辩论赛程序细则 一)开篇陈词
正方—辩发言(立论)(3分钟)反方—辩发言(立论)(3分钟)(注:每方队员在用时剩余30秒时,计时员以一次短促铃声提醒,时间用完时,以钟声终止发言。超时扣5分)
(二)攻辩
1、正方二辩向反方提问:反方二辩向正方提问。
(每一轮攻辩阶段为2分,攻方每次提问不得超过15秒,超时扣5分;每轮必须提出三个以上的问题,少则扣5分。辩方每次回答不得超过30秒。用时满时,以钟声终止发言,若攻辩双方尚未完成提问或回答,不作扣分处理。)

正方一辩进行攻辩小结;(2分)反方一辩进行攻辩小结。(2分)(注:要针对此前所有阶段的态势及涉及内容,严禁脱离比赛实际情况的背稿,否则将被适当扣分。攻辩小结阶段,在每方用时剩余10秒时,计时员以一短促的铃声提醒,时间用完时,以钟声终止发言,超时扣5分。)
(三)自由辩论
正反方辩手自动轮流发言。每方限时10 分钟,双方总计 20 分钟。发言辩手落座为发言结束即为另一方发言开始的计时标志,另一方辩手必须紧接着发言;若有间隙,累积计时照常进行。同一方辩手的发言次序不限。若某一方的选手已连续发言四次以上,其中一人未参与发言,将被扣分出处理,扣10分。如果一方时间已经用完,另一方可以继续发言,也可向主席示意放弃发言。自由辩论提倡积极交锋,对重要问题回避交锋两次以上的一方扣分,扣10分,对于对方已经明确回答的问题仍然纠缠不放的,扣5分。

高二(8)班班级工作总结

本学期以来,在学校各级领导的亲切关怀和正确领导下,我班以“文明、合作、和谐、超越”为班训,发扬“自信、自立、自强、自律”的求学精神,主要做了以下六方面的工作,也取得了较好的成绩:
第一,精心组建班委会。作为班主任的得力助手,班干部在班级工作中发挥了重要的作用。开学初,在上学期的基础上,调整了部分班干部,明确了各自的职责。班长、劳动委员、各课代表的工作做的尤其出色。
第二,以制度管人。学期开始时我班就制定了班级基本管理制度。这套制度在班级管理中发挥了主导作用。对违反管理制度如迟到早退的学生进行严厉惩戒。
第三,积极参与学校活动。认真参与学校组织的高二学生篮球赛取得了年级第三名的好成绩。在语文组承办的第二届高中生“讲、读、演”比赛中,我班两个节目入选并取得二等奖的好成绩。在英语组组办的第三届高二英语演讲比赛中,在参赛的四位选手中一人或一等奖,三人获得二等奖。另外,我班组织了一次”““高中生使用手机利大于弊VS高中生使用手机弊大于利”辩论赛,以及多次主题班会。
第四,十分重视学生学习。积极组织学生备战本学期的三次段考以及郑重组织每次考试后的成绩分析和总结大会,激励先进,鞭策后进。同时对于学生偏科问题,一方面鼓励相关学生平衡其各科关系,另一方面也做好各科任老师的协调工作。对于班内的尖子生更是动员所有科任老师予以特别关注,把他当作班内工作的重心。
第五,组织学生野餐。为调节学生的学习,增进同学之间以及师生之间的了解,我班于11月份第二次段考后组织了一次集体野餐。此次活
动收到了良好的效果,特别是对于那些性格偏内向的学生来说更是一次融入集体生活的好机会。
第六,建立学生出勤纪律档案。认真记录学生的请假,迟到或旷课以及课内外违纪情况,以此让学生学会自我约束,自我提高。对有问题的学生,以理服人,以情感人,以制度管人。
诚然,做班主任是一门非常复杂,非常深奥的学问。班主任工作充满了许多的挑战,经常会面临许多新的情况,因此也存在以下几个方面的问题:
首先,少数学生学习热情不高。有些学生还不能确立一种明确的学习目标,学习找不到动力;有些学生基础偏差,部分学科听不懂,导致读书信心不足,成绩差。部分学生各科不平衡,严重偏科。
其次,班干部作用难以全面发挥。由于班干部工作实质就是一种约束与被约束,管理与被管理的关系,造成许多班干部不敢放手去做事。
最后,尖子生的培养是个最大的挑战。像冷思文同学等受到了学校的特别是谢校长的高度关注,每次考试总是心惊胆战,生怕有错。
