2012-2013生活部工作汇报

英语学院生活部是英语学院第九届分团委学生会这个大家庭中不可分割的一份子。自从2012年10月15日成立以来始终秉承“实实在在学生会，全心全意为同学，一言一行树榜样，时时处处是学习”的宗旨。认真履行自身的职责，同时积极协助第九届分团委学生会其它部完成工作，收到了很好的成效。现就本学期生活部的工作进行总结。一：.生活部概况： 1.成员总数：4人

二.思想建设方面

1.成员小型交流会

在第九届分团委学生会建立伊始，生活部就及时以谈心的方式召开了一次小型会议。首先，部长详细地给每一个干事介绍了第九届分团委学生会以及大家所身处的生活部，给他们讲明了学生会的重要性以及我们这个涉及到学生生活方方面面的生活部的重要性，同时也传达了学生会以及生活部的实质，要真真正正地做到实实在在学生会，全心全意为同学。同时，着重强调了英语学院分团委学生会虽然分为很多部，但是每一个部都是学生会不可或缺的一份子。虽然在名称上有部门之分，但是在实际的工作中，我们应该摒弃部门之分的想法，要始终秉承英语学院学生会是一个大家庭，家庭成员之间应该相亲相爱，真正凝结成一股绳的原则，在即将结束的这学期里生活部也很好地践行了这个宗旨，积极协助其它部的工作。此外，部长还向各个干事强调了一点，生活部是英语学院分团委这个大家庭的一个小家庭，成员之间应该也要相互提出意见，任何成员工作上出现了问题都要及时提出，并改正。另外，部长还向各个干事仔细阐述了本部的工作细则，具体负责的工作，以及工作时应注意的问题。部长和各干事也在私下里积极和上一届的生活部成员进行了沟通，更进一步了解工作。2.生活部成员---学生见面会

第九届学生会成立不久，进行了一次学生会成员与同学的见面会。生活部各成员抓住了这个好机会及时地和学生之间建立了联系。首先，我们简单地做了自我介绍，介绍了我们的部门以及具体负责的工作，鼓励大家，尤其是新生不管遇到什么问题，不管是否我们部门的工作，都可以寻求我们的帮助，我们也会尽己所能为大家排忧解难。我们留下了自己的联系方式，方面学生与我们之间的联系。3.生活部成员---各班班长，生活委建桥梁

生活部很多时候必须通过各班生活委和大家进行沟通。所以我们及时收集了大一至大四各班生活委的联系方式，并给他们留下了我们的联系方式。同时，考虑到每个人都会遇到手机停机等状况，为了不耽误工作，我们还收集了各班班长的联系方式以备不时之需。

同时，生活部本部成员之间也有一个君子协定：在校期间不允许有手机停机状况的出现。二.组织建设方面

1.责任明确

第九届分团委学生会学生会生活部自成立以来，没有给各个干事明确地划分工作任务，我们部的原则是有事情大家共同承担，共同解决。这样可以增强部门内部凝聚力。而且生活部的每一项任务都具体指定负责人，责任到人，其他成员辅助负责人完成工作。2.部门成员之间联系密切

生活部各成员之间一直保持密切的联系，每一个成员所负责的任务完成之后都要其他成员交换意见，以便更一步做好工作。

3.做好本职工作的同时完成好学习

生活部一直强调学习是学生的本职，必须放在首位。一定要在不耽误学习的基础上出色地完成自己的工作。因此，如果本部有什么任务，空课的成员都积极主动地承担起来，尽最大努力做到学习，工作两不误。三．活动组织 1.寝室设计大赛(1)宣传阶段

自从2011年10月中旬收到学校关于第八届以“锦绣纺织，共筑温馨”为主题的寝室设计大赛的通知后，英语学院分团委生活部就对本次设计大赛的主题及相关流程等进行了大力的宣传，并多次积极走寝，动员同学积极参加本次比赛，为营造良好的寝室文化氛围，增强寝室凝聚力，调动同学积极性，发挥各个寝室的特长和“团结友爱，互帮互助”的精神，给同学们提供更多发挥自己创造性的空间，充分展示大学生风采，并且希望在寝室长的带领下，用睿智的头脑，灵巧的双手，点缀生活空间，诠释学生理想的生活和飞扬的梦想。(2)准备及报名阶段

本次寝室设计大赛主要对象是刚大一新生，也是主要的宣传对向，大二及以上的年级也可自愿参加，到10月中旬末生活部已将参加寝室设计大赛的各个寝室登记在册。各个参加的寝室也在此期间进行了积极地准备，院内给出的截止筹备时间是10月26日。(3)院内评比阶段

2011年10月26日，在英语学院分团委学生会全体成员的共同努力下，我们根据寝室设计大赛的标准对寝室设计大赛的成果进行了两次审核，并给予打分和摄像，最终评选出院内的六个优秀寝室。

院内选出的优秀寝室即为参加学校评比的寝室，并且优秀寝室于10月28日送交学校参加评比。经过一段时间的悉心等待最终校级的评比结果公布，我院在校级的比赛中获得了骄人的成绩，我院有两个寝室获得一等奖的好成绩，他们是英语123班S16-314-2和英语122班S16-132，二等奖有三个寝室，他们是翻译121班的S16-114-1，英语122班的S13-508和英语121班S16-214-2，两个优秀奖奖，他们是英语122班的S16-207，英语123班的S16-229。

获得奖项纵然使人高兴，但我们更看重的是在寝室审计过程中，寝室成员之间友谊的创建，合作能力的提升。2.后勤体验篇

本学期有一项重要的活动——大连大学第五届后勤体验周活动。在12级新生于跃、杜梦涵、张倩、徐宏玉、毛瑞园五名同学的参与下进行了为期半个月的体验活动。11月13日，由干事带领五名体验学员在行政楼605开了关于后勤体验周的会议，会上讲了后勤体验周的目的内容及注意事项。同时也标志着大连大学第五届后勤体验周活动正式启动。11月14日早上6：45，干事带领五名体验学员参加了新文的卫生清扫工作，主要是帮助负责打扫卫生的阿姨清扫了楼道楼梯，包括窗台楼梯扶手暖气等。晚上7：45，所有成员一起参加了新文教室的清扫工作，将新文的六个大阶梯教室逐一清扫拖干净。同学们的反应——累！但是他们也真切的体验到了后勤工作人员的艰辛。自11月15日到11月22日，正式开始了后勤体验周的主要内容——调查教室的利用率。每晚7：45，所有参与的同学都顶着风准时到文阶逐个调查教室的自习人数，自习情况及卫生情况，并且作了详细的记录。教室卫生差

早自习是楼门开的晚，导致大批学生楼前等待 教室内无人却灯火通明，教室节能差

中间在11月16日中午生活部干事代表英语学院在行政楼605参加了讨论会，对后勤体验周活动进行了进一步的商讨。11月24日所有的成员针对大一及大二部分学生做了一份关于大连大学教室使用情况的调查问卷，并对调查问卷进行了统计及数据分析。11月25日，五名 体验学员统一上交了自己的体验报告。

之后的收尾工作由负责人来完成。11月19日各院负责人在CC空间讨论了此次活动的收尾工作。根据此次会上的讨论，王超林同学利用26、27日两天时间整合了五名体验学员的报告，并根据工作记录分析数据，做了一份教室利用率的调查报告，并根据调查问卷的数据分析及体验记录做了一份关于大连大学教师存在的问题及建议的总结报告。并在28日上交。11月30日7：30到9：30在物理学院各院负责人集合将各院上交的研究报告包括教室设备问题、卫生问题、利用率问题等统一进行了整合和修改，形成了一份完整的体验总结报告。至此后勤体验周活动除了学校的总结大会基本上就圆满结束了。

3.男生寝室门帘制作篇

因为男生寝室的需要，所以经过生活部主动与学院研究决定为男寝门外的玻璃上统一做小门帘，既可以满足男同学的需求，同时也展现我们学院的精神面貌，生活部就与11月中旬着手为他们统一制做了门帘。

在做之前我们部内部进行了一系列的准备工作，我们于2012-11-5号晚上分别去光伸，清源以及北区进行了选材，价格对比等，最终确定在北区制作小门帘，并在其上写上“惟吾德馨，英语学院”，并于11月12日完成后及时发给男生各个寝室，事后在检查寝室的过程中看了一下整体效果很好。同学对此也非常满意。门帘制作以及图钉共计309元人民币。后续工作方面我们还需要向男同学强调应保持小门帘的清洁，及时清洗，争取能让此工作效果保持较长的时间，并展现我们英语学院的精神风貌。

4.大一自习室卫生检查及学院大清扫报告

十月份，生活部着重督查了大一两个自习室的卫生情况，前期520自习室的卫生情况较差，提出以后进行限期整改，效果不错且一直在保持。

11月15日，进行了一次学院大清扫，由生活部部长汪中燕，干事张影、张阿丽辅助，干事王超林负责。此次学院大清扫定于中午十二点十分，但同学们普遍都是拖拖拉拉的，唯独 123班同学准时到学院，干劲十足不挑剔不抱怨，效果非常好。可能是刚上大一，第一次参加学院大清扫，同学总体表现比较乱。生活委缺乏经验，之前没有明确参加大清扫的人名单，时间已经到了但学生没来，生活委也无从查起。再一个问题，任务没有落实到人，造成现场混乱，有些同学忙得不可开交，有些同学则在谈笑风生，没有真正组织起来。所以此次学院大清扫所用时间较长。之后各班生活委也在班里总结了此次大清扫的弊端，相信也增长了不少的经验。5.寝室卫生大检查篇

寝室是大家生活，学习的地方，有一个干净卫生的环境会让人感受到舒适与放松。寝室就像是一个室友共同的家，整洁的家会让里面的人觉得温暖。而且，搞好寝室卫生也能预防一些疾病的发生，脏乱差的环境很容易滋生细菌，影响人的身体健康。所以良好的寝室卫生与人与己都是有利无害的。在2012年十月25日和2012年十一月1日（周四中午的12点四十），我们分别进行了两次寝室卫生大检查，第一次主要是针对大一的新生寝室，第二次主要是针对大二和大三的寝室。在这两次检查中，有很多亮点，但也有很多的不足之处。对于第一次检查，女生寝室都表现得很好，地面都非常干净，自己的物品也都整理的非常整齐，各个死角也都打扫的非常干净,有个别寝室还把自己寝室的玻璃擦得十分干净,所有女同学都对这次检查很重视，所以都很认真的打扫。其中有个别寝室非常值得表扬，以前学校都给打扫的非常不好的寝室贴白条，但是我们竟然发现学校给大一的某个寝室贴了一张“非常优秀”的白条，这在我们学院甚至是在整个学校都是很难见到的，所以要提出深切的表扬。再说一下大一的男同学寝室，相比较与女生寝室而言，男生寝室就显得非常差。这也与男生的寝室环境有关，男生的寝室非常狭窄，而且每个寝室最多住五到六个人，所以寝室的物品就显得很多，如果稍稍摆放的不整齐，就会显得特别的乱，但是同学们做的还都很好，从他们整理后的寝室可以看出他们都很用心的打扫了，只是其中有某个寝室，其空气不是特别的好，我想这肯定与某个人的卫生习惯有关，所以希望那些同学可以搞好自己的个人卫生。

第二次检查的是大二和大三同学的寝室，相比于大一同学的寝室，大二和大三的寝室就显得不那么整洁，这与大二和大三的同学物品非常多也有着密不可分的关系，但从整体上来说，寝室的卫生还是弄得很不错的，女生寝室与男生寝室相比，还是略胜一筹，考虑到男生的寝室条件，也可以理解他们的状况，只是希望所有的寝室都能认真的对待每次的卫生检查，保持好寝室的卫生环境，给自己也给自己的室友一个舒适、温馨的生活环境。

最后，还有很重要的一点，就是所有的寝室都严格遵守学校的规章制度，都没有发现有使用违规电器的寝室，这点是很值得表扬的一点，这不仅仅是遵守着学校的要求，这同时也是对自己的安全负责的表现。希望在以后的日子里，所有的寝室都能保持好自己的寝室卫生，同时也遵守学校的规章制度，对他人负责，同时也是对自己负责。四．总结

在以后的日子里我们会再接再厉，继续严格秉承学生会宗旨，服务学生，建设学院。
