为丰富少年儿童暑假生活，让孩子有一个轻松、愉快、有意义的暑假，图书馆联合DigiBook电子书工坊举办电子书创作比赛。

一、活动主题：“秀出你的精彩”

二、活动时间：2014年6月24日---7月26日

三、活动事项：

1、报名

少儿组：限30组家庭（4-12岁），中学组：限30人（13-16岁）。

报名方式：亲临图书馆前台填写报名表格或致电22892289填写相关信息即可。

2、培训

时间：7月12日，上午9：30—11:30中学组培训

下午13：00—15:00少儿组培训。

培训地点：图书馆二楼多媒体电子阅览室

内容：发放“点点博创”单机版电子书创作软件及讲解使用方法。同时图书馆建立“点点书学习讨论群170708469”，添加报名读者QQ号，便于下载“点点博创”单机版电子书创作软件、软件教学视频、优秀作品样本、制作讨论等；群内有软件工程师和指导老师，参赛者可随时在QQ群里请教老师问题和交流创作经验。报名读者可在家提前准备图片、文字等素材，如有问题随时在QQ群中互动交流。

五、征集素材类别及要求

1、内容要求：

围绕“秀出你的精彩”----幸福一家、才艺展示、快乐成长…等主题，包括文章、书法、绘画、手工艺品、摄影等，即一切可进行数字图片转化的内容作为电子书素材。

2、素材要求：

（1）、准备的素材均需以数字文件格式：jpg（图片）或word（文字）等，图片大小最好不要低于2400*1600px像素照片（400万像素相机拍摄所得相片）。

（2）、每人准备的素材数量为：30—40件。所制作电子书页数不超过26页

（3）、年龄较小的小读者可在家长陪同下将收集好的素材，在家里使用培训专用电子书制作软件“点点博创”进行电子书创作，作品需保存为“姓名。ddbook”格式。

比较国内的电子图书市场，在2001年左右起步，2009年全年斩获14亿元人民币，约2亿美元左右。无论从市场规模还是出版商收益来衡量，我国的电子图书市场还处在起步阶段。国人的图书阅读率居世界前列，加上巨大的人群，市场潜力巨大，前景可观。是我们的消费市场没有形成规模，还是图书资源集结不够，或者有其他原因？

与国外对比来看，国内电子图书产业链结构还不太清晰。目前，国内数字出版产业还延续着“上游冷、下游热”的局面。出版集团大体持以下三种态度：浅尝辄止型，我国电子图书市场尚未出现可颠覆传统业务利润的商务模式，大多数出版单位会对开展电子图书业务合作持非常谨慎的态度。雄心勃勃型，目标是打通数字图书全产业链，实现内容制造、销售平台、终端设备三位一体的全流程解决方案，这种战略能最大程度地保证出版集团自身资源的全流程保护，并有可能实现利益最大化。战略储备型，受市场冲击最大的出版单位能直接感受到传统行业的危机，同类型竞争激烈、市场萎缩、销售回款、盗印盗版等多种因素直接导致营收减少。

对于中美的市场与环境在经济发展阶段的差异，我们已经有所了解，但差异化的商业模式表现也有比较大的不同，其商业模式的确立标志在于：是否能持续产生现金流，即销售收入及产业链企业赢利模式的有效切分。首先，长期构建的战略思维差异。其次，产业链的有效分工与分配。再次，共同培养与有效研发。然而，可喜的是，新闻出版总署和地方政府已经意识到这些问题，像上海、重庆等地数字出版基地的建设即试图在产业短中长期构建有效的生态环境，并期待和扶植中国出现国际化的数字出版龙头企业。最后，可见的商业模式。美国的数字出版商业模式已经成熟的有B2B的数字图书馆模式、POD（按需生产或印刷）模式和掌上电脑（PDA）业务模式，这些都对应于不同的出版物和不同读者，教育出版则潜心于在线数字学习模式。
