关于MBA考研的那些事

最近时值母校MBA提前面试之际，很多准师弟师妹都想咨询有关MBA考研的事宜，想获取一些考试的经验和方法。作为去年经历过这场战争的过来人来说，我个人觉得，他山之石，确实可以攻玉，但是别人的经验不一定完全适合自己。你不能完全生搬硬套别人的方法，而是需要吸收别人有用的经验，再结合自己的情况，总结出适用于自身情况的方法，这才是取胜之道。下面就以下几个问题进行讨论：

１、读MBA的目的？

一千个人心中有一千个哈姆雷特。同样，一千个考MBA的同学中，有一千个理由。但是其实归根结底无外乎以下几种：想转行的；想提高学历水平的；非名门出身（本科专科学校不出名）想镀金的；从其它省市往广州发展的；想系统学习管理知识的；想混文凭的；想扩展交际圈的；想换工作的；甚至于有些想单纯消磨时光的。。。对于自己，首先想明确自己读MBA是为了什么。如果连这个都搞不清，那在以后的复习中就会失去目标和动力。这里我想说两点个人观点：一是很多人觉得读了MBA，立马前途一片光明，五百强企业向我招手，或者升官加薪，或者觉得自己成了牛人，但是真实情况是，现在即使读了MBA，对你未来的帮助远没有想象中那么大。未来的成功不是取决于你的文凭，而是取决于你的能力和努力，与文凭无关；二是现在MBA越来越年轻化，很多刚毕业或者毕业一两年的同学就想读MBA了。个人觉得，MBA的学习最好要有一定的工作经验和一定的管理年限，否则你的学习只能是空中楼阁，死记硬背理论知识而不能联系实际，学习的效果就会大打折扣，这样既浪费了钱，也浪费了时间。

２、是否要报培训班？哪个培训班好？

是否要报班，还是要看自身情况（我一直都在强调根据自身情况）。有人裸考也能高分，有人考了几年都考不过。这个没有绝对的规律。如果你基础好，时间充裕，不想花钱，那你可以自己复习；反之，基础不好，时间不充裕的则可以考虑报班，毕竟有老师帮你拉知识点，你会事倍功半。或者可以采取折中的方法，报某一阶段的班，比如报个提高班、冲刺班。都可以。至于哪个培训班好，我不是托，但是我觉得口碑比较好的就是太奇和华章。每年这两间上200分的都挺多的，如果打算报暨大，可以选择华章，毕竟华章的教学点在暨大医学院里面，可以提前感受校园气氛，仅供参考。

３、暨大提前面试怎么准备？

暨大的面试还算比较好，淘汰率不高，竞争不是很激烈。面试分为无领导小组讨论、综合面试和英语。其中重点在于无领导小组讨论，这个你表现好了，问题就不大。很多人怕英语，其实在暨大，英语占比应该是三者之中最小的，而且分差也拉不开，对于英语差的同学来说这应该是好消息。所以这里重点说下无领导小组讨论的Tips。以下是某位老师当时给出的一些提示，很有帮助：

『个人发言主要看你的表达能力。你和小组同学之间的讨论，我们看你的团队合作、影响力和组织力。例如，别人发言时，你是否在倾听？还是只顾自己在写？你是否有体势语？例如，以前有位考生，在别人发言时，就说：你不要翘二郎腿！放下！老师在记录你的表现。一开始，每个人的发言，是否能够用简明的语言将问题说清楚？这是看你的沟通表达能力。第二，大家一起讨论时，有的同学会主动出来组织大家讨论或提出一些问题，有的同学会积极参与到讨论中，发表自己的观点等。这些都是团队合作或组织能力的具体表现。但是，有些同学做得比较假，有点像在演戏。例如，以前，我见到一位考生，放一个闹钟在桌子上，闹钟一响就打断别人的讲话。以为这样可以控制局面，其实一看就知道是装的。试想你在单位开会时，作为领导，你会这样做吗？ 一些细节一定要注意，例如，有的同学在别人发言时，到处张望或玩手机；或发呆；或沉思等等，都不是太好。若换做你发言时，大家都这样对待你，你会有什么想法呢？

还有些学生喜欢发言，一讲就跑题，经常联系实际，不看案例素材，海阔天空地发言。这时，谁能主动将话题引回来，而且不是生硬地打断别人的发言，那他在组织能力方面的得分会和别人不一样。

影响力，就是你在陈述自己观点时，如何有理有据地让别人接受你的观点，而不是说时间到了，我们就这样决定吧。其实，无领导小组讨论是考察你的领导潜质 当然，对于案例素材也需要你有一定的专业知识。

也不能这样评价自己，你们既然选择读MBA，一定会自觉不自觉地表现出领导者的潜质，这些不是你们能够准备出来的。是你的举止和言语中反映的，也许你自己没有注意到而已。作为老师，他们一看就知道了，因为我们接触了太多的学生，这是职业敏感。』

对于综合面试，主要是考察你在短时间内对某个社会问题的看法。难度在于你需要在毫无准备的情况下有条不紊的把你的思维观点说出来。其实这个不是很容易，特别是在自己不熟的领域。如果你抽中的题目刚好熟悉，那恭喜你；如果不是，则真的需要你平时有很好的积累了。所以考试前可以先把近半年来发生的社会热点都找出来，看看媒体报纸的评论，吸收他们的观点，然后再自己模拟一下，要是老师问到这道题，我该怎么答？这样锻炼几次后，我觉得应该会有很大的帮助。（可惜我当时啥都不懂，没有前辈指点，所以这部分考得很差，经验教训）

对于英语，其实很简单，你先把自己的自我介绍背熟了，然后再读一段英语，最后问答一个老师的问题。老师一般会就着你的介绍来发问，但是都不难。口语部分最好提前能锻炼，可以去参加外语角，熟悉一下。这里还有个我以前考托业口语的Tips，考前二十分钟可以跟partner即时练口语，聊什么都行，这主要是建立一个口语的语感。练完后再参加考试你有一种惯性的感觉，说英语也会顺畅很多。就跟运动员热身一样的道理。我当时就是这样托业口语拿了最高级别，而当我把这个经验告诉同事后，我同事也一样取得了成功，她非常感谢我这个方法。

４、笔试怎么准备？

笔试部分主要分数学、逻辑、中文写作、英语。还是那句话，不同人应该有不同的备考方法。有人本来就外语专业毕业的，或者工作一直在外语环境的，基本上英语就是不用花时间、只需熟悉题型就行。所以每个人需要认识自己的优势和劣势，保证优势，提高劣势。MBA考试排名不要紧，要紧的是你能不能上线。你首先要树立考试的目标。比如180、200.你设定的目标必须要比国家线高，这道理不用解释。

数学，其实就是初等代数，好好把机械工业版的参考书复习透，就可以了。我发现很多高分的都是靠着看几遍机工版的数学。学数学不能死记硬背题目，而是要学习思维方法，解题技巧，这样当题目变化才不至于傻眼。万变不离其宗，每一道数学题，无非就是想考哪个知识点，只要掌握了知识点，就等于知道这道题要考什么，那就往这个思路去考虑，终归能算出来。

逻辑，分两大块。形式逻辑和非形式逻辑。形式逻辑刚开始难理解，但是主要掌握了规则，形式逻辑其实是不难的。非形式逻辑也有规律可循，掌握了加强、削弱等规则，再多练习下，你就会找到做逻辑的感觉。题目不用做太多，但是必须要弄懂弄清楚，不要模模糊糊的，下次又选错。

作文，无它，背范文。考前练习写几篇，多动笔，培养感觉，多阅读报纸的社评什么的，积累素材。作文拉分应该不算很大。

英语，得阅读理解者得英语。其实英语的阅读理解比较怪。就是他的问题很少问总体中心思想什么的，问的多是每段具体的东西。所以很多时候不必看懂文章，也一样能做对答案。只要找出关键句，然后琢磨琢磨，就可得到答案。阅读理解需要多锻炼。英语不好的需要花心思。但是如果当你觉得你可以过线了，你就不必再花太多时间下去。因为英语的提高不是线性的，随着你花时间越多就越高。一开始你的提高会很明显，但是到了一定程度，你花再多的时间，也增加不多。所以达到那个点也就差不多了，节省时间复习其它。

复习时每到一个阶段需要安排模拟考试，检查一下阶段性成果；一定要注意在最后阶段要多模拟考试，就是自己掐时间，严格按照正式考试的气氛和规定来。数学每题3分钟，逻辑每题2分钟，你做不出来就不要再纠结，选个疑似答案马上往下走。你一定在模拟时要训练养成这个习惯，否则你在考试就会吃亏。

５、正式考试怎么考？

带齐考试工具准考证啥的不说了，提前踩点也不说了。关键点在于一定要知道综合考试你的时间是不够的，英语考试你的时间是有多的。所以综合考试你碰到难的问题必须过，数学25题你不要超过75分钟；逻辑30题你不要超过60分钟，小作文25分钟，大作文30分钟。很多人先做作文再做其它，我觉得无可厚非。总之，把自己有把握的先做，能拿多少先拿多少。其它的题目就靠人品。英语就不说了，时间充足，慢慢做都来得及。时间不是问题，不知道选哪个才是问题。呵呵！

考试过程中可以带点小巧克力啥的，能量不足时可以补充。暨大考场对于报暨大的学生会开放教室作为休息室，这是报暨大的福利，报其它学校的？只能在草坪上坐着了。

考研那点事儿

最近早就想提笔写点什么东西来总结现在的生活了，可是要么心情不是很high，要么玩游戏忘了。虽然不是文艺青年，可是我总是想记录我的心路历程。可能我说些话太二，抑或太闷骚，让一部分看客不爽。然而我想引用阿鬼的话——我是写给关心我的人看的。

现在就是天天自习，上午数学，下午英语，晚上专业加数学。500多页的数学复习全书大概是考研数学的灵魂。关于它的纪录也一个个的来到我耳朵里，“X尼玛复习全书早就做完了，660都做了大半了！”，“切，这算啥，Y尼玛复习全书做了两遍了，现在开始研究真题了！”听完后不自觉的菊花一紧，吗的，老子刚把第100页翻过去。可是我不想大跃进，我的节奏就是我的节奏，我能保证我看过去的就是我的。

慢慢的我在找高四的感觉，没找到，这里没有人管你复习到哪，没有人管你走没走神，没有人检测你学的怎么样，甚至根本没有人管你上不上自习。只有自己，想自欺欺人非常简单，一块手机，然后趴在桌子上流一会儿哈喇子，一个上午瞬间就没了。要是心情再低落点，床再舒服点，一天过得能比喝凉水还快。坐在那做题也会挺熬人，因为总是要面对打击，“这个知识点前几天明明刚看过，怎么一转眼就不会了，这尼玛学的还没忘得快，擦！”。英语则更显得博大精深，新单词总像春后的野草，割过一茬又冒出一茬，我还是坚强地在那记，不知道到底是它的单词多，还是我的脑容量大，我相信总有一天，我认识面前的单词，而它已经不认识我了。至于阅读理解，不光在考验你的单词容量，还顺便考察着你的心理素质。花了半个小时，虐死好多脑细胞，然后屁颠颠地对答案，就是因为写答案的时候那稍微的脑抽筋，你成功避开了所有正确答案。Shit！！可是生活还是要继续，你必须坚强的查出每个新单词，勇敢的分析每个错误，然后再一遍遍地骂自己脑残。对答案的时候经历着各种跌宕，查出一个错的时候就像少女被人捏了一下，好紧张哦！查出俩错的时候就好像初恋的少女被放了鸽子，好失落哦！查出三个错的时候就像被劈腿的少女，好难过哦！查出四个错的时候就好像被（。。）的少女，无法面对，但不得不承受。查出五个错的时候就已经出来快感了，你丫还敢不敢再错一个，fu，ck！

当然，在教室里不光是学习，还是要思考生活，品味人生的，我走神的内容也不光是游戏。想想我22年的生命历程，想想我到底是因为嘛成了个光棍。想着想着不自觉的就会笑出来。也想想我的未来，成了一位人人敬仰的高级工程师，然后在我的人格魅力号召下，一大批优秀的人聚集在我周围，攻关着一个又一个的难题，“郑工，您看这个方案行不行？”，“小王啊，这个设计稳定性有问题，你回去再用matlAB仿真一下！”，“哦，好的。”我就一直在那装逼。说实话我挺想在青岛有套房的，那样在以后的N年里，想回母校看看学妹，就看看。

要想坚持下去，就必须有一个信念，不断地给自己积极的心理暗示，这是人生的又一次机会，好多好多人想这种机会都想不到，然后让你遇到了。去博远的心情不能像去上坟一样，我这是要去改变人生，不是去遭罪的。正是这个地方，可以让我的未来增加筹码。这样劲头就会一直挺足。我这个人看重过程，成事在人，谋事在天，我现在慢慢的享受这个过程，至于结果，那就先去他妹的吧。

一、2018年MBA报名条件

1.2018年1月联考MBA报名条件中要求的工作经历的年数是如何计算的?

答：报考条件中对不同学历者所要求的工作经历的年数，是指从获得毕业证书(一般指每年的7月份)到被录取入学(一般指每年的9月份)的时间。大学本科毕业后3年，大专毕业后5年。

即：只要大专于2014年9月前毕业、本科2016年9月前毕业、研究生2017年9月前毕业，均可报考2018年MBA联考。

特别说明：如果是专升本的考生，获得本科毕业证后工作经历不满三年，仍然要以同等学力资格报考。

2.本人专科毕业后，又通过高自考刚获得本科毕业证和学士学位证，但没有参加过国家英语四级考试，能否报考MBA?

答：对大专学历报考者要求获得国家四英语证书是个别学校。一般只要是毕业后工作5年即可报考。

3.成人教育的本科毕业证(无学位)可否报名?

答：只要获得了教育部批准的国民系列教育大专以上(含大专)毕业学历，符合相应报考条件就可以报考(除中央党校外，其余党校系列的毕业证不被认可)。

4.有硕士学位的考生能否报考工商管理硕士?

答：有研究生毕业学历或已获硕士学位且有两年或两年以上的工作经历者可以报考。如果研究生毕业或获得硕士学位后的工作经历不满两年，报名时须提供本科毕业证。

5.对半工半读通过自学考试得到本科学历的人，工作实践经验能否缩短为二年或一年?

答：不可以。必须在取得本科学历后有三年或三年以上工作经历方可报考。

6.有若干年实践经验的中专生是否有机会接受MBA教育?应届毕业生可以报考吗?

答：按教育部规定必须是大专(含大专)以上学历才有资格报考。MBA招生不接收应届毕业生。

7.请问获得双学士学位可否按照硕士学位报考MBA?

答：获得双学士学位也要按本科学历报考。

二、2018年MBA报考手续

1.我是外地考生，想报考MBA，如何办理报名手续?

答：每年10月份采用网上报名的方法。11月份外地考生将报名表及毕业证、学位证书的复印件在规定时间内寄到所报院校研究生招生办公室或去现场确认，并通过网上或电话查询方式查询报名结果。

2.如果档案和本人所任职单位不一致，报名表由谁盖章?

答：档案在本人所在工作单位的，由所在单位人事部门盖章;档案与本人任职单位不同的，如果是委托培养的，须由所在工作单位盖章;如果是自筹经费的须由档案保管单位盖章。

3.可否委托他人持本人的毕业证书原件报名吗?

答：不行。报考的考生要在报名现场进行数码摄像，将照片存入计算机，因此不能代报名。

三、2018年MBA考试报考相关事项

1.报考工商管理硕士要考哪几门课?有大纲和参考书吗?

答：MBA入学考试笔试科目为二门，分别是：英语、管理综合(含数学、逻辑、写作)。全国有一套统一的MBA的大纲和辅导教材，是由全国MBA教育指导委员会组织编写，其中考试大纲由教育部编写出版，并由高教出版社出版发行。

2.考其它语种行吗?

答：大部分院校不可以，只接收英语考生。少部分院校可以考其他语种，如日语，俄语等。

3.外地考生报考MBA可否在本地参加全国联考笔试? 答：报考MBA考生必须在
