Well, let me talk about the topic first.If I were the boss, for instance, this topic seems a little big for me.For example, I don’t know which field I would serve, or what types of employees I would be in charge of.For this reason, I prefer to materialize(将什么变成)it into a simple, realistic model.My major is microelectronics, so if I am the boss of microelectronic company in China, what would it be like, what progress will we have made? 一、激趣导入:
1、小朋友,今天赵老师为大家请来了一位动画明星,他是谁呢?你听!(多媒体播放录音:一(3)班的小朋友,你们好!我是你们的好朋友大头儿子。我今年六岁了。我的头大大的,所以爸爸妈妈就叫我大头。大头大头,下雨不愁,人有雨伞,我有大头。怎么样,这个名字有趣吧?)

二、指导说话:
1、今天我们教室里来了许多客人老师,他们可想认识我们一(3)班的小朋友啦!我们一(3)班的小朋友也肯定很想和他们交朋友。那谁愿意向客人老师介绍介绍自己呀?
2、指名学生介绍,教师相机点评引导:我听出来了,你向大家介绍了自己的名字,噢,你把自己的爸爸妈妈也介绍给了他们„„还有谁跟他介绍得不一样?
3、老师知道很多小朋友都想和客人老师交朋友,来,勇敢地走下去,选择一位客人老师,把自己介绍给他,好吗?说得好的小朋友客人老师还会在你的手心画上一个五角星呢!看看谁能得到客人老师的五角星。
4、反馈:刚才谁得到了客人老师的五角星?客人老师跟你说什么啦?
5、短短的几分钟,很多小朋友已经和客人老师成为了朋友。不过赵老师还发现有些小朋友说得时候很难为情似的,声音小得连自己都听不到了。还有的小朋友边说边摸头,一说完就跑下去了。这让老师想起了一个小故事,想听的小朋友坐端正。教师讲故事:有这么一个人哪,他还挺又学问的。有一天,他去一家大公司找工作。公司的经理说:“你先作个自我介绍吧”。这人可害怕了,他扭扭捏捏地走上去,就叽里咕噜地讲起来了,讲得乱糟糟的,谁也听不清楚。一边讲还一边抠鼻子,讲完后扭个屁股就走了。最后这个人没有被公司录取。
小朋友,你们知道这是为什么吗?结合学生的回答,教师引导出上台发言应该做到:

3、声音响亮。
4、说话通顺完整。

三、拓展延伸:

1、教师引导学生:听完小白和瓜瓜的介绍,你又想说点什么呢?是啊,自我介绍除了可以说说我们的名字,还可以介绍一下自己的兴趣爱好,如自己最爱看的书,最喜欢的运动,最爱吃的食物,最喜欢 的人„„
3、谁能像两个动物朋友一样,能够完整地把自己介绍给大家?评议。(请学生上台可以用多种形式:如你最想了解谁?请一个你不很了解的小朋友等,相机评出:落落大方奖、声音响亮奖、完整通顺奖、文明礼貌奖„„)
