一、课程教学大纲
1.课程性质：面向英语专业大三学生的应用技能型专业必修课，是该专业高级阶段的一门重要课程。
课程定位：在语言技能培养和语言知识传授中起着承上启下的作用，即在巩固学生基础阶段所掌握的英语基本技能基础上，通过理论讲解和实践练习强化英语技能，为学生将来的口译资格考试打好坚实的基础。这门课程对学生职业能力培养和职业素养的养成起着重要的支撑作用。
课程目标：
知识目标：目标在于通过课堂传授和训练，帮助学生掌握一定的词汇量、常用句型结构，理解口译翻译理论，掌握口译翻译技巧。掌握接待、会谈、礼仪、商务等方面的基本知识。
能力目标：增强学生的“瞬间记忆”能力，并提高口语的表达能力和快速反应能力。能够用英汉两种语言，较为快速准确地进行接待、会谈、礼仪、商务等方面口头翻译工作。
素质目标：懂得一般的接待、商务等方面的社交礼仪；培养学生继续学习的能力。
3.课程内容：本课程分为理论部分和实践部分的教学，强调实践教学的重要性，课堂训练以信息量大、强度高为特点。本课程共60学时，实践教学56学时。
理论教学主要以课堂讲授为主，帮助学生了解口译基本理论、口译员素质要求和口译员必备的“基本功”及介绍口译的技巧。课堂实践训练包括视、听译和单、双向的交替传译，主要利用不同主题的文本或音频视频材料训练学生的实际口译能力。
该课程要求学生具备基本语言能力，要求学生先修《综合英语》《听力》《口语》《翻译》等基本课程，在学生具有较为全面的语言基础能力，并掌握基本的翻译原则方法的基础上，开展本课程。与本课程同时开设的相关课程有《高级英语》、《英美概况》和《国际商贸实务》，这三门课程主要从语言综合能力、英美国家基本概况和经贸知识三方面提高学生的语言能力和知识水平，与本课相辅相成，使学生的英语听、说、读、写、译全方位能力提高。4.课程重难点及解决方法：

二、教材与教学内容
1.教材
由梅德明编著的上海外语教育出版社出版的《中级口译教程》第三版。本教材是“九十年代上海紧缺人才培训工程教学系列丛书”之一，为《上海市英语中级口译岗位资格证书》考试的指定应试教材，并附有光盘。本教材在内容设计和技能培养上具有较高的实用性，能够有效地帮助实现英语口译的教学目的。辅助教材： 学习网站： 2.教学内容
此书内容包括口译概论、培训教程及口译测试三部分
本书由口译概论部分入手，介绍了口译的历史、定义、特点、标准、过程、类型、模式、议员素质、口译培训和研究十个方面，使学生对口译的基本理论有了一定的了解。
之后进入培训课程，这一部分共包括16单元，涵盖了口译技巧到接待、会谈、礼仪、说服、商务等十个方面具体的汉译英—英译汉口译内容，较为全面的培养学生口译能力。培训内容完成之后就进入到测试部分，这一部分包含16套上海市英语中级口译资格证书考试模拟试题，通过这部分可以检验教学与学生的学习效果。3.教学进度安排：
本门课程安排在本科大三的第一学期，共15周，每周四学时，进度为每三周两单元。
三、教学设计
1.方法：（先学生现状）本课程的教学对象是高等学校英语专业大三本科生。具有了一定的语言基础，大部分求知欲强，学习态度认真，渴望在口语方面有所提高。主要采用讲授法、启发式教学和情境法。
讲授法：直观地对知识点展开讲解。对于课堂教学中出现句型、文化背景常识等，进行补充性的讲解。启发式教学：加强师生互动，鼓励学生大胆练习，增加学生语言的“输出”，将教和学有机地融合到一起。互动式：教学活动中组织进行多边交流探讨，达到不同见解的碰撞交融，增强学生的学习主动性和探索性，提升教学效果。

本文属于正式法律条文式翻译，因此，在语言的选择上，要注意文体性，不可过于口语化。从英译文版本中可以看出，在表达“应当”“要”等词的时候，多用shall一词；在表达“如果”的意思时，用的不是“if”，而是“should”；又如thereof的使用，文体正式程度可见一斑。此其一。其二，考生要注意专有名词的翻译。诸如contract合同articles章程appoint委派Detailed minutes of the board meeting详细记录 perform one’s duty履行职责the legal representative法定代表人authorize授权等等。其三，个别句子的翻译处理。如“董事会会议应当有2/3以上董事出席方能举行。”译文 A board meeting requires a quorum of over two-thirds of the directors.其中quorum的用法极为精辟，简练，地道。这需要考生十年磨砺，凡能一招成名。

第三篇：高级口译心得
总算把期末考试的事情搞完了，饭后敲敲键盘来积点德，希望能够帮到想通过高级口译考试的同学，望牛人见到不要拍砖。山外有山，人外有人，英语牛人这么多，还轮不到我们来沾沾自喜，写这篇文章目的是希望能让后来者少走弯路。在考高口之前，外界评论将这考试说的神乎其神，一度搞得我没有信心，但好在坚持下来了。考试通过之后，发现自己其实也没有多大的提升，还是会有很多不懂的地方，听不懂看不懂也猜不懂，前几天给人讲过去完成时态都搞不清楚，还要去百度。
不过，通过考试，转机之间，真不是运气。如果说别的考试还有技巧可言，高级口译考试当中，小技巧固然是有，可都是以实力为依托。
高级口译考试全称《上海市外语口译证书》高级，是个职业资格证书，也就是说只有过于不过之分，最近几年很热。考试分笔试口试，笔试300分中考到180分者可有4次机会参加口试。笔试是专业八级的难度，而口试的综合性超过专八。笔试听说有裸考过的，口试还真没有。笔试的通过率为百分之20左右。口试就比较悲催了，一般只有百分之10，不过今年上半年听早于我半年通过考试的master wen 说，杭州上半年去了300个考口试，只过了19个，淘汰率可想而知。
个人认为高级口译考试是大学英语六级之后的对英语的一个极好的补充，笔试口试涵盖的面包含听说读写译5大方面，对英语能力的拔高很有好处。高级口译虽为高级口译，可其实没那么高级，专业性并没有那么强。

笔试教材：《高级听力教程》 《高级翻译教程》 《高级口译真题汇编》 《中/高级口译词汇必备》（其他两本口语和阅读教程不需要）
笔试分上下半场，上半场时间很紧，下半场还行。
上半场顺序：听力（32分钟）--翻译（18~20分钟）--阅读（38~40分钟）下半场顺序：听力（31分钟）--翻译（19~20分钟）--阅读（其余时间）翻译尽量在20分钟之内完成，其余的时间全用来做阅读。
必须注意一点，上半场考试听力从开始到结束是30分钟，也就是说你还需要额外的时间去填答题卷，这会占用你后面的考试时间，高口考试中A couple of minutes do count!最好的办法是，挤时间，spot-dictation 有2分钟时间，抄写20个选项一般需要3分30秒左右，不可能全部抄完，一般抄到第7到8个选项就开始看后面的选择题。在做Q11到Q20时，有时候问题与问题之间听力原文的废话较多，这时候可以将选择题答案写到答卷上，并看看别的题目。Anyway,做到section1结束时，只留12个左右的spot-dictation答案待填到答卷，这样顶多占用2分钟！
平时在做主观阅读时，保证至多9分钟一篇，到9分钟了就不要留恋文章，直接看下一篇！这样4篇需要36分钟，听力32分钟，翻译20分钟，就可以至少留下2分钟的意外缓冲时间。（我考笔试时，发卷老师由于没有以往监考高口的经验，一直到spot-dictation的英文介绍读完，开始报文章第一句话时才将卷子发到我手上，所以考试时候的缓冲时间需要留！）
Section 1听力（听到什么是什么，不做任何层次的延伸和递进）：
一、spot-dictation 拿到题目赶快读下大概意思，并将可能的中心词划出，因为中心词汇会多次被读到需要我们去写，可以用圆圈代替。spot-dictation 念完后，有2分钟时间，抄写20个选项一般需要3分30秒左右，不可能全部抄完，一般抄到第7到8个选项就开始看后面的选择题。
可以利用简写符号来代替听到的内容，但必须做到一一对应，否则等到你将答案抄到答题纸上去时会搞不清楚。4for 2to expln v explain expln n explanation >more abt about mn many smn so many θ the $money hv have hs has *special Cos children Co child
二、Q1-Q5,一般问的那个人每问一个问题就对应一题。（一问对应一题，同样也适用于Q11-Q15或Q16-Q20的采访类文章）在问时抓住关键词，能得到提示。
*：有时Q2会在Q1之前出现，不过一般这种情况Q2的选项都比较短。有时Q5回问关于整篇文章的内容，也就是说问全文大意之类。
三、.如果没有抓住听力的内容，不能仅依据自己的常识来判断答题。根据一般常识最可能得出的结论往往不是正确答案。
四、新闻听力Q6-Q10。新闻听力可以先找BBC练习，找找感觉，等能跟得上BBC的速度时，可就不会觉得新闻听力速度快了，可听懂是容易，边听边看选项做判断不易。所以需要借助小技巧。一般听到的第一个信息点就是答案，可也不一定完全是这样，有时选项会有换词（听力原文的主语不变在选项中能看到，而把形容词或者动词换掉，所以需要会判断。）做的同时要将听到的信息在选项后面做标注，这样可以帮助选出答案。
Section 4 听译
一、5句句子听译中往往有1到2句包含数字（百分比，日期，金额等等）段落听译2段中，定有1段包含数字。
二、在实际做段落听译时，可有意识的将整段分成几个小段，帮助记忆。只要抓住这几个要点并将其一一译出，得分不会低。只要写出每小段大意，老师就会酌情给分。所以，有的句子听到只有一点点info，也要写下，不要放弃，一个信息点根据上下文的意思扯出一句话。
三、听译题只要求考试译出原话的主要内容或者大意，并不要求逐字逐句翻译（教程原话）。因此，在考试时应集中注意力，理解整句或整个段落的主要内容，译出大意即可，有些细节可省去不翻译。
四、段落听译时一定要同步。从听到第一个信号词开始就马上记录。Otherwise,第一句慢0.5s，第二句慢1s.....后面即使听懂了也跟不上了！
Section 2主观阅读
一、在问到态度时，答案大部分与中立客观有关。
二、最重要的信息在开头部分，尤其前三段。主题句很可能出现在第一段或者第二段开头。主题句判断：1.用词和含义抽象概括，一般无具体内容2.出现first,foremost,latest,extraordinary,striking,essential,critical之类以及，最高级、序数词或特殊意义的词，多半是主题句。
三、与事件直接相关的信息被认为是最重要的，因此位置靠前，而后才是次要的信息。
四、作者通常在最后加上一两段和该消息有点关系，但又不是很重要的信息作为结尾。
五、长句在快速阅读中只抓主干，舍从属。从句，并列结构，插入语可以迅速掠过。
六、重要内容叫主题，次要内容叫支持性细节。高口大部分是论说文，说理为主，说明为辅。细节支持主题，为主题服务。诸如具体数字之类的内容属于支持性细节。
七、并列平行的内容是支持性细节，其具体内容没必要重点阅读。八、一个人的观点在一个段落中通常不改变（除非but...）所以当碰到“...can be replaced by...”时可按照这一原则，上半节说好，下半节肯定也是维护个人观点，说好。
九、议论文第一段和最后一段精读，其中会有作者的意图。
十、学会定位词，题目和文章顺序有时不同。
Section 5主观阅读
有人把主观阅读称为高口笔试中最难的题型，就题型的设计来说，的确是最难的。不过，以前在听老师说，这类题目改卷老师根本不会去看你有没将原文的词换过还是直接抄下来，改卷老师只是根据他手上拿到的信息点，踩点给分，有几点给多少分。所以做题时，时间抓紧，定位好了，不要组织什么语言，换什么词，直接抄吧，答题卷上有4行空格，那就抄4行，多抄不会扣分！但一定注意卷面整洁，否则老师改卷很累，你写的一塌糊涂老师不愿意仔细看你的内容，你就栽了。

一、修饰语较长必须加以切分，将修饰语单独成句。林超伦说过，一个句子当中如果有2个以上修饰的“的”，就是不正常，需要拿掉其余的单独成句。这样才符合中文的口味。
二、每篇英翻中都至少有一句长句需要拆分，注意在该点拿分。
三、中文中被动使用频率不高，在翻译时转换成主动句。
四、不论英翻中还是中翻英，做之前先找长句子、成语习语、专业词汇和抽象含义居多的词汇，后再确定翻译技巧，切忌一上来就动笔，难点重点不分。
五、英翻中时，篇章熟悉则还能应付，如不熟悉，一定不要被文章英文的写法和思维方法牵着鼻子走，这时候尽量意译。（以平时的经验去猜，然后意译）
六、不熟悉的词组和单词只能按照常识联系上下文译，这样反而会译出意译的效果。eg:genetic carbon copies of adults 这里的carbon copy是个词组，是“及其相似的人或物”的意思，如不清楚，将整句译成：“成人基因的碳拷贝”，就弄巧成拙了，还不如直接译成“成人基因”。
七、预读时，主抓大意，遇到结构复杂的句子，把关键结构划出。比如：shift away from....toward....,pit....against....这样，如果需要短句，就不会把这个词组断开，而不知道各自意思了。（由于时间紧，后面翻时很可能搞错结构）
Section 6中翻英
我那时候考试没有总结什么技巧，反正就是，翻吧
口试
口试分口语和口译两部分。
我是去的上外考的口试，口试前一天去的上海，在虹口足球场旁边的汉庭开了间房，旁边就是地铁3号线，交通比较方便，距离上外虹口校区走路也就10分钟左右。
第二天考试来到上外进门往左的一幢小红房子里，来到三楼，关手机，用牛皮信封将手机封起来，进场。坐在一个大教室里，等一组组叫号，结果我是第10组被叫到的，被叫到的时候我已经在那坐了2个多钟头，期间上过3次厕所，因为紧张。并且把口译教程课后的8篇实战来回口译了两遍，做了下小热身。
叫到号了，和同组的战友们被领进一个小教室，给了一个话题，是关于地铁性骚扰的，准备5分钟后，去各自的口译考试小教室外等候。其实在等候的时候还是有时间来回串联下刚刚的话题，因为前一个考生还没考完。这个时候不要凑近耳朵去听里面在讲什么，因为是防盗门，一来听不清楚，二来就算让你听到了些只言片语，你也没多大用处，只会给自己徒增压力，反而还不如好好准备下话题呢。
进考场，是个小办公室，两个女老师坐我对面，我进门说good morning,由于紧张，脸部僵硬，硬是没挤出笑容。
开始说话题，由于原先参加过口语大赛，对这种模式的口语考试早已没有多大感觉，因为我知道老师听的是我说的顺不顺，不会太在乎我的观点有多么美妙精辟，口语只是热身。口语部分比较顺利，说的老师都被我逗乐了，因为我发音很标准，又有点英式口音，所以口语这块没问题，pass.口语说完就开始按下录音机开始考口译（按下的同时发的白纸，速度折成熟悉的4小页）。英翻中前2段都是教程上的，翻的很顺利，后最后一段基本没听懂，笔记只抓到了只言片语，不过本着宁烂勿缺的精神，胡说一通。
中翻英，都还行，第3段有点小磕碜，第4段一个中心词翻错了，不过没事。错2段，考完就知道自己肯定过了。
谈下口试技巧以及准备方法：
首先，在你准备笔试之前，就应该把整本教程课文和课后的内容认认真真过一遍。在考完笔试之后，再过一遍，与此同时，用新东方的那本《中高级口译口试备考精要》的高口部分做实战练习，前面的文章都较难，从第10篇左右开始就接近口试难度了，但比口试难度稍高。将那本书练习完之后，期间配上口译教程后面的8篇实战练习（注意书上的每段翻译时间只有30秒左右，比实际少15秒），口试没问题。口译课文要做到看到就能一口气翻下去，这样做听译时候才能游刃有余。（注意教程中英文篇章较难，实际考试没有那么夸张，将重点放在中翻英上会比较好！）
一、在考试时用简单的词把意思说清楚就可以了。
二、在译员的口译中，基本是看不见从句或分词的，即使是要连接两个句子，也基本是用and和but这样的词。
三、切忌追求花哨的句型，考官不会因为你用了花哨的句型而给你加分，或是用了简单的句型而扣分，他注意的是你有没有把意思翻出来。
四、学会“重复”，“重复”可以增加思考时间，让语言保持连贯，让语言表达更清楚易懂。
五、猜生词。生词是形容词或者是副词，不翻出来问题也不是很大。
即使是关系句子意思的生词，也可以通过上下文推出，切忌听到生词就听下来思考，这个时候，仔细听下面的内容其实更重要。
六、口译的时候，一定要说完，每一句很简单也要尽量说完，这最重要。没说完，内容不完整，是硬伤，一定会扣分，句子翻得好烂，老师都会酌情给点分。
七、英译汉，重在听力，尽量听懂，不要太专注于笔记，可以直接写中文，这样翻时可以节省下组织语言的时候，可以快点。（只要听懂了，脑中就记了个大概，基本都能说完）
八、汉译英，重在记要点，因为肯定能听懂，但记不全，不要妄想都记下来。因为就算全记下来，也很难一字不漏的翻完。翻时切记把要点都翻了，不要管什么句型和结构，关键是说完！
