建新路小学英语教学改进措施在过去几年的发展中，建新路小学英语教学工作虽然取得了一定的成绩，教师队伍建设，教师素质不断提高，英语教学特色逐渐形成，但仍存在着师资紧、课时少、任务重、学生两极分化明显、教学质量下滑等方面的问题，面对这些问题，学校领导积极研究策略，为提高教学质量提出了改进措施。

一、指导思想

坚持以《英语课程标准》为指导，以全县教育教学大会的会议精神为动力，以课堂教学为阵地，坚持面向全体学生，抓好英语师资队伍建设，切实转变教学观念，努力创设良好的英语教学环境，为进一步提高质量打下良好的基础。

二、英语教学情况分析

1、英语开设情况。建新路小学在3——6年级各班均开设了常规英语教学，且严格执行了义务教育课时安排。

2、师资情况分析。建新路小学目前共有五名英语教师，所有教师皆为跨年级教学，担任3——6年级各班英语教学工作，五名英语教师多为中青年教师，学历均达标。

3、学校英语教学环境分析。县教育局领导高度重视建新路小学英语教学工作，为学校的英语教学工作提供了最大的支持和高度的关注与指导，但在教学实践中，总体

情况和结果总是不太尽如人意，具体表现在：一是学生认识不清。从学生的角度看，小学阶段英语只不过是副科，根本不能和语文数学相比，虽然我们英语老师非常重视，但是在许多学生的潜意识里，根本没有把英语学习当一回事儿；二是家长重视程度不高。从家庭的角度看，我们学生的家长听得懂英语的都很少，更别说辅导孩子了，也就更谈不上重视了；三是缺乏英语学习环境。学生除了在课堂短短的40分钟外，基本就没有应用英语的地方。

三、主要工作措施

（一）加强组织领导，提高重视程度

1、学校安排有丰富英语教学经验的副校长刘国宏同志主抓教学工作。

2、成立了英语教研组，为开展英语教学研究、教学方式方法探讨提供了便利条件。

3、学校在英语教学方面作了大量的倾斜: 英语教师不带班，教学课时有了保证，英语课也能从早上开始安排。

（二）加强理论学习，更新教师观念

1、要认识到英语教学在整个素质教育中的重要地位和作用，组织开展《英语课程标准》的学习和研讨活动，努力将正确的思想理念转化为积极可行的教学实践活动，提高学习的针对性和实效性。每位教师要认真通读1—2种英语教学研究刊物，以提高自身的理论素养。

2、认真贯彻落实教育部《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》和《小学英语课程教学基本要求》等文件精神，明确小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们学习英语的积极态度，建立初步学习英语的自信心，培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，使学生初步形成用英语进行简单日常交流的能力，为终身发展服务。

3、组织教师认真学习冀教版教材的大纲要求，明确教学任务，深挖教材，深研教法，力争使每一节课都成为高效课堂。

（三）加强教学常规落实，提高教学效益

1、进一步细化备课。在以往要求的备课与教案设计做到细致、到位、有效，超周备课的基础上，进一步细化备课内容，充分体现《课标》要求，体现英语课堂的特点。切实做到实际、实效、实用，切勿为备课而备课，备课时要充分考虑所教年级学生的特点和不足。注重积累课时教学经验，要求教师在课后时常开展教学反思，反思要反映本节课教学的优点，创新点和不足之处，以及对不足之处的整改措施，要有目标达成情况分析以及原因分析。

2、改进课堂教学，提高课堂效率。在教研组长的组织下全体教师共同分析确定每一课时的三维教学目标、教

学重点、教学难点、教学方法、教学过程中的如何确立新知识拓展内容以及如何创设教学情境。要精心设计每一堂课，精心设计有效的活动和任务。在课堂教学中，充分注意到英语作为一种语言的特性，创设语言情境，激发学生的学习兴趣。在活动设计中，要充分体现自主、互助学习的特点，多采用自主或是互助的学习模式。为引导教师进行课堂教学研究，提升课堂教学水平，要求教师每学期互相听课、评课，开展英语优质课评比活动。

（1）确立课堂教学思路。着眼于培养学生综合语言运用能力，通过创设合理的教学情景，引导学生在模拟或真实交际中理解、模仿和运用语言；充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演等方法，生动活泼地进行外语教学

（2）精心设计课堂活动。采用以活动课为主的教学模式，突出在活动中学、练、用，强调用语言做事，每个活动的展开要有情景，有语言，有过程，有结果。任务型的活动可以适当渗透其中。

（3）积极调动学生参与兴趣。课堂教学中采用集体、个人、小组等多种活动形式，创造机会引导学生全员参与、全程参与，突出学生的主体地位，调动学生英语学习兴趣，促进学生的积极情感体验。

3、创新作业模式，提高作业质量。精心选编作业，针对学生的学情分层布置，题量适当，指导学生认真、独

立完成作业；作业形式要多样化，应采用口头与书面、课内与课外相结合的方式；作业批改、反馈要及时，可适当结合面批，做到表扬鼓励和严格要求相给合，使学生养成良好的作业习惯；作业评定可采用等级、语言评价等多种形式。

4、制定并严格遵守听评课制度。要求教师及时并认真听课，认真做好听评课记录。听评课记录项目要齐全，要有点评和总评，点评要突出对当节课每个环节或某一处的见解和意见，点评要对本节课的总评情况进行评价，要有针对性，避免虚话、套话。通过听课、评课尽快克服自己在教学中出现的不足，提升自己的教育、教学水平。

（四）加强教学研究，提升教师水平

1、积极为教师创设接受继续教育的机会，不断加强

小学英语教师队伍专业化建设的力度和效度，提高教师自身的专业素质和教学能力。注重实效，抓好“青蓝工程”、“名师工程”，发现苗子，培养尖子。积极指导青年教师参加教育部门组织的小学英语优秀课竞赛和展示观摩活动。

2、通过说课、听课、评课、讲座、集体备课、教材分析等活动，让教师过好大纲关和教材关，尽快明确备课、上课的基本规范，适应小学英语的教学要求，利用外出学习培训的机会，借鉴他人的成功之处，学习他地的成功经验，不断提高自身的业务素质。

3、充分发挥优秀教师的示范作用，组织优秀教师开展理论讲座、上示范课、研究课，创造机会让更多的青年教师脱颖而出。

本次期末考试已经结束，通过这次考试反映的问题，在今后的教学中我应该着重从这几点入手：

1.首先要过“单词关”。

这项指标的要求是：会读----能够正确地、地道地发音；会认----知道中文意思；会写----能够根据提示书写。

这次考试可以看出学生在单词方面不扎实，个别学困生基本不得分，单词是学英语的基础，这里“单词”的涵义并非仅仅指一个独立的词，还涵盖一些必须连在一起用才有意义的短语。不要仅仅孤立地记忆单词，还要把单词放到句子中去应用，掌握其实际的用法。单词掌握了，语言迁移的能力方能逐渐建立。所以在下学期要加强对学困生的辅导，争取突破单词关。

2.培养学生良好的课前预习自学习惯

凡是在外语学习达到了极高水平的人，其共同的成功经验是：固定一种教材，跟读磁带录音模仿，背诵。

一般的预习步骤是：

1、跟读磁带：一词一词，2.一句一句，3.反复4.地、大声地跟读、模仿、对比磁带发音，5.模仿纯粹的英语语音、语调，6.矫正发音，7.训练英语听力

英语遗忘性特别强，每两周要将以前背诵过的篇章复习一遍；训练学过的单词，句型，表达；巩固拓展，温故而知新。

3、狠抓基础，培养能力。学生是教学的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学对教学成功与否至关重要。尤其是在后进生的辅导上，更是要注意这些。这个学生到底时哪里有问题，要找准问题的关键。为他们打好扎实的语言基础，特别是最基本的词汇、习惯用法和常用句型，要反复训练，做到举一反三。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样学生在学会单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法，同时加强对单词，句型的检查力度；强化阅读训练，在平时的教学中除了要加大阅读量以外，还要让学生见到更多的阅读理解题型。

4、讲求方法，丰富课堂。在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。讲求方法，丰富课堂是教师在整个教学过程中首要的任务。英语作为一门外语言，需要多应运。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。上课内容丰富，现实。教态要自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

7、端正学生的学习态度，培养其良好的行为习惯，如：认真审题、认真做题、认真检查的好习惯，使其发挥应有的水平，取得更为优异的成绩。

小学英语重在培养学生学习英语的兴趣和良好的口语能力，在今后的教学中还应该继续多设计活动，充分发挥评价机制的作用，让学生在乐趣中轻松掌握知识。加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会怎样学习。

摘要：小学英语教学越来越受社会的关注，学生和家长也越来越重视英语在学习中的重要性。英语教学的改革不容忽视，英语教学应重视学生综合能力的提高，不仅要提高学生学习英语的兴趣，也要为学生以后学习英语奠定基础。

建新路小学2011年电教、实验工作总结

建新路小学2011年电教实验工作紧紧围绕现代教育技术装备的配备，积极配合电教馆的主要工作，认真贯彻落实《金塔县教育局关于进一步加强新时期学校内部配套设施建设的意见》及《2011年全县教育技术工作要点》，加大了教育技术装备力度，着力提升教育装备质量和效益，狠抓了教师教育技术能力培训，全力推进教育现代化进程，不断提高电教工作管理水平，使我校电教工作迈上一个新台阶。现将工作小结如下：

一、教育技术装备力度加大，落实了“两基”目标

结合教育局新六配套工程，学校认真落实了“两基”目标，主要做好了以下工作：

1、加强领导，严格管理。

学校校长亲自指导全校电教工作，协调现代教育技术的装备。加强了对平时各项相关工作的检查，督促做好了电教设备的“配、管、用”工作，保证了教师信息技术教育能力的培训和电教实验教学的顺利进行。

2、大力推进“班班通”建设。

本学期，我校加大了投入力度，在县教育局电教馆的大力支持下，新装备了高质量的微机室一个，配备了26台电脑；为全校9个班配备了电脑、投影机、视频展台，基本实现了全校15个教学班“班班通”。升级了建新路小学信息互联网平台（http://jxlxx.5d6d.com）,为全体师生提供了一个在网络环境下能自主教学、自主学习、交流的平台。

3、加强了学校实验教学标准化、规范化建设。学校实验室建设及实验活动开展严格按“两基”标准执行。在利用好现有实验装备的同时，因地制宜开展了三至六年级科学实验，保证了基本的演示实验和分组实验。在县教育局的支持下加大了实验仪器购置经费的投入，确保了学校实验室教学仪器的及时补充。开齐开足了实验课，使科学课演示实验开出率达到95%，分组实验开出率达到90%以上。

4、加快了学校图书室建设。在县教育局的大力支持，学校图书室已达到一定规模，落实了图书借阅制度，对图书进行了登记造册，课程表中安排了各班借阅图书的课程，并得到了落实。

5、注重了艺体类设施装备建设。学校筹资配备了一个高标准篮球场和若干乒乓球台，基本解决了全校学生的体育活动场地、器材短缺的问题。建设了2个课余活动场所（美术室和音乐室）并配置了资源，保证了学生活动有场所，有器材，有内容。

二、教育技术在教育教学中广泛应用

1、开齐了四至六年级信息技术课，基本满足了一生一机的需要，按时完成了本的信息技术课教学任务。信息技术开课率达到100%，应用信息技术开展学科教学的活动的课时数占总课时数的50%以上。

2、充分利用卫星远程教育资源，课堂使用率达到90%以上。

3、完善了学校教学信息资源库。教学资源容量达到了30G以上，本学年共录制优秀教学课件100个，教案、说课、课后反思若干。

4、积极参加县教育局举办的“全县多媒体教学优秀课评选活动”。培养学校的多媒体教学骨干教师。其中胡金花老师执教的电子白板课《数数变变变》获得全省一等奖。《开国大典》课件获得全市中小学教师多媒体课件、教案及优质课评选二等奖。

5、共享了学校信息资源库，保证了“班班通”的软件资源。“班班通”设备的使用率达到了100%。

三、加大了教育技术培训力度

1、教师教育技术能力认定。由教科处牵头，充分利用远程教育和互联网，认真落实了《金塔县教师教育技术能力认定标准（县、校级）》，坚持校本培训，采取集中培训和网络培训的方式，利用教研活动，狠抓了全校教师教育技术能力培训工作。完成了教育局下达的培训指标。

2、狠抓了各类远程教育培训工作，坚持远程培训与校本培训相结合，着力提升了教师的信息技术素养，特别是信息技术与学科教学整合的能力。组织语文、数学学科教师开展以“信息技术与学科整合”为主题的网络学习活动。

3、配合教育局电教馆进行教师教育技术能力认定考核工作。

学校成立了教师教育技术能力认定工作领导小组，组织专人对参加了今年县级培训的教师进行了认定。通过现场听课、制作课件、操作电教设备、设计多媒体教案等内容考核评定，我校教师均达到了县级标准。并将认定结果上报电教馆。

4、本学年三分之一的语数外教师参加了甘肃省网络研修平台，取得了良好的研修效果。

四、存在问题

过去的一年，我们虽然做了好多工作，但在还存在逐多问题。

1、部分教师还没有掌握“班班通”设备的使用方法，设备维护保养还不到位。

2、学校资源库的充实力度不够、利用率不高，有待一步加强。

3、实验室的利用率及实验的质量还有待于进一步提高。

下年我们将在县电教馆的指导下，充分利用好现有教育技术设备、实验器材的同时，努力提高教育教学质量，从而使我校的电教实验工作更进一步。

建新路小学节约水电国旗下讲话稿

亲爱的老师和同学们：

早上好！

今天国旗下讲话的主题是节约用水用电。

我们都知道“水是生命的源泉”，“电是发展的杠杆”。全世界的水有93%是咸水，淡水只占7%，而能喝的水只有0.8%，全世界50亿人就靠饮用这0.8%的淡水。电力方面，许多地区在高峰时段因电力资源不足拉闸限电。再看我校硬件设施日趋完善，健全方便的水电设施一应俱全。学校给我们提供了优越的工作环境，旨在能更好的提高教育教学质量。但也不难发现许多浪费的现象，哗哗的自来水从指尖流走、白白的饭粒从碗中倒掉、外面光线充足教室里依旧灯火辉煌，不能很好的利用水电资源，造成我校水电的开支非常大。

勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德；勤俭办校更是我校发展的内在动力。人们普遍认为水、电是“取之不尽，用之不竭”的，在日常生活用水、用电中不知道珍惜。正是有了这种根深蒂固的观念，水电浪费惊人。节约用水、节约用电，刻不容缓。我们向全校师生员工发出节约用水、用电倡议, 希望每一位师生员工以主人翁的态度，倍加珍惜稀缺的资源，节约每一滴水、每一度电、，使节能意识、节能行为在我们校园里蔚然成风:对此我们努力做到以下几点：

1、从节约一滴水、一度电开始，重树勤俭节约的美德。

2．人离关水关电，不论是学校的还是家里的电灯，不用就要随手关掉。

3、用水避免长流水：洗涮时，切记不要让水一直流个不停。在洗手和冲拖把时，不要将水龙头开到最大，用完水，立刻关紧水龙头，发现忘关的要主动关闭，养成随手关水龙头的良好习惯。

4、用电避免昼夜灯，走出教室及时关灯、教室光线充足时，做到能不用电尽量不用，养成随手关灯习惯。

5、发现水电设施坏了，主动及时报告。

6、积极向家长向邻居向朋友宣传节约水电的意义和方法。建议身边的人一水多用，一灯多用，随时纠正他人浪费水电的行为。同学们，让我们拿出实际行动，节约用水用电，形成“节约光荣，浪费可耻”的良好氛围。
