辞职信的书写格式及注意事项（附范文）

首先要考虑有没有申请的必要。辞职申请是辞掉工作的一种申请书，申请人一定要事先考虑成熟后再作决定，不可仓促了事，事后后悔不已，造成不必要的烦恼和痛苦。

辞职申请书要将申请的事项和理由写清楚，使对方能透彻了解你的要求和具体情况。辞职申请书语言要准确，文字要朴实。

辞职申请书是个人离开原来的工作岗位时向单位领导或上级组织提请批准的一种申请书。

辞职申请通常有五部分构成。

(一)标题

在申请书第一行正中写上申请书的名称。一般辞职申请书由事由和文种名共同构成，即以“辞职申请书”为标题。标题要醒目，字体稍大。

(二)称呼

要求在标题下一行顶格处写出接受辞职申请的单位组织或领导人的名称或姓名称呼，并在称呼后加冒号。

(三)正文

正文是申请书的主要部分，正文内容一般包括三部分。

首先要提出申请辞职的内容，开门见山让人一看便知。

其次申述提出申请的具体理由。该项内容要求将自己有关辞职的详细情况一一列举出来，但要注意内容的单一性和完整性，条分缕析使人一看便知。

最后要提出自己提出辞职申请的决心和个人的具体要求，希望领导解决的问题等。

(四)结尾

结尾要求写上表示敬意的话。如“此致——敬礼”等。

(五)落款

辞职申请的落款要求写上辞职人的姓名及提出辞职申请的具体日期。

我现以书面形式向您提出即时辞去香港特别行政区财政司司长一职。

正如我曾在另一份报告中向您解释，我在二零零三年一月购买汽车，而给人有利益冲突的感觉一事，已引起广泛的公众关注。我在二零零三年三月五日公布增加汽车首次登记税前购入汽车，虽然我并无任何意图藉此减少税务开支，我亦不应作出该项购买，以避免任何利益冲突的嫌疑。我承认我并未能完全符合《问责制主要官员守则》，尤其是第5.1条有关主要官员须避免令人怀疑他们不诚实、不公正或有利益冲突。我就事件对政府带来负面形象深表歉

意。我愿意为我的过失负上责任，而我相信在现时的情况之下，辞职是我应当采取的行动。

我感谢中央人民政府和您给我机会，出任财政司司长一职，为香港市民服务。我亦感谢您和其他在政府工作的同事，在过去两年来对我的支持和指导。我有信心在您的领导之下，香港定能早日克服目前的经济困难，以及恢复活力。

辞职的一般过程：

1，先找你的部门领导谈谈，至少要告知他一声，毕竟是你的主管领导，一般情况主管领导都会说一些面子话，挽留你一下。

2，写好辞职报告，一般需要部门领导签字或者盖章。

3，把辞职报告交到人力主管部门，然后你就可以等了。

整个辞职过程一般需要一个月，这个时间估计是以国企为标准。

至于个人的三金怎么处理，因为我还没办到这一步的手续，等我办完了，再把经验贡献出来。另外，我的情况比较特殊，我的合同在2003年8月31号就到期了，一直也没续签，所以对我来说没有违约金的问题。如果是合同没到期，恐怕还要和人力资源部谈判违约金的问题，我觉得关键是要用感情来打动那些人，让他们同情你，就比较好办。不然只好贿赂或者老老实实的交违约金吧。

第二篇：辞职类书信

尊敬的公司领导：

您好！感谢您抽出时间阅览我的辞职报告，为此我深感歉意！

承蒙您的信任，给了我到新达公司工作的机会，非常感激公司给予了我这样的机会在这里工作和学习，让我在几个岗位上都得到了非常大的锻炼，不止是我自己很多人都看在眼里，公司给予我太多太多的无形财富了。转眼间，来公司快两年了，在这里，我有我的认真负责，也有我的消极任性。一路走来，点点滴滴烙入脑海深处。在这里，我要感激很多人，是你们一直用一颗宽容的心，开导我、鼓励我、培养我。

提出辞职我想了很久很久，这么好的机会我都这样放弃，我自己都很不甘心，我真是一个不懂珍惜的人。其实，选择离开真的是非常不舍，因为一些个人原因，个人的工作能力有限，我也一直在努力改变，变得适应环境，以便更好的发挥自己的作用。但是我觉得自己一直没什么突破，而且重复性的工作让我产生了一些惰性。考虑了很久，还是决定辞职。
