药学专业简介
药学在世界各大经济领域中是发展最快的门类之一,医药公司的年经济效益增长率高于国家的经济增长速度。并且,由于它关系着每个人的健康,越来越受到国家和社会的重视。我国的药学事业近几年发展非常迅猛,许多药品都得到了国际市场的认可,与外国企业建立了合作关系,但药学专业人才方缺少;根据国家有关规定,药品生产、经营企业必须配备执业药师;实施药品分类管理、具有销售处方药和甲类非处方药资格的零售药店必须配备执业药师。因此,药学专业是我国人才需求旺盛的朝阳专业。
我校药学专业始于1950年设立的药剂专业,2004年经湖南省教育厅批准正式设立药学专业,是我校开办时间最长的专业之一,现面向全国二十余个省(市)招生。本系一贯坚持“以职业技能为核心,以质量为中心,以创新为手段,以合作求发展”的办学理念,坚持工学结合,以实习带动就业,形成了具有特色的“工学结合、实境育人”的人才培养模式。课程内容对应职业岗位要求,突出职业实践技能训练,构建基础实验——技能实训——毕业实习三位一体的实践教学体系,实现学校专业教育与行业对应职业技术岗位的“无缝”对接。药学专业毕业生综合素质好,受到用人单位和社会各界的一致好评,毕业生就业率达100%。为提高学生学历层次,自2011年开始与中南大学药学院联合举办自考本科助学班。
一、培养目标:培养掌握药学基础理论、基本知识和实验技能,具备熟练的药学专业业务技术应用能力。毕业后在医疗机构、制药企业、药品营销企业、药品检验部门能从事临床药学、药物制剂、药品营销、药物检测等工作的德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的高级技术应用性专业人才。
二、主要课程:药剂学、药理学、药物分析、药用植物学、药物化学、天然药物化学、无机化学、有机化学、分析化学。

1、坚持“依托行业、服务行业、融入行业”的产学合作教育思想,积极探索、建立了“校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习带就业”的产学结合教育模式。学校与湖南湘中制药公司、长沙达嘉维康医药公司、湖南怀仁药业有限公司等单位签定了订单式培养合同,进行校企协作、合作育人,学生带薪实习,实习期间就可以拿到月薪1000元以上,学生毕业即可定向就业,实现了“学生实习---就业直通”。
2、学校有附属医院 2所,药学专业有定点实习医院、药厂等40余家,为学生实习提供了强有力的保障。
3、建立了以职业能力形成为核心,以工作过程为导向的课程体系,注重岗位技能与综合素质的培养,实现教学与岗位能力形成的“无缝对接”。
五、毕业生主要就业方向:
1、在医院药剂科,从事调剂、制剂、质检、临床药学等工作。
2、在医药公司、药厂的质检部门以及药检部门从事药物的质量检查工作。

药学专业是培养适应社会经济建设发展和医药卫生事业需求,具有系统的现代药学知识,掌握现代药学基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,具有一定中医药和民族医药知识,能够在药物研发单位、药品生产企业、医药贸易行业、医疗机构,以及药品检验、药政管理等单位从事药物研制,药品生产、营销、检验、贸易、管理和监督合理用药的复合型药学专门人才。
