商业客户部的共产党员＊＊＊同志正是这样一个典型。他不顾基础差、年龄偏大等不利条件，带头积极自学，经常不耻下问，还率先在家中自费购置电脑上网，下班后就投入到学习中，现在他已成为我们定远电信的宽带服务专家。为用户服务，他有这样的感触，“每次当用户深夜找到我们的时候，我们理解用户不能上网时是多么的着急，我们没有推脱，而是义无返顾地为用户解决。因为我们时刻铭记着‘用户至上、用心服务’的含义！当用户快乐的使用着中国电信的宽带网时，我们心里比蜜还要甜”。

各位参赛选手请注意，第六届北京市大学生英语演讲比赛将于11月16日（周日）在对外经济贸易大学举行（地址：北京市朝阳区惠新东街10号）。请各位参赛同学在比赛当天7：30到达指定选手休息室（赛场安排见下表）。

复 赛 选 手 注意 事 项

一、选手比赛方式

★复赛

正式比赛时间8：30分，选手按已经抽签的组和顺序在休息室等待。

第一名选手在7：55分进入备赛室，抽取即兴演讲题目，准备定题演讲题目和即兴演讲题目，准备时间30分钟，8：25分在比赛场外等候比赛，每位选手的比赛时间约15分钟，以此类推。

选手进行5分钟定题演讲，回答提问（1.5分钟，不含提问时间），然后进行即兴演讲（3分钟），回答提问（1.5分钟，不含提问时间）。

复赛每组前两名进入决赛，在11月16日中午复赛结束后立刻到对外经济贸易大学诚信楼313教室抽签确定顺序，选手按已经抽签的顺序午饭后到图书馆报告厅休息室（化妆室）等候备赛，未进入决赛选手午饭后到图书馆报告厅二层领取参赛纪念品，并到决赛赛场观摩学习决赛演讲。

★赛场要求

定题演讲和即兴演讲内容不能透露个人和学校信息，否则取消比赛资格。

定题演讲和即兴演讲结束前30秒有提示，不允许超时。

定题演讲少于规定时间30秒扣分。

二、注意事项

1.着装整洁，大方得体；

2.所有参赛选手须携带学生证和身份证，在11月16日上午7：30分之前到达各组指定休息室。

3.手机等通讯设备不得带入备赛室，如带入备赛室，应立即交给备赛室负责人老师代为保管，或关机放在书包中，自行保管，否则开机按照作弊论处。指导老师不能进入备赛室。

4.上场选手提前30分钟到备赛室，进入备赛室的选手不得离开备赛室，否则取消比赛资格。

5.进入备赛室25分钟后，经工作人员提醒，准备进入比赛现场。6.每组第六名选手结束后，赛场休息10分钟。
