2011年下半年北京地区成人学士学位英语

考试考前辅导通知

我培训中心隶属于北京教育考试院，具有一支精干的管理团队和拥有一支专业化的教研队伍。根据成人本科学生和部分办学院校要求，我中心在2011年上半年举办了四场针对北京地区成人学士学位英语考试的考前串讲，学员通过率达到78%，反映良好，因此我们在2011年下半年将举办北京地区成人学士学位英语考试考前辅导班。授课教师具有多年对成人学位英语考试辅导经验，围绕考试大纲思路、针对考试答题技巧、考生考试注意事项等问题，系统的对考试中重点难点问题进行分析和讲解。

讲课特点：内容丰富、思路清晰、重点突出。

授课重点侧重考试大纲重点范围讲解、试题分析、答题技巧、考生注意事项等。内容如下：

一、语法讲解：考试中语法分值达60分以上，其中包括语法选择，改错和翻译以及完形填空部分，所以语法的讲与练就是辅导中的重中之重。

二、翻译部分

考试翻译部分由英译汉和汉译英两部分组成，针对此题型特点，主要讲授翻译技巧，如直译法、译义法、省略法、增译法和词组的总结，汉译英的翻译技巧，英译汉的汉语与英语之间的翻译方法等。

三、阅读部分

考试阅读部分由三篇阅读短文组成，根据规律，第一篇和第二篇较简单，可采用细节分析法，归纳总结法，上下文推理法等阅读方法指导学生进行阅读练习；第三篇阅读有一定难度，教学上采用排除法，归纳法和细节推理法等方法进行讲解，结合历年试题给予深入指导，力争为学生更好地完成此部分内容。

四、完型填空

考试完型填空部分是考试中难度较大的部分，学生需要了解和掌握大量的固定词组和语法知识，为此，在教学上主要讲授做题技巧，词组搭配，语法结构，上下文分析，结构分析和推理等技巧。

五、改错部分

考试改错部分主要针对语法的再次考核，根据规律和特点，将有针对性地讲解改错的做题方法，改错选择的重点筛选以及改错的结构分析等。

六、开课时间： 2011年7月16日到8月28日，周六班和周日班，上课时间为上、下午

第二篇：聚成培训

聚成培训

对于这次培训真是感慨良多啊，和田总的培训相比据称的培训就像是在看小品一样，不能说不好，虽然收获的也很多，但是这样的培训方式或多或少有些难以接受，先说说自己的收获吧：

1、加强了自己为了目标坚持努力的信心，可以不怕苦不怕累；

2、如何和身边的人沟通交流，使自己得到最多的利益；

3、认识到自己身边的员工及自己内心负面的心态以及如何处理的办法；

4、怎么了解员工的特性，如何更好地利用各种资源；

5、意识到个人能力与团队合作能力的重点，以及如何发挥团队最大的潜力；

6、给自己丰富了好多案例分析，给以后的工作可以承上启下；

7、最多的收获，就是学会了如何感恩！

这次聚成的培训内容比较广泛，不完全是针对餐饮是关系到各行各业的销售，对于能对自己起到作用的就是上面列出的几点。

这种形式的培训会起到一定的作用，但是这种形式也有点难以接受，相对而言还是喜欢田总的培训，这次培训有一些能让人有一鼓劲可以不断提醒自己，不停地往上走，但有的内容会使人受挫，这种喜忧参半的培训在自己的意识上很模糊。八个小时的培训时间，三个小时讲得精彩，两个小时讲的惊讶，还有三个小时在感恩，在互动，在哭，总之这次培训起到了作用，但是自己感觉或多或少的有些不值得，不如多参加几次公司自己的培训！北园店 高战2012.11.04
