新东方”生而为赢”英语美文

八、活动安排(1)让观众和选手以及评委提前十分钟到场，安排就坐(2)分发评分表、评委自备笔

(3)使用多媒体下载有关内容（背景音乐，背诵内容）

（4）主持人、计时员、统分，拍照的安排

九、活动流程

（1）选手抽签，确定出场顺序；

（2）选手抽取背诵材料(材料为《生而为赢—新东方英语背诵美文》10篇，提前一个月告知选手)（3）选手在3分钟内背诵完所抽材料，时间还差10秒时示意，时间到时请选手停止背诵；

（4）选手背诵的同时评委打分，背诵完后由工作人员搜集评委的打分条，计算选手的平均得分

十、活动总结

本活动的举行是在第七周的星期二的晚上，本人是主要负责人，在整个活动进行中，我有许多感悟，从中学到了很多。首先，在活动宣传期间，因没认真看系里发给的通知，导致在第六周的星期五下午又通知了各年级各班，虽然这与选手参加系里初赛的准备没太大关系，但是还是感觉自己做事不够认真，细心。然后，在活动计划中需要做评分表，报名名单等，大部分都是学姐帮我们想好，我们再去办，我们也才能办好，让我知道一个活动的基本流程，增加了一次宝贵经验。在活动开始阶段，本来所需做的都安排好了，但是我没通知到位，使一段签到阶段没做，也许是我有点紧张，担心这次活动不能顺利进行。还有，荣誉证书的打印，我第一次遇到这样的情况，办公室主任帮我们打印荣誉证书上的字，但是学长不小心弄错了一个字，“特发此证”的此印为次，当时我有点着急，那是学长说书记的门关了，现在打印肯定不行，让我打电话给部长，一会儿，希望来了，徐老师来了，突然听到书记的声音，学长幸好也有那些纸，顺利的打印好了。在活动进行中，好多选手不能背出完整的一篇，有几位选手还弃权，当时感叹我们太不努力了。总之，经过这场比赛，我懂了许多，自己在以后的生活中也应当注意这些问题，自己的心态是最重要的，付出了就有收获。很感谢这个小团队给我的支持和帮助，我以后会学着做好每一件事，好好对待身边每一个人。
