FAS（船边交货：Free Alongside Ship）

FAS(Free Alongside Ship)是国际贸易术语之一，《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》（INCOTERMS2000）对其规定如下：“船边交货（……指定装运港）”是指卖方在指定的装运港将货物交到船边，即完成交货。买方必须承担自那时起货物灭失或损坏的一切风险。

术语解释

根据《2010通则》的解释，按FAS术语成交，卖方要在约定的时间内将合同规定的货物交到指定的的装运港买方指定的船边，在船边完成交货义务。买卖双方负担的风险和费用均以船边为界。如果买方所派的船只不能靠岸，卖方则要负责用驳船把货物运至船边，仍在船边交货。装船的责任和费用由买方承担。

FOB（贸易术语）

FOB（Free On Board），也称“船上交货价”，是国际贸易中常用的贸易术语之一。按离岸价进行的交易，买方负责派船接运货物，卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内将货物装上买方指定的船只，并及时通知买方。货物在装运港被装上指定船时，风险即由卖方转移至买方。

CFR

CFR，全称Cost and Freight，指在装运港船上交货，卖方需支付将货物运至指定目的地港所需的费用。但货物的风险是在装运港船上交货时转移。

CIF（成本费加保险费加运费）

CIF术语的中译名为成本加保险费加运费，（指定目的港，其原文为Cost,Insurance and Freight(insert named port of destination)按此术语成交，货价的构成因素中包括从装运港至约定目的地港的通常运费和约定的保险费，故卖方除具有与CFR术语的相同的义务外，还要为买方办理货运保险，支付保险费，按一般国际贸易惯例，卖方投保的保险金额应按CIF价加成10%。如买卖双方未约定具体险别，则卖方只需取得最低限底的保险险别，如买方要求加保战争保险，在保险费由买方负担的前提下，卖方应予加保，卖方投保时，如能办到，必须以合同货币投保。

SWIFT（银行结算系统）

SWIFT又称：“环球同业银行金融电讯协会”，是国际银行同业间的国际合作组织，成立于一九七三年，目前全球大多数国家大多数银行已使用SWIFT系统。SWIFT的使用，使银行的结算提供了安全、可靠、快捷、标准化、自动化的通讯业务，从而大大提高了银行的结算速度。由于SWIFT的格式具有标准化，目前信用证的格式主要都是用SWIFT电文。SWIFT（Society for Worldwide Interbank FinancialTelecommunications---环球同业银行金融电讯协会），是一个国际银行间非盈利性的国际合作组织，总部设在比利时的布鲁塞尔，同时在荷兰阿姆斯特丹和美国纽约分别设立交换中心(Swifting Center），并为各参加国开设集线中心(National Concentration），为国际金融业务提供快捷、准确、优良的服务。SWIFT运营着世界级的金融电文网络，银行和其他金融机构通过它与同业交换电文（Message）来完成金融交易。除此之外，SWIFT还向金融机构销售软件和服务，其中大部分的用户都在使用SWIFT网络。

2016年4月25日SWIFT周一通过路透社向客户发布警告称，“SWIFT意识到，在最近的几起网络事件中，恶意攻击者通过金融管理后台的本地端口连接至SWIFT网络，入侵SWIFT客户端获得提交SWIFT报文的权限”。

CHIPS（纽约清算所银行同业支付系统）

CHIPS(clearing house interbank payment system)是“纽约清算所银行同业支付系统”的简称，于1970年建立，由纽约清算所协会(NYCHA)经营。全球最大的私营支付清算系统之一，主要进行跨国美元交易的清算。

背景

纽约清算所：创立的目的是解决纽约市银行间混乱的交易情况，建立秩序。在美联储于1913年成立之前，纽约清算所一直致力于稳定货币市场的流通波动，在那以后，清算所则开始运用自己的技术和组织能力来满足银行系统内部日益分化和交易量不断扩大的要求。Fedwire Fedwire——美联储转移大额付款的系统——是美国金融基础设施的重要组成部分。Fedwire和相关支付系统的运作，经常将大额短期信用暴露给系统的参与者（反映为通常所说的日间透支）。

TARGET全拼为The Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer，即泛欧实时全额自动清算系统，为欧盟国家提供实时全额清算服务。TARGET始建于1995年，1999年1月1 日正式启用。TARGET由16个国家的RTGS系统、欧洲中央银行的支付机构（EPM）和相互间连接系统（Interlinking System）构成。互联系统将各国的RTGS系统与EPM相连，这样支付指令就能从一个系统传递到另一个系统。

TARGET的特点

（1）采用RTGS模式，系统在整个营业日内连续、逐笔地处理支付指令，所有支付指令均是最终的和不可撤消的，从而大大降低了支付系统风险，但对参加清算银行的资金流动性具有较大的要求。

（2）由于资金可以实时、全额地从欧盟一国银行划拨到另一国银行，不必经过原有的货币汇兑程序，从而减少了资金的占用，提高了清算效率和安全系数，有助于欧洲中央银行货币政策的实施。

（3）欧洲中央银行对系统用户采取收费政策，用户业务量越大，收费标准越低，这一收费规则似乎对大银行更加有利。此外系统用户需在欧洲中央银行存有充足的资金或备有等值抵押品，资金规模要求较高；加之各国中央银行对利用该系统的本国用户不予补贴，故TARGET系统的清算成本高于其他传统清算系统。

EDI EDI，全称 Electronic Data Interchange，译名：电子数据交换。是由国际标准化组织（ISO）推出使用的国际标准，是指一种为商业或行政事务处理，按照一个公认的标准，形成结构化的事务处理或消息报文格式，从计算机到计算机的电子传输方法，也是计算机可识别的商业语言。例如，国际贸易中的采购订单、装箱单、提货单等数据的交换。

EDI的优点

GS1英国的研究显示，杂货店行业每年因使用EDI而节省的成本多达六亿五千万英镑。该项研究还指出，仅仅将“提前发货通知”这项商业文件自动化，就可为杂货店行业进一步节省二亿英镑。光是从财政角度而言，与业务伙伴实施EDI，有助于显著节省成本，而且每添加一项文档，都可以提升节省幅度。不过，在众多EDI优点中，节省成本只是冰山一角。

CNAPS中国现代化支付系统

中国现代化支付系统(China National Advanced Payment System，CNAPS)为世界银行技术援助贷款项目，主要提供商业银行之间跨行的支付清算服务，是为商业银行之间和商业银行与中国人民银行之间的支付业务提供最终资金清算的系统，是各商业银行电子汇兑系统资金清算的枢纽系统，是连接国内外银行重要的桥梁，也是金融市场的核心支持系统。并利用现代计算机技术和通信网络自主开发建设的，能够高效、安全处理各银行办理的异地、同城各种支付业务及其资金清算和货币市场交易的资金清算的应用系统。

现代化支付系统的体系结构

中国人民银行通过建设现代化支付系统，将逐步形成一个以中国现代化支付系统为核心，商业银行行内系统为基础，各地同城票据交换所并存，支撑多种支付工具的应用和满足社会各种经济活动支付需要的中国支付清算体系。
