在2014年暑假,我很幸运地被我们学校录取为产学合作协调员,主要负责监督,协调,走访所带学生的产学合作的具体情况,并根据学生的表现对其工作情况进行评分。
在暑期到来之前,学校对于我们进行了两次的仔细培训,给我们详细介绍了我们学校的产学合作的来源,实质,以及要求等等,并给我们介绍了关于我们协调员暑期的工作任务和职责,以及一些注意事项等等。
在参加培训之后,过了没几天,就开始步入了工作的第一个阶段,与所带教的学生进行第一次联系,跟他们介绍产学合作的要求的一些具体事宜。由于当时联系时,部分专业已经放假,所以没有机会和他们面对面地交谈,我只好给他们挨个挨个打电话。没想到,在刚刚开始的时候,就遇到了一个大大的挫折。有一个外蒙古的学生,由于已经回到了境外,所以,上海号码怎么也打不通,向她同学要了她的家庭号码,心想豁出去了,不管电话费了,打了才知道,我的手机没有开通业务,无法打过去,没办法,不过,好在还是拿到了那个外蒙同学的微信号码,开始用微信跟她联系。还有,好几个同学的号码也是没办法打通的,我只能接着跟那些学号相连的同学以及他们班的班长联系,来获得他们最新的联系号码。
快到六月底的时候,开始提醒并督促学生的产学合作安置信息的填写,于是,再次打电话,发短信给还没有填好安置信息的同学,催促他们填写雇主单位安置信息,如果没有及时填写,就会在本学期产学合作中被挂掉,而且由于产学合作只能在大四的时候补修,很麻烦。所以,我很负责地一个一个地催那些没有填写安置信息的同学。但是,有一个学生一直到很晚才确定雇主单位,然后,在快到填写安置截止日期的时候,他跟我说登陆不进去,然后,我赶紧给我的老师联系,;老师让他打学院电话,重置密码,结果,恰逢礼拜五下午,学院老师放假了,没办法,只能等到礼拜打电话,当时,我也和他一样着急紧张死了。不过,终于还是在截止日给填好了,不然,他就得挂掉了,好险,最可怕的就是,必须得等到大四的时候才能重修,可能会影响的毕业。
打电话给所有的雇主单位,确认学生是否在岗工作并详细了解学生的工作状况和工作态度是我们第二个工作阶段的任务。在同学们填写好了雇主单位安置信息之后,我登陆了协调员系统,逐个地打电话给学生工作的公司,确认该同学是否在该公司上班,并考察学生的工作认真情况。记得以前在培训的时候,培训人说在打电话的过程中,一定要态度谦和友好,本着认真负责的态度,不作假,不徇私,一切以事实说话。所以打电话的时候,我一方面注意自己态度的温和,另一方面,询问清楚该同学的工作情况。大多数电话的联系,还是蛮顺利的。不过,还有,很多电话或是停机,或是没人接,或是说该同学没有在该地方工作。接着,我开始与学生联系,询问具体情况。然后,一遍一遍继续给同学们的雇主打电话,有时候,电话一直没人接,我会隔几个小时打一次,一直打,有时候我自己都觉得我很烦,不过没办法,直到确认到学生的工作为止。工作二,最终也还是顺利的完成了。
紧接着,开始了了最重要的一个环节。就是走访在上海实习的学生,我在协调员系统确定并标记在上海参加工作的学生的工作时间,以便后续对他们工作的跟进和走访。然后,在七月中旬的时候,我开始与在上海实习的学生约定时间,方便我去走访他们。
在走访学生我的陈宛晴同学之前,我提前给她打电话,询问其具体工作时间,工作地点,并和她约定好走访日期。
然后,在七月二十三日上午,我到达了上海市宝山区顾新路21号。陈宛晴同学带着我参观了她的工作环境,拜访了她的上司和同事,并给我介绍了她的工作内容以及她的职责。陈宛晴实习的公司主要是销售五金等产品,而她从事的工作是会计出纳,负责管理现金和记日记账等一系列工作。
随后,我询问了陈宛晴的上司关于陈宛晴同学的工作情况。“这个小姑娘比较勤劳踏实,做事也比较认真负责,挺上进的。”其同事也称赞其性格活泼开朗,容易相处,勤快善良,比较乖巧能干。她的老板也表示以后还愿意让这个学生去他们公司实习和工作,听她的老板在夸她,我感觉也特别的自豪,感觉陈同学为学校挣光了一样。随后,我和陈宛晴同学在她的办公室以及公司门前各拍了一张照片,就回去了。
在产学合作快接近尾声的时候,还有一个环节,就是给所带教学生在工作中的表现,以及之前打电话联系他们时,走访时他们工作的情况给他们批注,以及他们同事及老板的评价,他们自己写的产学合作业务报告的情况进行综合地评分,对于这个光荣的任务,我本着认真负责的态度,严格按照学生的实际情况,该得多少分就给多少分,不徇私,不舞弊,无偏见,谨慎的按照程序客观公正地评分。还是很开心,有这样一个机会,可以体验一次当老师的感觉,很荣耀,很满足。
在担任产学合作协调员工作的期间,我学到了很多东西。首先,学会不管遇到什么状况,都要冷静,都要踏实地工作,着急是没有用的,事情还是要一步一步地完成的。比如,在第一个阶段,联系不上那个外蒙古同学时,要循序渐进地,通过电话,扣扣,微信等各种软件,各种方式联系她。再比如,在那个同学,在临近截止日期,仍然登陆不上学工系统时,这时候,也只能耐心地等待,等到了礼拜一,赶紧给学院打电话重置。所以,事情,不能急,要慢慢来,这次,好好磨了我的急躁的性格。在当协调员这个过程中,我还学到很多其他的东西,比如,要有耐心,要坚持,尽管遇到很多困难,我还是要坦然面对,尽管很多同学联系不上或者不接电话,不回短信时,我还是得坚持的打过去,知道联系到通知到他们为止。
当然,也遇到了很多困难和意料之外的事情,比如刚刚开始,给同学发短信,询问或者通知一些问题的时候,很多同学都不回短信。为了确认通知到信息,我就只好不停地给他们发短信确认。实在不行,就打电话。感觉挺气馁的,被他们给无视了。不过,想想当初协调员培训时,老师的教诲时,以及本着对他们负责任的态度,所以,我只好若无其事地继续该发短信就发短信询问,就像一个打不死的小强,尽量态度和善温柔一些,慢慢的,大概跟同学熟了,他们回短信积极多了。我收集资料也就得心应手地多了。在接下来的督查工作中,我一直好好和同学相处,尽量帮他们处理他们遇到的问题,准确传达无误的信息,确认他们暑期工作的顺利完成。还有一点想说的是,和这些同学接触,又使我认识了好多以前不可能接触到的别的专业的校友,扩充了我的人脉,我很兴奋,认识到这么多新的的朋友。这些都是因为做协调员,才能学到和得到的。
我所协调的学生当中,有两个外蒙古的学生,还有好多个学生是港澳台的学生也是一个很让我头痛的事情是,刚刚开始的时候,部分的手机还是能打的通的,但是后来,想联系他们的时候,屡屡短信不回的时候,我开始警惕起来,就打电话过去,才发现已经打不通了,意识到他们已经回台湾了,所以在大陆的手机就停用了。然后,没办法,只能重新搜集他们的新的联系方式,微信,扣扣等,但是很不方便的是,很多时候,有紧急事宜通知他们的时候,总是没有电话方便,他们可能不登陆就收不到信息,导致信息延迟,挺苦恼的。不过,好在,在整个过程中,还是耽误什么重要的事情。所以,协调员工作还是很顺利地结束了。
我很开心,在担任协调员的过程当中,我更好地了解了学校的产学合作的由来,产学合作的性质和特色以及其具体运作情况,所以,我更加觉得我们学校的产学合作的意义的重要性,我觉得学校实行产学合作教育,是非常有必要的,对于我们学生的适应社会的能力是有很大的帮助的,同时,通过暑期的辛勤工作,更让同学知道为工作求生存的不易,体会到读书的乐趣,从而珍惜大学时光,奋发努力,同时更为日后走上工作岗位积累经验,增加学校就业率,提高学校的威望,吸引更多的学者来为我校的繁荣昌盛喝彩。另外,我校是国内唯一一个实行产学合作的学校,因此,我们更应该搞好产学合作之一教学项目,使之成为我校的一大特色,亦可以吸引更多的学校向我们学校学习,以我们学校为榜样,跟我们一起搞产学合作这一教学项目,使产学合作成为大学的必需功课。
我坚决拥护我们学校的产学合作,并且认真实施我在产学合作工作中的任务和职责,也就是做好我的协调员的工作,认真负责地协调我的学生,指导他们的工作,负责并客观地给他们评分。
