初中英语听力训练研究报告

一、课题提出的背景

1、社会生活的信息化和经济活动的全球化使英语日益成为我国对外开放和各国交流的重要工具,学习和掌握一门外语成为21世纪公民的一项基本的要求。在外语学习中,信息获得的45%在于听,说占30%,读占16%,写占9%。这些数据足以说明听力教学在外语教学中所占的重要位置。初中英语教材在编排上,内容上充分考虑到“听”能力的培养和训练,为实施素质教育和创新教育提供了必要的条件。此外,“听力”是听、说、读、写“四会”能力之首,其排列体现了学习语言的先后顺序,也反映了学习语言时的先易后难。听是语言能力之一,它对其它几种能力的影响是不可忽视的。

2、我校教育教学的现状

我校是一所普通的农村初级中学,教师的教学理念、教学手段、教学水平相对比较落后,学生英语听力水平很低,听说能力欠缺,不能进行简单的口语交际。教师对听力教学重视不够,不能进行规范的、持久的听力训练。英语听力教学的现状影响全校英语成绩的提高。学生正迫切需要使自己的英语听力得到提高,农村中学需要一种较为可行的适合农村英语教学特点的模式应用于农村英语教学实践中,这是新形势下课改的需要,更是学生全面发展的需要,所以我校提出了英语听力训练这一课题进行研究。

二、所要解决的主要问题

通过英语听力训练研究,改变我校听力教学现状,激发和培养学生英语听力学习的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的听力学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略;掌握一定的英语听力基础知识和听说读写的技能,形成一定的综合语言运用的能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新精神。这样,我们就解决了学生英语听力水平差,听力测试成绩低的问题,教师忽视听力训练,认为听力训练无足轻重的问题,学生听力能力欠缺,听不懂,不能在实践中运用的问题。

三、课题研究的实践意义与理论价值

实践意义:

1、提高学生听力技能,使学生在真实的语言交际环境中运用言。

2、教师对听力训练的研究,无形中提高了自身教学能力,有利于英语教学的顺利进行,有利于我校英语教学水平的全面提高。理论价值:

1、我校的英语听力训练研究是对听力教学的有益尝试,是对听 力课教学的经验总结,可以成为其他学校英语教学的经验借鉴。

2、听力训练研究,进一步完善了“当堂达标教学理论体系”,可以更好地指导我校英语教学改革实践。

四、完成课题的可行性分析

1、行政支持。宁津县教育局教研室和刘营伍中学教导处的全力支持。

2、我校英语教师的团队精神。我们一致赞同当堂达标教学的小课题研究,积极选择课题,主动承担任务,分工明确,合作默契,具备不怕吃苦,连续工作,永不放弃,永不言败的团队精神。

五、课题研究论证报告

1、课题界定与研究依据

课题界定:初中英语听力训练”小课题研究是以我校教研组为单位,以教研组长为主持人,对英语听力训练以课题化的形式呈现并予以探讨实践的策略方法。研究依据:

根据期中、期末以及中考英语听力测试结果分析,学生的听力水平普遍偏低,达不到应有的听力水平;根据教学实践来看,学生的听力很差,不能在真实的会话情境中用语言来交流。

2、研究目标:

﹙1﹚探索学生学习英语,进行英语听力的规律,全面提高学生学习英语,进行英语听力的能力,培养学生的英语交际交际能力,使学生在听懂语言的同时,能更好地运用语言

﹙2﹚探索提高学生英语听力的途径和方法,提高听力教学水平。

﹙3﹚探索英语听力训练的方式和方法,提高教育教学质量,增强我校英语教

师的听力训练教学能力,全面提高我校英语教学成绩。

﹙4﹚促进英语教学与社会接轨,培养学生初步的跨文化语言交际的能力。

四、研究过程设计

1、启动探索阶段(2011年3月—2011年5月)。组织素材,制定计划,确立实施方案。

2、探索实践阶段(2011年6月—2011年12月)

发表论文,撰写研究报告,研究成果以论文及公开课形式展示。

3、结题鉴定阶段(2012年1月—2012年6月)

邀请县课题组领导对本校开展课题研究的情况进行结题鉴定,总结经验,推广成果。

五、研究方法设计

1、文献法:组织全校英语教师研读关于听力教学的书籍,吸取经验。

2、案例法:各教师撰写听力训练论文及教学设计,发现好的经验做法,认真学习,做到取长补短。

3、活动法:每周听几节英语听力训练课,并进行评课活动,讨论优劣,总结成功之处,在全校推广。

六、完成本课题研究任务的保证措施

1、学校成立以校长张德发为组长的课题领导小组。

2、英语教研组由组长刘海英为课题的实际主持者。

3、课题组制定严格的管理监督制度,对课题研究及时进行督 导检查。

七、开展课题研究工作的过程

(一)调查学生听力水平低的原因,在学生听力理解中存在的具体问题有以下

几个方面:

1、基本语言问题

学生没有掌握正确的发音、充足的词汇量及相关的语法。具体问题有:﹙1﹚语音障碍。有些学生刚开始学习时就没有掌握单词的准确发音,特别是对同音异义词难以辨别。

﹙2﹚语速障碍.中学生平时学习都以课文磁带为准,速度较慢,如果再遇到一些语速较快的连读、弱读、重读、爆破、重音转移等有关语音语调变化的听力材料,便无所适从。

﹙3﹚词汇障碍,学生英语词汇量大小,掌握的准确程度,直接影响听力理解。

2、文化背景知识问题

语言是文化的载体,要搞好听力必须使学生具备一定的英美历史和语言文学知识。同时,还需了解和熟悉一些英美国家人民的生活习惯、文化背景、风土人情及生活方式,如果这方面知识贫乏,就会影响听力。

3、母语干扰的问题

许多学生在听到一段语音信息以后,常受母语干扰,习惯用中文逐字逐句翻译出来,不能直接将语音信息转化为一定的情景,不能直接用英语进行思维,因而影响了反应速度和记忆效果。

4、听力习惯问题

听力主要目的就是弄懂所听材料的基本思想。在听的过程中要尽量理解全文的主要内容,不要力图把每个词、每个句子都听懂,每遇到不理解的单词和句子时就停下来思索,就会跟不上语速。

5、心理因素的问题

听力理解过程也是较复杂的心理活动过程。心理学认为,当人的情绪处于紧张焦虑的状态时,就易产生恐惧的心理,从而使原来可以听懂的内容也受影响。

﹙二﹚针对问题开展教研活动

我校全体英语教师意识到听力问题的重要性和听力教学过程中存在的问题,我们以英语小课题研究为契机,同心协力寻找解决措施,形成了“建设一个策略,开展一组活动,形成一种模式,推广一种成果”为主要内容的英语课题研究系统模式。除了查阅大量关于英语听力训练的书籍、报刊及网上资料外,我们还在日

常的听力教学中确立新的教学目标,并且在听力训练的实践中改变了做法,提出了新要求:

1、教师以身作则,在课堂上坚持用口语上课,创造更多与学生用英语交流的机会,培养英语口语表达的兴趣。

2、加强英语语音教学,纠正学生错误发音,使语音规范、标准、流畅。

3、加强英语阅读教学,给学生创造更多的阅读空间,培养学生的英语语感。

4、每周专门拿出一节课的时间用于英语听力训练。

5、给学生进行听力策略和技巧的专门指导。

6、展开听课评课活动,每周听一位英语教师的听力训练课,并进行评课活动,总结每节课的成功经验,做好记录,写出心得,在全校内进行推广。

(三)针对问题收集资料

教师做了大量的收集工作,让学生了解和熟悉一些英美国家人民的生活习惯、文化背景、风土人情及生活方式等。另外,学生手头所有的英语听力材料也非常缺乏,只有教科书和相配套的英语强化训练,这是远远不够的。因此,教师寻找了一些适合学生水平又比较能激起学生学习兴趣的材料,以便利用学校组织英语活动的需要。

(四)针对存在问题指导学生英语听力学习策略

1、重视语音知识的传授

把好语音关。首先,要求学生掌握不完全爆破、重读、弱读、连读、语调、意群;其次,要求学生掌握英音和美音的差别。

2、创设情景,营造生动活泼的听力氛围,教师可利用丰富的表情,必要的态势语,帮助学生去理解。这样可以达到事半功倍的效果。同时,组织好课堂教学,使用相关的课堂用语。例如,” Now let’s begin our class.” “Today we are going to take up a new lesson.” “I will give you five minutes to go through the text and answer my questions.” “So much for today’s class.” 用英语组织课堂教学,创造出英语环境,使爱说、善模仿的学生容易边学边用所听到的语言材料,在不断地运用中得到巩固和提高。

3、经常进行视听结合的听力训练

把眼看和耳听结合起来,训练学生听英语可帮助学生进行形象思维,促进学

生耳听意会。初中英语新教材提供了大量的实物图示。在每单元对话教学中可采取视、听结合的方式,在培养学生听、说、读、写基本能力的同时重点突出学生的听说能力。

4、加强英语课堂听力教学力度

尽量用英语授课。在英语教学中,教师应尽量用由简到繁、由易到难的语言组织教学,可适当运用母语。让学生多做如下练习:听音表演,教师播放录音或范读听力内容,学生根据相应信息作出相应的动作和表情。听音跟读,教师在播放听力内容的同时,让学生模仿录音跟读并反复练习。听音回答,在播放听力材料之前,教师提出若干相关问题,然后放音,听一、二遍之后要求学生在听清的基础上做出回答。听音听写,听录音或教师朗读材料,学生跟写;听音复述,要求学生根据听到的内容,用自己的话转述。

(五)组织活动

除了一些必要的课堂教学外,还需要进行一些课外的活动来激发学生的兴趣,达到提高学生听力能力的效果。

1、定时收看电视英语小节目,于情景中培养听力。

2、成立校园广播站,用英语播放学生熟悉的东西,好人好事,生活故事,校外见闻,力求短小精悍,浅显易懂。

3、成立英语俱乐部,举办各种第二课堂活动。课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段,有利于激发兴趣,开阔视野,发展智力和个性,培养听说能力。经过调查和研究,最受学生欢迎的课外活动有:观赏英语节目,收听英文歌曲,组织英语角,听英语故事,英语朗读大赛。

八、课题研究结论:

1、我们确立了初中英语听力训练课的基本模式。通过理论总结、观看优秀听力训练课录像,并结合本校学生的听力实际水平,创立了有本校特色的听力训练教学模式,我们的听力训练课以听某一话题的素材为中心,如购物、健康饮食、运动等,在听力训练的各个环节都紧紧围绕这一话题进行,在听力导入、听力训练形式、听力练习题等方面精心设计,使得听力训练并不是孤立的教学形式,而是和说、读、写等相结合,在听的基础上提高学生的综合语言素质,使交流成为听力训练的最终目的。

2、我们总结了一整套适合我校教学实际的英语听力训练的方式、方法及教学策略。我们本着“方式多样,不单调;方法灵活,不枯燥”的原则,把听力训练随时随地融入到学生的学习和生活中,让学生时刻感受到听英语、说英语的快乐,“课堂五分钟听说活动”极大地提高了学生的听力兴趣。

3、学生的英语听力能力有了明显提高。学生对英语听力训练课产生了极大的兴趣,积极投入到听力活动中,听说能力、阅读能力有了明显提高,在此基础上,学生能就某一话题在小组内进行交流。英语听力测试成绩也有了显著提高。

九、课题研究的回顾和反思

在全体英语教师的努力下,我们的听力训练研究硕果颇丰,通过理论和实践相结合,不断总结经验,每个教师都有所发现、有所创新、有所前进。学生的听力水平显著提高。然而,中学英语听力训练教学是一个复杂的过程,制约和影响学生听力能力的因素很多,而如何有效提高农村中学学生英语听力能力,还需要教师和学生进行不断探索,实践和总结。但是我们相信,只要我们持之以恒,坚持不懈,我们一定能够取得更加辉煌的成绩 参考文献:

听力是中学英语教学中四项基本技能之一。由于语言环境,教学条件,师资力量等原因听力成了中学生英语学习中的一个难点。突破这个难关不仅有助于学生语言综合能力的提高,同时也为培养学生的英语交际能力奠定一个良好的基础。

听力的认知规律告诉我们听能是由听音辨音能力、预测能力、获取特定信息能力、抓主旨大意能力、推测能力、猜意能力、识记能力等一系列技能技巧构成的,要使这一复杂过程得以在瞬间完成,并持续不断地进行下去,教学中我们必须在充分认识这些规律的基础上,研究听的技巧与训练方法,探索提高听力水平的途径。教学中,我从以下几个方面对学生进行听力训练。

一. 预期听能训练:预期能力要求学生在听前推测,在听时捕捉话语中出现的关键信息。学生拿到试卷后要快速浏览材料,依据词法、句法、等语法结构,语调、重音等语音知识以及语意标志语、上下文等篇章结构技巧,从卷面上快速捕捉关键信息,理解话语的主旨,并且在整体把握的基础上进一步捕捉细节,做到听录音时胸中有数。有的放矢,不打无准备之仗。

二.手脑并用,边听边记。在听录音时,常有同学出现“听懂了,但内容记不住 ” 的情况。这种现象主要是因为学生欠缺短时记忆的能力。要提高短时记忆的能力。学生在平时的听力训练中要注意做到如下几点:

1.养成边听边记习惯。记录时要有重点,有技巧,如数词用阿拉伯数字记录,地点、人名用代号,长词用缩写,长句抓主要成分。2.在语篇层次上把握听力材料的主要意义,不要纠缠在局部听不懂的地方。

3.听录音概述故事大意。

4.通过首句首段把握文章的体裁,记叙文重点听who,what,when,where。描述文注意空间顺序。

5.以意群为单位听写句子。

6.学会做简短实效的笔记。学生在平时的学习中要掌握一些常用的拼写缩略词。如: O—oxygen;prof, e.g;i.e.;etc.;cf;1st.2nd;PRC;info;esp;prob;usu;月份,星期 等

三. 学会判断和推理: 判断和推理是领会说话着的观点和态度的基本手段。判断的依据是通过听语言材料所获得的细节。推理主要是依据获取的数据及其相互关系进行简易的计算,根据说话者所使用的功能意念表达法和说话者的语调和语气体会其观点和态度,综合各方面 信息归纳总结作者意图或短文主旨。1.What can we learn from the conversation? 四. 全面训练,综合提高

语言的听说读写几项基本技能是相互制约又相辅相成,任何单项技能的提高都需要得到其他技能的支持。教师上课时要坚持用英语授课。最大限度的给学生提供英语学习的机会。课堂教学中既要注意听和读“输入技能”的训练,又要加强说和写“输出技能” 的训练。

五.重视听力训练中的情感因素。

良好的心理和精神状态是提高听能的保证。由于许多学生平时缺乏足够的听力训练,虽然有的同学有较强的读写能力,但听力水平相当一般。加之受方言影响,英语发言不太标准,这一切都使得同学们的听力十分薄弱,一遇到考试就心慌,心理负担比较重。由于心情太紧张,考生往往一开始就有几个单词或句子听不清楚,这时如果拼命地回头去想,下面的内容很有可能也听不清,从而影响了听的效果。而且一般情况下,英语考试都是先考听力,听力部分发挥是否正常直接关系到后面其他部分英语考试。因此,克服心理障碍,增强自信心是取得好成绩的关键之一。听力理解过程实际上不是被动地接受,而是在积极参与的过程中用自己已有的知识包括语法、词汇、常识等)对所吸到的内容解码,然后进行筛选、过滤、整理、分类,这是个重新组合的过程。人们在吸收信息的过程中,都会自觉地将自己所掌握的知识(包括背景知识)同其所听到的联系在一起,这种督导知识和辅入信息的结合就是预测、挑选、吸收和综合的过程。只有平静的心态和良好的心理素质才能确保这个过程的顺利进行。

六.学会判断题型。

如信息确认正误判断题,简易数据换算题,意念功能题,推理判断题。每年高考最后一篇短文虽然篇幅较长,但这里多为信息确认题,只要根据题目的要求抓住主要信息作好这部分并不难。

听力训练贵在持之以恒,只要坚持训练,讲究方法,通过高中三年的学习,听力的水平一定会有质的飞跃。

一。通过听觉领悟语言是一个复杂的过程,它包括接受信息、识别、判断和理解声音信号等几个层次的心理活动。人们接受信息后,通过大脑来识别和 理解每个声音信号的意义,然后作出适当的反馈。反馈的快慢、判断的正确与否,同一个人的识别和理解能力及个人的知识、经验都有着密切的联系。传统的应试教学模式,重读、写能力训练,轻听、说能力的培养,留下了英语叫中的“聋哑”后遗症。如何提高学生听力水平,给我们从事基础英语教育的同仁们留下了深思。

一、“听”在教学中的地位

在当今社会中,随着各种媒体的广泛使用,听的素质变的日益重要了,但目前中学英语教学中重视阅读,说和听是非常薄弱的环节,学生听力培养和提高往往被忽视。在初中毕业生中,英语笔试能力卓而不凡的不乏其人,但每当听别人说英语却是一头雾水,糊里糊涂。为改变这种状况我们必须加大听力训练,因而注重并加强听力教学方法的探索与研究,是提高中学英语听力水平的关键所在。

二、听力训练的一般方法

1.用英语组织教学,使英语听力经常化。

课堂是实施英语听力训练的主阵地,要为学生创造一个良好的语言环境,就必须用英语组织教学。例如:在一篇课文的Dialogue教学中,向学生出示一副画着漂亮自行车的图片,然后对学生说:look at this picture , what can you see ?(I can see a bike).通过这样的情景教学,即使学生不看书,也能容易听懂对话内容,从而增加了学生在课内接受听力训练的机会。

用英语组织课堂教学是对学生进行听力训练最基本、最简便、最实效的形式,在用英语组织课堂教学的过程中,应注意:

①读准语音。正确的语音是听音辨音的基础,只有把英语音学准读准,才能进行听音辨音。因此,我要求学生每天早晨坚持半小时的听录音跟读练习,跟读过程中,只求读准语音。随堂设计5分钟的辨音练习,形式可多样化。比如:一生朗读,其余听辨有无错音。②多听。多听是强化学生听力的重要手段。教师在课堂上多用英语进行教学,给学生创造听的机会和环境。充分利用录音机和录音磁

带,让学生经常听英美人的地道的英语,掌握比较标准的英语语音。

2、增加英语听力训练方式,主要包括听音辩音、听写、听说对话、听力理解等。

⑴ 辩音训练要随时随地进行。

a.让学生找出所听到的元音读音相同的单词。

b.让学生听几组句子并找出每组句子中不同的部分。

听是理解信息,说是表达和传递信息,听是说的基础,说是听的提高。因此,中学英语训练的第一步是如何让学生开口说英语,要重在他们用英语自由表达的习惯,要抓平时,抓养成。

⑶ 听写训练要抓反复

听写是最朴实、最简便的听力训练方式,也是提高听力水平必不可少的一环。它是一种限时性强,输入量大,需要高度集中一个人的注意力并充分调动一个人所有语言知识的脑力劳动过程。听写作为一种固定的日常练习,使学生养成良好的听写习惯,当然听写有一种循序渐进的过程,可以从单调词组开始,逐步过渡到段落及至全文。

⑷ 理解训练要抓突出。

听力理解包括对句子和文章的基本事实的认定及文章相关内容间逻辑关系的推断,是听力的高级表现形式,必须要常抓不懈。尤其在听力过程中,抓重点、抓突出,争取做到学生对听力有足够的重视。

3.遵守听力规律,使听力训练科学化。

英语听力是一个“细活”,需要付出一定时间才能提高。但是教师在教学过程中,需要掌握规律,对症下药。

⑴ 明确目的。

在做听力练习之前,特别是听力材料是短文时,必须让学生明白他们要做什么,让学生了解语言材料的背景,然后浏览题干部分及答案,让他们感到心中有数。

⑵ 掌握技巧。

在训练听力时对学生进行听法指导是十分必要的。首先要消除畏惧心理、增强自信,然后要告诫学生不因为一两个单词没听懂而患得

患失,要抓住关键词,抓主要线索,抓整体。还要让学生在进行听力测试时尽量记录下材料的基本事实。

⑶ 精心选择听力材料。

听力材料的适当是直接影响学生的“听”的积极性和听力效果的。教师应选择由易到难,由浅到深的系列材料,可以先从辩音入手,然后逐步过渡到短句、长句、段落及篇章结构,再应结合新教材的特点,选择语言规范,交际性强又十分按英美文化和习俗的语言材料。

⑷ 引导学生用英语思维,使听力训练个性化。

学生在听英语的过程中,习惯于将听到的一切都翻译成汉语,人为的增强了听力理解过程中的英译汉,然后再到汉译英的环节,从而跟不上速度,提不高效率,指导学生用英语思维,减少心译过程,使学生把听到的或自己表达的英语与客观事物建立直接关系,是培养学生良好的听力习惯,提高学生听力效果的主要一环,同时要教育学生不要把一切都翻译成母语。

三、英语听力遇到的困难

1.语言上的困难

所听的材料中出现新词,新句型和新语法现象,或者由于连续、弱读、失去爆破、重音移动等而使词句发生变化,这些都会引起听的困难,克服这种困难最初可通过分析性听力练习来解决。

2.内容上的困难

学生听英语时,由于不熟悉英美人的生活习惯、文化特色、兴趣爱好等,常会感到所听材料显无具体的新词名著,但却不能听懂内容。所以听力练习配合一定的情景,并在教学中注意介绍文化背景。

3.心理上的困难

学生听英语的潜在困难属于心理障碍,总感到被动、无把握,因此过分紧张。听的时候的注意集中到内容上而不是语言上,大意上而不是细节上,正在听的而不是已听过的。

四、听力能力的培养还应注重课外的训练。

听力课上,如果有明确的目标,完备的设施、良好的学习氛围和适度紧张的情绪,就很容易出成绩,水平提高也快。但听力是许多同学的薄弱环节,单靠每周的几节课是远远不够的,自己课下还需要“加码”。可以把课堂上的材料进一步“精听”,也可以“泛听”其他材料;另外一个不可忽视的方面就是随意听,即在休闲娱乐甚至是休息时,听一些优美的英语经典歌曲、英语节目、电影录音剪辑等,这样耳熟

能详,不知不觉朗朗上口,语感增强了,听说能力也提高了。有时可能感觉收益不大,但这只是暂时的,其长期效益是显著的。

总之,作为教师,我们应尽自己的可能在课内外为学生提供良好的学习条件和环境,以此来激发他们的学习积极性,提高英语听说能力,进而全面提高学生的交际。

初中英语听力训练和答题技巧

听力理解是考查学生综合运用英语的能力,它和口语、阅读、语法、词汇等训练是分不开的。口语标准才能听懂标准的发音,培养正确的阅读方法与技巧,并听过阅读积累了大量背景知识,不断地扩大自身的知识面,才能有效地预览听力选项,帮助做题。而平时有了良好的词汇及语法基础,才能迅速的捕捉、听懂信息,并快速解题。所以学生在平时应注意对各种英语知识的积累,及对各种能力的训练,这样才能迅速提高自己的听力。

1.提高口语能力

读是听的基础。要想听懂别人说话,自己能准确地读出单词是基础。只有会正确读出口来才会听懂标准的读音。因此平时在记单词时不能只记它的拼写而忽略发音。此外还要大声朗读单词,让自己能听清楚自己的发音。让每一个词的发音在大脑里留有一个印象,再一次听到这个词是,就会与大脑里的那个印象相契合并且迅速做出反应。在朗读句子时要注意音调、连读、重读、弱读等。另外,提高语速也很关键。只有自己说话流利,才能对别人的对话作出快速的反应。所以,平时就要多跟着录音模仿外国人的语音、语调,从而培养出属于自己的地道的语音、语调。

2.巩固自己的词汇及语法知识

英语无论在词组、句型还是语法上都与汉语有着不同的特点。有些句子汉语和英语的表达很不一样,甚至截然相反。英语语言的表达丰富,一词多义也很普遍,因此我们平时应注意积累。而句子的时态、语气、语态经常决定说话人的意图,在英语学习及应用中也应格外重视。

3.增加阅读量,积累文化背景知识

语言是文化的载体。缺乏对英语的国家的文化背景、历史知识、风土人情、宗教信仰、礼仪等方面知识的了解,会对听力理解产生一定的障碍。而考生如果知识面较广,对各国文化背景熟悉,则在做听力题目是有较大优势。

我们除在平时积极训练听力外,学习一些听力技巧也会对提高听力成绩有一定的帮助。

1)抓紧时间预览题目。因为听力考试项目的播放时间及次数是有限的,如果我们在听录音钱就快速阅读题目,尽力记住书面考题内容,就可以根据所给的选项判断出该题目的话题重点,并可以调动自己所知的一切相关的背景知识,那么就可以提高听力识别效率。如果单词辨析题,我们可以根据所给选项推断考题所要我们分辨的音素,因此我们就可以在听音时着重的听这个音素;句子理解部分,我们可以通过预览发现各个选项的相同及相异之处,在听录音时就可以着重听相异之处;而对对话及短文理解题目选项的预览就更为重要,通过预览我们可以判断出短文话题及录音的重点,可以大大降低听力测试的难度,所以我们应抓要紧一切时间,包括发下考卷后的空隙,以及录音中播放考试题目要求的时间来预览试题。

2)要善于抓关键词句。我们在预览的基础上确定了该题目的测试重点,在听录音的时候我们就要带着这个问题,有的放矢地听。如果听对话或短文时,更应该尽力理解全文的主要内容,抓住主要情节、时间、地点及过程,无需苛求听懂每一个字、每一句话,否则我们只能获得零散的信息,无法抓住全文的梗概,所以能否抓着文章要点去整体理解文章是提高听力的关键。

3)要善于做简单的记录。对于一些比较复杂和较长的句子,或有需要计算的题目以及一些比较复杂的看图听力题,可在听音时做些简单的记录,这样可以大大方便解题,记录应简单、恰当,可用缩写、简写、符号等。

4)听力测试中,学生心绪调整至关重要。首先在听音前不可太紧张吗,否则会影响听音,而当出现漏听或者选择无把握时,千万不能计较个别题的得失,宁可放掉一题,也不可停留在原题上思考、沉不住气、心慌意乱或产生紧张或懊恼的情绪,否则会造成连失几题的可能。正确的做法是当机立断,抓紧时间做下面的一题,否则等到下面一题开始播放再转过来就来不及了。
