图则是一男一女两个人在种树。在两幅画之外,作文还给定了中心‘行动胜于言语’。但既要在150个字之内表达出画的意思,还得包含自己的观点,还是着实费了一番脑筋。”

记者在采访中了解到,另一个让考生感到费脑筋的部分便是阅读理解,一篇任务型阅读和四篇文章阅读看蒙了不少考生。“第四篇阅读短文看得都想哭了,整整一面全是文章,密密麻麻的单词。”一位考生皱着眉头告诉记者。南京一中的男生小马则淡定一些:“平时练习面比较广,表格型的阅读理解、带有理解性质的任务型阅读平时都做到过,所以考试的时候并没有太多的意外和惊慌。不过做听力的时候一点都不能走神,很多关键词在对话的过程中一晃就过去了。”

总体难度比去年有所提升

2013年江苏高考英语试卷沿袭了江苏命题“稳中有变”的原则,突出语篇,强调运用,总体难度比去年有所提升。试卷考查重点突出,所选取的知识点既有较广的覆盖面,又有合理的难度,较好地处理了考查学生的基础知识和学生的语言运用能力的关系。整份试卷呈现创新性、基础性、交际性和开放性的特点,全面科学地测试了学生的英语水平,彰显了高校选拔人才的功能。

具体分析:

1.听力部分:今年江苏卷的听力仍然采用了全国卷的命题材料,朗读语速适中,发音清晰。话题涉及打电话、旅游安排、生活环境、采访、名胜介绍等,第十段材料仍然是独白。这些都是日常生活中常见的话题,贴近生活实际,学生比较容易理解。尤其是前五小题不难,这有助于考生稳定情绪,积极进入状态。

2.单项选择:今年的单项选择比以往更注重生活交际,通过设置情景将知识的考查与能力的考查有机地结合,很好地诠释了词汇、语法在交际中的语用功能,实现了综合测试的目标。主要语言项目的考查点有:动词及动词短语、时态语态、从句、非谓语动词、倒装、主谓一致、交际用语等,该部分也体现了一些常用词汇、习惯用语等的测试。但由于语境灵活,选项很有迷惑性,考生觉得并不容易。

3.完形填空:今年的完形填空由去年的纯议论文又恢复到了以往的夹叙夹议的文体。该部分主要考查学生对语篇的理解,着重考查了词汇在语篇中的准确运用,重点是实词,整体难度适中。其选材贴近生活,文章反映的主题:一个人的梦不是美国梦,所有人的梦才是美国梦,只有大家共同努力才能实现共同的梦想。这与我们当前习近平主席所提出的中国梦是人民的梦、也是每一个人的梦是一致的。这充分体现了高考命题贴近时代、与时俱进的特点。

4.阅读理解:今年阅读理解题型的设计风格与往年有所不同,原来每篇文章基本均匀设题,今年A篇阅读只设置两道题,而D篇阅读设置了六道题,这体现了高考命题在平稳发展基础上的创新。阅读理解所选的四篇文章材料真实,题材多样,生活气息浓厚。选材涉及游乐园提供的各种服务、应该如何分配:排队还是市场竞争、鱼龙化石研究、通过Mark Twain的文学作品判断他是否是种族主义者。由于D篇阅读篇幅较长,长难句多,题量又大,学生感到有难度。

5.任务型阅读:任务型阅读部分文章语言流畅,句子长度适中,层次清晰,学生容易理解。文章主题是认真负责的人的表现、益处及可能引起的问题。但由于文章原词重现的词只有三个,而归纳的词多达四个,学生在时间比较紧的情况下,也颇感压力。

6.书面表达:书面表达部分也是命题创新之举,今年是命题作文。根据所给的两幅图写一篇150字左右的短文,题目是:Action Speak Louder Than Words。要求学生:1)简述这两幅图。2)理解两幅图所传达的意义。3)举例你的启示。这两幅图主要是有关地球日和植树的, 这是学生熟悉的话题,人人有话可说,有感而发。但学生需要具备扎实的语言功底才能在短时间内写出出彩的文章。

语篇体裁稳定,包含应用文、说明文、议论文等。题材贴近社会现实,如社会、生活、文化等相关的话题,更多地体现人文关怀、人生哲理、生活态度等。语篇长度与近几年相当。语篇长度、话题、体裁设置合理,既有信息查找、表层理解转换的题目,也有推理判断概括提炼的有一定难度的考题,保证一定的区分度。

完形填空语篇讲述了一个励志故事,传递出面对人生逆境乐观以对的人生态度;阅读理解A篇关于美国纽约大都会博物馆参观指南;阅读理解B篇涉及了餐饮文化,介绍影响顾客就餐和消费的多种因素;阅读理解C篇呈现了美国小农场的特点及其目前发展面临的问题;阅读理解D篇是新闻报道,介绍了英国教育专员负责的“点赞中的人生”的项目研究成果;任务型阅读语篇是关于“艺术如何促进经济”的话题。这些富于正能量、时代感和教育性强的语篇,都能促进考生对生活及社会热点问题的思考,有利于形成正确的人生观、世界观和价值观,为考生未来生活奠定基础,很好地落实了“立德树人”的根本任务。

三、设问简洁指向思维

语言知识运用部分包含了单项填空和完形填空两节。在单项填空小节,主要考查了考生对名词、动词、形容词、介词、连词、时态语态、三大从句、非谓语动词、动词短语、情景交际等知识点的掌握情况;考点覆盖主干语法,语境清晰,题干简洁,话题时尚。词汇题目的考查强调了词汇的活学活用,而不是简单化的词汇识记,题干简短明了,突出前后语义的关联。时态、语态考了三题,比往年有所增加。英语习语没有涉及,但交际用语考了两题。语境信息丰富,注重在真实语境中语言的得体性考查。语法考查的落脚点在主干语法的基本用法上,没有偏题怪题,强调语法的表意功能,考生容易上手。

完形填空是个励志故事,传递出面对人生逆境乐观以对的人生态度。该部分注重考查考生在掌握文章主旨大意和正确理解语篇内在逻辑关系的基础上,准确使用动词、名词、形容词、副词等的能力。文章语篇结构清晰紧凑,考生需要借助故事的几个要素进行情节的梳理和主旨的把握,理顺文本所要表达的内在逻辑,答案都可以在上下文中找到。对考生的语篇能力要求较高。这就要求学生能借助语篇的上下文线索以及文化背景知识等进行解题,阅读过程中体会作者的写作意图。

阅读理解部分:在全面考查考生各类阅读技能的基础上,重点考查考生未来学习中需要使用的各类微技能:即考生能根据语篇中不同层面的事实信息进行简单推断、归纳总结,理解作者观点、意图和态度等。A篇还是应用文保持传统的信息查找的细节题目,B、C、D三篇以说明文、议论文为主,C篇的61、62题对语篇知识的要求较高,D篇篇幅长,考点思维含量高。考生不仅要获取直接、表面的信息,而且要通过归纳、分析表面的信息理解文章深层次的内容。阅读理解的大多数题目聚焦思维,推断和归纳总结占有较高的比重,特别是有些考题需要借助语篇知识才能更好的解决。

任务型阅读部分:任务型阅读强调对于文本结构的解读,转述重要信息、概括主要内容、提炼文章提纲是考生在高中学习和以后的高校学习中常见的阅读任务,依然是今年的考查重点。既要宏观上能把握语篇的结构、提炼文本的主旨、概括分论点、区分事实与观点,微观上又能转述信息。准确的理解与精准的表达成为阻碍该题得分的主要原因,对语篇知识和词汇运用能力,特别是常见核心词汇的准确、地道的使用能力有较高的要求。

书面表达部分:今年的书面表达部分主要考查考生能否根据特定的情景要求,完成150个单词左右的短文写作。依然是以近几年的读写作文为主,即先用30 词概括阅读材料,然后针对材料中的话题写一篇议论文谈看法。考题的呈现方式改变了近几年的文字加图表的形式,而是两段有关消费排名现象及观点的纯文字材料,要求考生进行比较和分析,表明态度,作出价值判断,并写出紧扣主题的个性化内容。试题任务思辨性强,有效地考查考生的综合语言运用能力和价值判断能力。

四、考查全面梯度合理

本套试题涵盖了《考试说明(江苏卷)》所要考查的基本内容、重点内容:语言知识、文化知识、主题语境、语言技能等。在立足基础的同时,强调能力立意;在突出导向的同时,确保甄别功能;在继承传统的同时,彰显课程理念。
