小学英语热身活动
英语课前热身活动用英语说是“Warm up”，又可以称之为导课。良好的开端是成功的一半，新课开始，教师能否在较短的时间内调动起学生的积极性，吸引学生的注意力，使学生的思维进入兴奋状态，迅速进入学校轨道，是教学成功与否的关键，因此，课前几分钟的导课是课堂教学的重要前奏。课前热身活动不仅能够调节气氛，而且还能复习旧的知识，起到巩固作用。
课前的热身活动可以分为三种形式：
1、谈话：这看似闲谈的师生之间的聊天其实体现了教师的教学艺术与方法，也体现了教师的教学能力。精心设计每一个提问，每一步深入都为本节课所要讲的内容服务。有位老师在讲Shopping这篇课文时，由于她知道这篇课文对学生来说难度不大，课文中的三个生词size，purple，cool也容易理解和朗读，于是她这样设计了课前的自由交谈：你们都想知道老师的小秘密，今天老师就给你们机会，不过呀，内容限定在“English Name，Favorite Color，Hobby”（边说边写板书）根据老师的引导，学生问出了如下问题：“What's your English name？What's your favorite color？What do you like？对于学生的提问，老师边回答边在相应的位置写下了Bessie，Purple，Shopping。就这样，师生自然地进入新课。教师亲切的期待唤起学生求知的热情，上课时，学生也自然参与到教学活动中，充分发挥其主观能动性。其次，每天给学生规定一个话题，如“My favourite season” “My family” “My school”等。让学生提前准备，老师每天选出一至二名学生站在台前向大家介绍。这种方法可以有效地提高学生英语口语水平及培养学生语感。
2、儿歌：因其词句简单、内容生动、形式活泼、韵律优美等特点，深受孩子们的喜爱。上课伊始，学生注意力不易集中，而利用儿歌热身，由于其节奏明快，气氛热烈，孩子们常会感到新奇振奋而手舞足蹈，拍掌应和，自然地进入学习氛围。在教“What's the matter？”一课时，学生要学习一些表示感觉的形容词，如tired，ill，bored，happy等。在上课时，我首先教唱儿歌If You Are Happy，在欢快的乐曲声中，学生边唱、边拍手、边跺脚；一会儿眨眨眼、拉拉耳朵；一会儿耸耸肩膀，扭扭腰。既放松了肢体，又调节了气氛。在教“animals”时，我教大家边唱 Old MacDonald Had A Farm，边模仿各种动物的叫声和动作。老师教得趣味盎然，学生学得津津有味。儿歌以其优美的韵律，欢快的节奏吸引并打动学生的心弦，既使孩子们获得音乐的享受，又能使他们集中注意力，提高兴趣，乐于求知。有些老师在课前为了调节气氛或驱赶学生的睡意而让学生唱歌；也有老师在选择曲目上做文章，从而别出心裁地上出优秀课。由于其节奏明快，气氛热烈，孩子们常会感到新奇振奋而手舞足蹈，拍掌应和，自然地进入学习氛围。但是，我个人认为这种方法更适合于低年级学生，因为在中、高年级的学生已经对这样的引课不感兴趣了。
3、活动：“活泼、好动是孩子的天性。我们在教学中不妨投其所好，设计一些新颖别致又包含课文内容的活动，既可以作为揭题的引子，又可以作为激活学生思维的兴奋点，为新课的呈现起到了良好的铺垫作用。”是的，有时候我常常想，为什么学生那么喜欢体育课呢？因为体育课上不用学习活动特别多，学生喜欢活动，喜欢做游戏。每个英语老师手里都有一些游戏，比如：“挖地雷” “警察捉小偷” “正反话”等，一度我还因为游戏贫乏而发动学生设计英语游戏。不过，真要承认活动是英语课不可缺少的一部分。
总之，英语课前的热身活动如果做得好，不仅可以使学生情绪调到最高点而且还能巩固旧知识引出新课题，我们应该在课前活动上多下些功夫。

第四篇：太极拳热身活动
太极拳热身基本功
一、头部运动：
1、前点后仰（两个八拍）
2、左摇右摆（两个八拍）
3、左看右看（两个八拍）（注意动作要慢）
二、肩部运动：
1、肩部极力向前划圈（顺时针）
2、肩部极力向后划圈(逆时针)(注意胳膊放松，由肩部带动双臂自然走动)
3、两肩极力向耳朵靠近（各做两个八拍）
三、上肢运动：
1、两臂放松前后摆动
2、两臂放松左右摆动
3、两臂随身体左右摆动（各做两个八拍）（注意用腰部力量带动手臂）
四、腰部运动：
1、两手十指交叉，反掌向前俯身下按，尽力向下。
2、两手十指交叉，反掌向上带动腰部向后摆动，尽力向后。
3、双后叉腰，上身向左向右摆动。（各做两个八拍注意动作要慢）
五、髋部运动：
1、大腿抬至与地面平行，做左右摆动，小腿放松，左右腿各做两个八拍。
2、两腿交换做蹬自行车动作。
3、两腿交换向两侧抬腿。注意保持身体平衡。
六、脚部运动：
1、两脚轮换向前踢出后再蹬出，然后左转三圈右转三圈。各做十次。
七、放松运动：
1、两脚自然站立，放松下蹲，臀部要挨着脚后跟，然后借助反弹力起身，继续第二次下蹲。脚后跟不得离地。做二十个左右。

16.画画接力游戏: 准备用具：图画纸和画笔
游戏玩法：将全班分成两组，每一组发一张大图画纸，轮流一个一个传下去按照老师的指令画画，“Draw a big right eye.”“Draw a nose„„”学生一边跟着老师念，一边老师一直发命令道画完为止，让两组学生来展示自己的画画作品。注意事项：每次必须确认全班一起跟老师念。

游戏玩法：将全班分成几组，听老师指令搜集东西，全班学生问老师“What do you want?”老师回答“I want 3 shoes,2 coats, 2 hats.”每一组就开始按照指令搜集东西，搜集速度越快并且是正确东西的组就得分。注意事项：指定的东西可以改成教室内物品或是文具等。

游戏玩法：将全班孩子分成若干组，写下一个可以让孩子联想的单词，例如：school,每组开始由这个单词开始联想所有相关事物的单词，并将它们一一写下来（或是画出来），最后看哪一组联想的单词最多就算获胜。注意事项：或是准备许多闪卡，让孩子从其中找出相关的单词。77.传呼游戏 准备用具：无
游戏玩法：老师事先选定好主题，孩子根据选定好的主题，自选内容，看自己要代表什么东西，由老师开始下命令（老师也必须选定一个东西，假设是apple），如 “Apple is calling banana.”，选banana的孩子就必须将指令接下去，如“Banana is calling pear.”，如此依序进行下去，若在限定时间内无法将指令接下去者，就被淘汰。
注意事项：适用于任何一种主题，或是字母也可以。78.记忆大考验
准备用具：数张图片（或用课本的图片）
游戏玩法：先拿出其中一张图片，老师给全班孩子一分钟看图片并说“Look at the picture for one minute.”时间到了之后老师开始发问各种问题（例如：”What color is the shirt?”）测试孩子的观察力和记忆力。
注意事项：也可以选一个孩子出来，像模特儿被观赏一分钟后，再来考记忆。
