简单介绍家庭

我的家庭成员有父母和我，我的父母都是基层公务员。我们家充满温馨和谐的气氛，无论是工作还是生活，相互鼓励，提倡民主自由。父母人缘好，朋友也多，从小到大，他们都会有意识的让我参与走亲访友，让我潜移默化的学会与人沟通。上初中之后，由于当时家住乡镇，学校在县城，从12岁我就开始了住校生活，一直到大学毕业。上初中之后，到学校报名或是周末回家，父母从不接送我，在这样一个轻松又不失严教的环境下，我学会了独立，学会了坚强，学会了积极向上。

母亲一直是我最敬佩的人，她是一名乡镇处级干部，从她身上我学会了如何为人处世，如何积极面对人生。从小到大，母亲给我绝对的自由和鼓励，让我在一种宽松和谐的环境中成长。大学毕业刚参加工作的时候，母亲就告诉我，在单位，一定要踏实工作，对待领导安排的工作，不能抱怨，对待同事，不能背后评论。在积极做好工作的同时，也要和谐的与同事相处。母亲性格爽朗，在她身上，我学会了宽容、积极、乐观、独立。在她的支持下，我才能不畏艰难，努力的追求梦想，实现自己的价值。

在大四的时候，我考上了研究生，同时也考上了大学生村官。当时就面临了两个选择，要么继续读研要么当村官。我在征询了父母的建议下，最终选择了村官。因为我觉得我更需要的是社会的实践和人生的磨砺。在农村工作的这两年，大多是和老百姓、村干部打交道，也做了很多例如医保、养老保险、新农村建设等涉及百姓切身利益的工作，还通过走访了解民情，为老百姓争取饮水工程等实实在在的事。不管刮风下雨，都要搭摩托车下村，这一切都是全方面对我的锻炼。村官期满考核被评为优秀，并调入街道办事处党政办工作，同时兼任村文书。在党政办工作期间，我负责会议筹备、接待以及相关党建工作，让我最大的收获是学会在细节中统筹安排。在工作之余，我还加入志愿者队伍，参与当地各种大型活动的举办，尽一份绵薄之力。之后，通过推荐，测试，我调入区纪委，虽然工作的时间并不长，但让我学会另一种工作态度，就是稳重、理性至关重要。
