[活动目标]
1、学习剥一些食品的皮、壳、包装纸,提高幼儿的动手能力。
2、能把剥下来的残渣堆放在指定的地方。
3、激发幼儿升中班的期望,感受到参与集体活动的乐趣。
[活动准备]
1、带皮、带壳、带包装纸的食品若干。
2、托盘若干、小刀、削皮器。
3、录音机、一段欢快的音乐。
[活动过程]
1、参观party现场,引起幼儿参与活动的兴趣。
(1)师:“今天我们要开一个庆祝会,庆祝我们在小班的一年里学到了许多的知识和本领,现在快要升入中班,做中班的小朋友了。”
(2)师:“在这个party上,我们自带了许多了好吃的东西,谁来说说这些食品的名称?”(引导幼儿逐一说出食品的名称)
2、学会区分带皮、带壳、带包装纸的食品,并进行分类。
(1)分别请三位幼儿挑选带皮、带壳、带包装纸的食品,引导幼儿观察食品的外表,使幼儿知道有的食品外面有皮、有的食品外面有壳、有的食品外面有包装纸。
(2)引导幼儿将食品按照皮、壳、包装纸三类摆放。
(3)检查幼儿的分类结果,并及时纠正幼儿的错误。
3、让幼儿尝试如何剥去食品的外壳、皮、包装纸。
(1)结合日常经验,讲讲平时我们是怎样吃这些食品的。(对于幼儿的种种回答老师暂时先不要给予肯定和否定)
(2)幼儿每人自选一样自己喜欢的食品,尝试运用各种方法剥去食品的外壳、皮、包装纸。
(3)请幼儿讲述自己所运用的方法,并结合刚才幼儿未尝试前讲的方法给予适当的评价。
(4)教师小结:我们吃有皮的食品时,要用手剥开或撕开皮再吃,有的时候还要用小刀削皮或用削皮器削皮后再吃;吃有壳的东西时,可以用手剥开壳或者用嘴咬开壳后再吃;吃有包装纸的糖果和点心时,可以直接用手拉开封口,有的要顺着封口的齿形拉。
4、让幼儿再次挑选自己喜爱的食品,运用各种方法品尝食品,并引导幼儿有了好东西要和好朋友一起分享。
5、在《找朋友》的音乐声中,幼儿互相敬礼问好和说一些祝福的话语。

9.在活动过程当中若需要任何酒水、食品和帮助请先向活动策划人进行简要的解释说明和申请。原因控制成员的消费额度以免造成不必要的增加和滥用以及给大家造成过多的金钱负担和不便望谅解。
10.在活动途中希望大家不要发生吵架打架恶意攻击等行为并且小心小偷等。若发生有关人员一概不进行由吵架打架恶意攻击被偷盗等行为造成的物品以及人身安全伤害的赔偿。
