坂田新城学校简介

坂田新城学校是龙岗推进教育事业均衡发展，解决坂田片区上学难问题的重点民心工程。学校开办于2010年9月，规划54个教学班，可提供近2700个学位，是目前布吉坂田片区规模最大的一所九年一贯制学校。现有53个教学班，在校学生总数2174人，其中小学653人，初中1521人。

学校总占地面积4.2万㎡，建筑面积2.8万㎡，运动场面积1.5万㎡。生均校舍面积、生均使用面积、生均运动场地面积均高于义务教育规范化学校标准。

学校教育教学设施按省一级学校标准建设，功能场馆齐全，设备设施先进，在全区乃至全市属于较高水平。学校配有标准400米跑道、5个标准篮球场、4个羽毛球场、1个排球场、1个网球场及室内体育馆。体育器材按照省有关中小学体育器材设施标准配备；有音乐室、理化生实验室等各种功能室49间。常规教学仪器、器材及信息技术教育设备均按国家一类标准配备。

佛山新城概况

佛山新城（原东平新城），处于佛山市中南部，以东平河为界，跨禅城、顺德两区。由同济路、南海大道—北滘环镇西路、佛山一环南线、325国道围合而成，总规划面积88.6平方公里。佛山新城是佛山未来城市新中心，2003年启建，2006年省运会前完成了东平大桥、世纪莲体育中心、新闻中心等重点项目的建设，并完成了优质供水工程、综合管沟工程、佛山公园一期工程等基础建设项目，绿化率达40%，初步形成了新城核心区的空间框架。2007、2008年，佛山新城进行重新定位和规划调整，2009年起掀起第二轮建设热潮，总投资220多亿元的公共文化综合体、交通枢纽中心、商务中心、“CBD”A区、汾江路南延、岭南大道南延、东平学校等十多项重点项目全面铺开。

秦汉新城简介

秦汉新城是陕西省委、省政府按照国务院《关中—天水经济区发展规划》要求，重新规划成立的西咸新区管委会五个组团之一，总面积291平方公里，包括渭城区的正阳、窑店全镇以及渭城、周陵镇的部分区域，秦都区的双照镇，兴平市南位镇，泾阳县高庄镇的部分区域。规划建设用地50平方公里，遗址保护区面积104平方公里。

按照西咸新区的总体功能定位，秦汉新城是大西安国际商务窗口区，城乡一体引领区，生态田园示范区，秦汉历史文化创新区和国际一流旅游目的地，将建成具有世界影响力的秦汉历史文化聚集展示区和西安国际化大都市生态田园示范新城。围绕这一目标，新区着力打造“一轴、双核、三带、四区”的空间结构。一轴，就是依托秦汉大道形成的秦汉历史文化主轴。重点加快秦汉大道等骨干道路建设，结合群众拆迁安置，建设一批优美示范小镇，进行生态再造，建设现代农业，包装策划文化产业，打造秦汉历史文化主轴。双核，就是新城综合商务核、大遗址生态核。近期重点是建设渭河北岸商务区、秦咸阳宫遗址公园和帝陵遗址公园，实现城市与农村、现代与历史的完美融合。三带，就是渭河生态景观带、帝陵遗址风光带、泾河生态景观带。重点是加快渭河、泾河综合治理工程建设，实施生态景观工程，配合发展休闲旅游、都市农业，打造三条生态景观长廊。四区，就是渭河北岸综合服务区、泾河综合服务区、临空综合产业承载区和双照产业拓展区。

滨江新城简介

2007年12月，经国务院同意，国家发改委正式下文批准长株潭城市群为“全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会”综合配套改革试验区。2008年，长沙市委市政府高瞻远瞩，决定规划建“两型社会”综合配套改革试验区——长沙大河西先导区。长沙大河西先导区规划面积1200平方公里，滨江新城作为其核心起步区，占据着龙头项目的地位。

滨江新城地块呈南北狭长形，南到潇湘嘴、北达北二环线、西至银杉路、东临湘江，占据着约7公里长的江岸线。总面积6.7平方公里，净开发用地约3500亩，从2008年开始运营至今已出让用地将近1600亩，剩余土地约为1600亩，净用地容积率为3.7，项目开发面积达到850万平米，其中商住比为3：7。

滨江新城定位以现代商务功能为核心，以文化、休闲、旅游综合商圈为驱动器，以都市居住为依托的复合型新都会中心。将容纳就业人口约35万，居住人口约22万，同时还将吸引大量旅游、观光、购物、休闲的流动人口。

为了实现与河东区域的畅通连接，滨江新城片区设置过江通道多达5座。已通车的三汊矶大桥、福元路大桥、银盆岭大桥、营盘路过江隧道分别从北部、中部和南部与片区相连；桐梓坡路过江隧道已完成规划设计，即将启动建设。

长沙地铁四号线纵穿滨江新城内部，在滨江新城区域内规划有三个地铁站点，分别位于为银盆岭地铁站、茶山路地铁站，长望路地铁站，基于轨道站点布局，规划有三个功能核心区，即中央商务区、生态中心区、活力生活区。经过4年多左右的土地运营，目前中央商务区及活力生活区已经初现雏形。

中央商务区为滨江新城金融中心区，民生银行湖南总部大厦已经正式启用，广东发展银行湖南总部、上海浦东银行湖南总部大厦正在设计阶段，该片区未来将发展为河西乃至长沙的金融中心。

南侧岳麓大道两厢规划为活力生活区，该片区主要发展大型城市综合体，商业规划集中，3-5年内将发展成为河西商业中心。岳麓大道北侧的B4、B5地块为世茂集团开发的大型城市综合体，占地面积约235亩，建筑面积55万平米，已引进高达249米的希尔顿酒店，目前该项目商业、住宅均在售；世茂滨江项目对面是宁波奥克斯集团开发的奥克斯广场，该项目占地面积约100亩，商业比例达60%，约27万平米左右，已引进平和堂百货、华润万家超市等大型集中商业，还将发展高端写字楼、商务公寓等物业；岳麓大道南侧的B7地块面积约为350亩，容积率5.0，是2012年长沙市的地王，保利和万科联合体摘牌用地。未来将发展为大型城市综合体。该地块是湘江二桥桥头堡位置所在，昭示性好，适宜开发标志性建筑，地块交通、景观等条件极为优越。

滨江新城北侧保留有汉代城墙遗址，是省级文物保护单位，在此基础上将发展为占地700亩的北津城公园。该片区依托北津城公园，拥有良好的景观及人文条件，将发展生态宜居建筑，吸引高端居住人群及研发、创新企业。

滨江新城沿江面长达8公里，自然景色优美，是长沙现存沿江最长的可开发性滨水绿地，具有绝佳的滨江资源。目前，滨江新城沿江步行商业街已经启动，渔人码头已经在售；裕湘纱厂建筑群已于2009年10月完成了保护性改造工作，不久将对市民开放。届时，滨江新城沿江景观商业将成为长沙市民休闲娱乐的新选择。
