在体育课堂教学中，发现集体口令的运用大大调动了学生课堂上积极参与度，起到了很好的锻炼效果和课堂学生的参与度。所以课堂上积极运用集体口令，不但学生精力集中，减少体育课上的伤害事件发生，也让学生完成了课堂任务。

在体育教学过程中,指挥者的口令是以下达简短术语指挥学生活动的口头命令，它是体育课堂教学中体育教师所特有的专业命令术语，它对组织教学，课外活动，业余体育训练，对学生进行组织纪律性教育都起着重要作用。尤其在准备活动、队列队形和团体操当中运用较为频繁。
由于课堂在室外的环境、学生的年龄等因素，学生的注意力（尤其低年级学生）往往不能持久，因此体育教师如何来运用口令来组织教学，这是活跃课堂气氛，提高教学效果的一个必要条件。我在多年的体育课堂教学中通过实践、积累、比较，发现课堂上让学生做主角做指挥者，大家集体一起来喊口令，调动学生的积极性，达到了课堂上完成教学任务的预期效果，值得借鉴和采纳。
一、集体口令运用可以提高学生的集体向心力、凝聚力
教师的习惯往常教学中大多采用单
一、传统模式——体育教师或体育委员一般是自己喊口令或让体育委员喊口令，学生统一练习或做动作。时间久了，学生习惯厌烦，情绪调动不起来，而采用集体口令，让每名学生来喊口号，使学生在角色活动中积极参与，端正态度，摆正位置，使之视为己任，大家齐心协力，无形中增强了学生的集体荣誉观念。
集体口令的运用可以使学生没有多余的嘴再“犯规矩”，个别学生 的“开小差”也会被集体的口令声音收回，教学效果也很好。
二、集体口令可以提高学生的注意力，控制了运动的节奏
常规的口令教学模式久了，学生经常是注意力不集中，思想开小差，活动的积极性低于惰性，这大大影响了活动的质量和效果，同时也给课堂意外伤害带来了隐患。
采用集体口令，首先是精力集中，步调一致，约束住了那些自身态度不认真的学生，控制住了运动节奏，同时也加强了组织纪律性，并且集体口令整齐洪亮，有气势，其次也给教师腾出时间来检查，督导学生纠正动作。在这种气势下学生做出的也是高质量的动作，使得活动井然有序，提高了整体效果。
三、集体口令可以提高学生兴趣，调动学生情趣。
新颖独特的集体口令，一改往日的陈旧模式，多采用夹有游戏、比赛的形式，辅加一些激励语言，使学生乐于接受，并能提高学生兴趣，调动起情绪，在实施教学起到了良好的效果。
集体口令的运用能激发学生情绪，使身体活动充分，但并不是每堂体育课都要老一套，千篇一律，要适时变换内容，花样不断翻新。使之穿插于课堂中，这样才不致于使学生产生厌烦，心理才能得以保持高涨的热情。
总之，教学中教学理念要与时俱进，不断更新；教研方法和手段要不断尝试，调动学生们课堂上的积极性，使同学们积极参与活动，以完成课堂任务的同时也达到了寓教于乐的效果，这才是主要的。
