第三篇：二级建造师考试要求

考试科目

二级建造师执业资格考试设《建设工程施工管理》、《建设工程法规及相关知识》、《专业工程管理与实务》3个科目。

综合考试包括《建设工程施工管理》、《建设工程法规及相关知识》2个科目，这2个科目为各专业考生统考科目。专业知识为《专业工程管理与实务》一个科目。

专业类别

专业科目设置6个专业类别：建筑工程、公路工程、水利水电工程、市政公用工程、矿业工程和机电工程。考生在报名时根据工作需要和自身条件选择一个专业进行考试。

考试题型

各科考试时间、题型、题量、分值见下表：

答题要求

《建设工程施工管理》和《建设工程法规及相关知识》2个科目的试题题型均为客观题，考生答题时在答题卡上用2B铅笔填涂作答。《专业工程管理与实务》科目的试题题型分为主观题和客观题。客观题部分用2B铅笔在答题卡上填涂作答，主观题部分用黑色钢笔或签字笔在专用答题卡上作答。主观题部分采用计算机网络阅卷，考生开始在专用答题卡上作答前，应注意：

1、答题前要认真阅读答题注意事项（答题卡首页）；

2、主、客观题部分答题用笔不同，防止用错；

3、在专用答题卡指定题号和有效范围（框架）内作答。

考生应考时，须携带黑色钢笔或签字笔，2B铅笔，橡皮，无声无编辑功能计算器。各科试卷题本可作草稿纸使用，考后收回，不再另发草稿纸。

成绩查询

成绩查询一般在考后两个月公布，及时关注各地人事网或中国资格考试网公布的消息，第一时间掌握考试信息。

考试成绩实行两年为一个周期的滚动管理办法，参加全部3个科目考试的人员必须在连续的两个考试内通过全部科目；免试部分科目的人员必须在一个考试内通过应试科目。

报考条件

（一）凡遵纪守法，具备工程类或工程经济类中等专科以上学历并从事建设工程项目施工管理工作满 2年的人员，可报名参加二级建造师执业资格考试。

（二）符合上述

（一）的报考条件，具有工程（工程经济类）中级及以上专业技术职称或从事建设工程项目施工管理工作满 15年的人员，同时符合下列条件的，可免试部分科目：

1、已取得建设行政主管部门颁发的《建筑业企业一级项目经理资质证书》，可免试《建设工程施工管理》和《建设工程法规及相关知识》科目，只参加《专业工程管理与实务》1个科目的考试。

2、已取得建设行政主管部门颁发的《建筑业企业二级项目经理资质证书》，可免试《建设工程施工管理》科目，只参加《建设工程法规及相关知识》和《专业工程管理与实务》2个科目的考试。

（三）已取得《中华人民共和国二级建造师执业资格证书》的人员，可根据实际工作需要，选择《专业工程管理与实务》科目的相应专业，报名参加考试。考试合格后核发相应专业合格证明。该证明作为注册时增加执业专业类别的依据。

（四）上述报考条件中有关学历的要求是指经国家教育行政主管部门承认的正规学历或学位；从事建设工程项目施工管理工作年限的截止日期为考试报名当年年底。

考试科目

二级建造师执业资格考试设《建设工程施工管理》、《建设工程法规及相关知识》和《专业工程管理与实务》3个科目。其中《专业工程管理与实务》科目分为:建筑工程、公路工程、水利水电工程、市政公用工程、矿业工程和机电工程6个专业类别，考生在报名时可根据实际工作需要选择其一。调整

2007年《专业工程管理与实务》科目的专业类别进行了调整，将原“房屋建筑、装饰装修”合并为“建筑工程”；原“矿山、冶炼（土木部分内容）”合并为“矿业工程”；原“电力、石油化工、机电安装、冶炼（机电部分内容）合并为“机电工程”，调整后设置了6个专业类别：建筑工程、公路工程、水利水电工程、市政公用工程、矿业工程和机电工程。对于2006年报名参加考试且部分科目合格、2007年需要继续参加考试的人员，凡《专业工程管理与实务》科目中房屋建筑工程、电力工程、矿山工程、冶炼工程、石油化工工程、机电安装工程、装饰装修工程专业未通过的，应当按原各科目考试大纲的要求复习备考，《专业工程管理与实务》科目中其他专业未通过的均按新大纲考试，《建设工程施工管理》和《建设工程法规及相关知识》科目一律按新大纲要求进行考试。其他参加二级建造师资格考试的人员，报名时可根据实际工作需要

第五篇：大学英语四六级口语考试要求

大学英语四、六级考试口语考试(CET Spoken English Test，简称 CET-SET)用于考察大学生运用英语进行口头交际的能力。CET-SET 报考对象为获得全国大学英语四、六级证书且成绩达到一定分数线的在校大学生。

教育部规定，四级笔试550分、六级520分以上的考生可以报名参加口试。

2、考试时间及地点： 四、六级口语考试为一年两次，分别在5月和11月。考试地点在考生报名的考点，具体考场在考生报名后随机编组确定。

3、报名流程：

全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会根据教育部主管部门的文件规定，在有关城市设立若干个考点。考生到所在考试中心指定的考点报名并参加考试，报名时须随身携带身份证、二寸报名照一张及报名费用。

注意事项

考生须携带本人的准考证和身份证准时到规定的候考室报到，逾时 15 分钟不得进考场。

考生如发现准考证上的姓名有误，请在正式开考前将修改后的准考证交给主考，由主考按身份证上的姓名核对并签名确认。

二、备考指导

1、准备一个有特色的自我介绍，给老师留下好印象。

考试一开始就是个自我介绍，最好有特色一点，因为这关系到给老师的第一印象，你在第一时间内所展现出来的个性特征很可能在主考老师的心里持续到最后一分钟。如果不能给老师留下好印象，即使你在之后的环节做的非常优秀，把你们同组的三个人在老师心中的印象重新排序仍是有些困难的。所有一个有特色的自我介绍十分重要。

2、对当前的热门或和学习相关的话题要有所准备和熟悉。比如奥运会，世博，低碳，环保等。

3、与老师交流一定要专心。

和老师的交流一般比较简单，但要专心，因为老师的提问一般是针对你的陈述引出来的问题，所以不要因为紧张而乱了方寸。

4、加强口语交流练习，表述内容要有条理。

平时练习时，最好是多看和多练一下历年的口语考试题目，可以找周围朋友或是社交活动的时候跟搭档练习一下找找感觉。每周都参与的话相信你的口语考试定能顺利通关。
