【摘要】教学过程最优化教学理论是是前苏联教育家巴班斯基所提出来的重要教学理论。笔者从他的教学过程最优化教学理论中,对中国现代教学进行了反思。并且笔者认为中国现代教学存在一些弊端。而巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论的提出可以在一定程度上帮助我们进行教学反思,并从中得到启发,促使中国现代教学更好的发展。

【正文】 教学过程最优化教学理论是前苏联教育界有影响的教育家巴班斯基所提出来的。他在对造成学生学习不良的原因及对此采取的预防措施等问题进行了深入地分析和探讨,并进一步从教学过程入手,研究其中的可能存在的最优化理论原理,从而提出了教学过程最优化教学理论。

教学过程最优化无疑是指教师有目的的在教学过程中选择最佳方案,并保证在规定的时间和教学活

动范围内使教学和教育任务获得最好效果。其中,教学过程最优化的标准,主要有两条:一是效果标准,也就是在教学过程中教学,教育和发展都达到最高效果;二是时间标准,也就是遵守课堂教学和家庭作业的时间额度,从而提高教学质量。通过对这两个标准的理解和研究,自然会很清楚巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论对现代教学是多么重要,它的意义与价值是值得我们运用在实际的教学中的。因此,笔者十分喜欢和感谢这种教学理论。喜欢它在众多的教学理论中占有重要位置,对于实际的教学实践有着很大的指导作用。感谢它的出现,可以提供给我们进行教学反思,并且对应我国目前的教学现状,我们不难发现虽然在高等学校中,我们强调教学的丰富性,多样性,启发性,诱导性等等。而且国家也在不断进行教学改革,但是改来改去,实际的教学情况又如何呢?笔者认为每个人都是心知肚明的。

因此,笔者想通过巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论中反思中国现代教育的弊端和不足,借以警示我们,探索出真正适合中国实际教学状况的教学理论。笔者认为中国现代教学存在的弊端有以下几个方面:

1.虽然中国现代教学在提倡素质教育,但是我们不难发现,在

小学,中学和大学校园中,仍然再实施应试教育。在社会中,各种培训机构也在蓬勃兴起,以此来帮助学生和相关人员去适应现在的应试教育。而在短期的培训之后学员并没有获得相应的能力和知识。

2.中国现代教学尤其是在教学理论和教学方法上存在着局限。虽然从20世纪50年代以来,国际上出现了教学理论研究的新局面,涌现出了一大批新的教学理论体系。并在此逐渐的引入中国。但是直至今天中国现代教学体系仍然固步自封,大部分还是采用传统的说教式,填鸭式或满堂灌式等。正是存在着这样的教学模式,中国现代教学在当今时代也没有取得我们所希望的教学效果,即“最优化”效果。

3.中国现代教学的教学活动,基本上是课堂教学,教学活动只是单单局限于教室内,这种封闭的场所内。虽然在教室内的教学活动也有一些优点。如:可以实施多媒体教学,网络教学,远程教学;可以避免受一些外在条件的干扰,例如:噪音等等。借以保证教学处于安静的状态中,这样也可以保护老师的嗓子。因为在外教学,不仅干扰大,空间大,自然需要老师提高嗓门。但是任何事物都具有两面性,在教室以外的地方上课可以给教学提供一定的真实的情景,更有利于启发教学;可以带来新鲜感,吸引学生的学习兴趣;可以改变传统课内教学的方式,使教学活动丰富多样;可以将学生学到的理论与实际相结合,使理论应用于实践,理论指导实践,甚至是服务于实践。从而进一步提高学生适应社会的能力,运用知识解决实际问题的能力和实际操作能力等等。4.中国现代教学中教学氛围部分地存在死板,低沉,无趣,无声的不良现象。特别是像数学,语文,历史,政治科目的教学中,这种现象出现的频率较高。除了老师在课前提问复习旧课或老师讲解新课和习题之外,学生只是被动的参与。在这这样的教学过程中并未体现他们的主体地位。

此外,在巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论中的教学过程主要包括六个基本环节:一是针对学生的特点,使目的和任务具体化。二是根据全班学生的特点,使教学内容具体化。三是教师对教学手段选择最优化的形式和方法。四是强调教学过程中师生之间的互相影响,互相作用。五是自觉的调节教学过程。六是师生共同对未解决的问题进行分析和探讨。笔者对他的这六个环节印象十分深刻,并进一步总结为:因材施教,最优化,互动互探,过程调节。对应巴班斯基的教学过程的环节,发现我国目前的教学过程中就存在一些问题:(1)在因材施教方面存在着很大的局限,我国的教学现状中老师多数是喜欢学习成绩好的学生,对中等生也会有所关注,而成绩较低的学生几乎被老师,学校所忽视,剥夺了他们平等的受教育的权利,抹杀了他们的学习积极性。

(2)在最优化方面也有一定的问题,教学中并未将最优化做到最好。只是关注那些“好”学生。这样只有那些所谓的“好”学生的学习效果可能达到了最优化,但是其他的学生并未达到最优化。

(3)在互动互探和进程调节方面的局限相对少一些。但是也存在一定的现象,如:在互探的实施上较少;在过程调节上,会出现老师早退,拖堂的不良现象。

笔者对巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论中反思出了现代中国教学中存在的一些弊端进行了浅谈,总结出了一些不足之处。笔者认为其中可能还存在其他的弊端,但是由于知识能力和思想有限,不可能面面俱到。还希望这些反思能够对教育工作者产生一定的警示作用,促使他们积极地努力地改变中国现代教学的现状。

【总结】以上几个方面是笔者从巴班斯基的教学过程最优化教学理论所反思出来的中国现代教学中存在的种种弊端。希望通过这篇文章能引起人们的警醒和启示,尤其是那些从事教育类及相关事业的人的重视。以此来促进和完善中国现代教学的发展。
