一、作文题回放：
“我希望你们不要过于追求效率，效率总是以目的论的，事实上，我们都是处在过程中，这是生活的本质。我劝你们不要急于加入竞争，它将你们纳入主流价值体系，这会影响你们的价值观念。我希望你们有足够的自信与主流体系保持理性的距离，在相对的孤立中完善自己。”这段话出自作家王安忆在复旦大学研究生院毕业典礼上致辞。王安忆的嘱咐和生活中主流社会价值有差异，遂引发大家争执和讨论。
读上述材料，你有何感受，请选准角度，自选文体，自拟标题，不要脱离材料内容及含意的范围作文。不要套作，不要抄袭。
二、正确立意：（具体分析）
1、享受过程之美；
2、理性面对竞争，在孤独中完善自我；
3、保持淡薄，不追名不逐利，追求内心的充盈；

三、偏题立意：

四、精彩文段： 好开头：
1、爱默生说过：“这个世界随时都想把你变成其他的样子，坚守自我是一种成就。”确实，只有在纷乱世事中坚守自我，不随波，不逐流，才能真正成就自我。
2、韩寒的《杯中窥人》让人叫绝。试想，人如一张纸，初时是纯白无暇，而后由于水的浸泡在杯中上下浮沉，犹如身处社会。随时间的增长，便吸足了水渐沉入杯底。化为社会中的一员。你是否也如那沉入杯底的纸，完全纳入主流价值体系而迷失了自我？ 好结尾：
1、让我们的脚步慢下来，在路途可以看到别样的风景；让我们的竞争慢下来，对手也可以成为朋友，相互促进；让心灵也慢下来，去填充补足内心的空虚与茫然。
像王维一样“行到水穷处，坐看云起时”，享受过程，完善自我，感受春暖花开，岁月静好。
2、坚守自我，默然沁香。林清玄在《沉水香》中写道：“浮世如水，俗木随水波游荡，无所定处。做一块沉水香，沉在水中，默然散放不逝的芬芳。” 俗木随欲望水波横流，只有坚守自我，才能找到真我。在这世界上静静散放属于自己的香，成就生命的一片芬芳。好论证：
1、韩寒不愿意接受主流价值推崇的求学之路，辍学写作，《三重门》引领了一代年轻人的思想，从青涩到成熟，他始终坚守自己的道路，自信坦然。坚守源于自信，坦然面对孤立，生命由此沉淀，因而厚重。
2、当前，我们失去的不仅有干净的水源，清洁的空气。更有——独立的思想和判断。当人云亦云充斥着网络，当趋炎附势成为一种潮流，当作假抄袭弥漫在高校之中，那么思想之自由的最后一块堡垒轰然倒塌，我们还怎能保持独立自由之思想呢！
李白曾叹：安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜！这是思想自由的绝唱；陶潜曾曰：寓形宇内复几时，曷不委心任去留？这是思想自由之呼唤。让百花园之中的思想之花绚烂起来，播种思想独立自由之种，收获独立自由之果实！
3、魏晋时期的竹林七贤，在浑浊污秽的官场中，在趋炎附势的社会环境里，毅然决然地背向人间面对竹林，在相对孤立的小天地里渐渐地完善自我，达到一种超然的物我两忘的境地。
与主流的价值体系保持理性的距离，让我们的思想真正属于我们的身体，让“我”真正成为“我”，让我们对现实有自己的理性思考，对自己的未来有自己的判断和明确的目标，确定我们是在走自己的路，而不是由别人引领的方向。

爱上过程
我们都是处在过程中，这是生活的本质。成败又如何？成，如朗月照花，深潭微澜，不论顺逆，都只是扬鞭策马的驿站；败，如弱风扶柳，蜻蜓点水，不论得失，只是沮丧愁苦的瞬间。人生匆匆，管它成与败。这世间最重的，莫过于过程。
爱上过程，爱它总能给人以享受。剑桥大学曾有两位学生，沃森和克里克，他们发现了DNA双螺旋结构。而他们的初衷只是为了探究灵魂到底是什么。探究过程中，他们逐渐沉浸，越挖越深，终有惊人发现，荣获诺贝尔奖。他们曾说：“得奖不是我们最开心的，在过程中，我们获得了最大的享受，当生命的面纱一层层被揭开，我们激动的心情无法言说。”他们爱上了过程。
爱上过程，爱它总能让人忘记得失。《少年派的奇幻漂旅》的导演李安时隔六年再次荣获奥斯卡奖。他不追名不逐利，不在乎得与失，拍电影是他的爱好，他享受过程中的每分每秒，陶醉其中。六年，生活纵然没有赋予他太大的希望，但是足以让他获得最美的享受。
爱上过程，爱它总能记下欢笑与泪水，总能成为美丽的回忆。安徒生童话总是以“王子和公主从此过上幸福的生活”为结尾，过程是其中的亮点。他们相遇相知的过程才是最吸引人的，因为这里记载了他们的欢笑与泪水，承载了他们美好的回忆。而我们艰苦奋斗考上大学的过程也将成为最珍贵的记忆。
过程总是令人难忘的。回想初三，我只记得自己是怎样熬过那段艰难的岁月，早已忘记最终获得的成绩。回想幼时识字，只记得自己是怎样学习音标，认识汉字，早已忘记自己是什么时候学会的。当望见识字卡片，一张张，只觉得弥足珍贵，回忆渐渐浮现„„
生活是一个大舞台，人们只记得演员翩翩起舞的天人之姿，不会记得落幕时的身影。生活就像乐曲，有前奏，有发展，有高潮，有曲终，这些都凝聚为两个字：过程。
我们爱的，只是过程；我们享受的，只是过程。
摒弃浮躁，返璞归真
“吾以天地为棺椁，日月为珠玑，星辰为灯火。”这是庄子在拒绝弟子请求在他死后厚葬他时所说的话。庄周一生清明，而他却安贫乐道，与世无争，追求本真。究其原因在于他有一颗沉静的心。
在当今这个浮躁、功利，一切都出于“快”状态的大背景下，要想做到摒弃浮躁，返璞归真，实属不易。然而，事因难而可贵，于喧嚣中洗尽铅华，清除浮躁，实乃大境界。
“举世皆浊我独清，众人皆醉我独醒。”屈原为了守住心中那份本真，他不愿在浮躁的社会中人云亦云，他不愿为当时社会的主流价值体系扭曲，他不愿“屈心而抑志，忍尤而攘诟”而度过那人生，他宁愿投江，他宁愿放弃自己，他宁愿“伏清白以死直。”有人说屈原其实是殉君，有人说屈原其实是殉国，我认为屈原其实是殉道。他用生命来维护心中至高无上的道义，他不忍自己也处于浮躁之态，他的生命走到了尽头，然而他却解脱了。他保持了自我，保持了本真，他的生命是一种原生态的美。
“我只是一杯白开水，不是肥皂水。”杨绛老人如是说。他是最有才的女子，也是最朴素的人。人淡如菊来形容她再合适不过了。从早年写剧本一炮走红，到后来翻译名著《堂吉诃德》名声大震，她始终处于一种低调状态，她甘于将自己隐藏于钱钟书的光环之下。她和钱钟书将所有稿费都捐给了清华大学“好读书”基金会。不追名，不逐利，杨绛坐在时间的边缘静观人生。没有过分的追求，没有刻意的竞争，杨绛身上有一种自信与高贵的气质，这足以使她与社会主流价值保持距离。摒弃浮躁，她身上更多的是那份本真。“我是柴静，火柴的柴，安静的静。”柴静——繁华深处绽放的雪莲，“出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖。”她被公认为央视最穷的主持人，至今她还住在租来的房子里。当有人问她为什么不买车不买房的时候，她冷静的回答：“我对这些外在事物并没有多少概念，但是我承认我并非不食人间烟火。只是我觉得那些大多人所谓的成功对我来说只是一种价值符号，我不想自己被符号化。我更愿意享受生命这个过程。”柴静的生活并非一帆风顺，只是她有着信仰，有着自己的价值观念，她有足够的自信与社会主流价值观念相抗衡，从而使自己与主流体系保持理性的距离，在相对独立中完善自己。柴静的身上没有一丝浮躁，没有半缕世俗之气，她用那颗沉静而又睿智的心来保护自己，从而避免被这个急功近利的社会同化。
顾城说：“时间，只不过是死神用来衡量生命长度的工具。”愿你我能摒弃浮躁，于纷繁处归于宁静，守护心中的信仰，于喧嚣中静观人生风云变幻。
保持思想上的“非主流”
证严法师说：“凡心佛心，实乃一心，只要秉持一心，立足之地即为灵山。”诚哉斯言。如何维持这颗心的自由与真实，就必须要学会“孤立”自己的灵魂，学会以其本真与庄重，避开主流世界的纷繁与冗杂。
正如办公室里悬挂的大大的钟表，教室里醒目的红纸上所书的“效率”二字，每一分每一秒都匆匆忙忙如急流之水汇入江河一去不复返。经验告诉我们，效率缩短了成功的路程，但事实上，它只是加快了你看到结果的步伐，却并未增添过程中的得失。何为生活的本质，就是当你将所有错的路都走过一遍之后，用更加坚韧、稳重的步履踏过正确道路上的每一寸土壤。
著名的英国女歌手阿黛尔，从做不违心的事去逢迎大众，她的作品不多，却个个经典厚重，首首传唱不衰。她从不追求效率，不像其他的歌手那样出专辑迅速而高效。每一刻积淀下来的情感与对世界、灵魂的感知都是在她所谓的“过程”中得到。在她的世界中，拥有无限价值与无上荣光的不是那灼灼发亮的“结果”，而是过程中点滴积聚的磨砺与深邃。
诚然，我们不可避免为结果而战，为竞争而战，但若能适当看重过程与积累，就多了一份克敌制胜的底
气。你的心就是你的世界，你若甘愿随波逐流，让世俗的主流的水浸染你遗世独立的灵魂，那么你终将成风，消逝在茫茫无际的大地上。唯有保持思想上的“非主流”，你才能在平凡的漩涡中屹立不倒，在平庸的劲风中傲然挺立。
为什么越是年轻越具有意气风发的活力，越是孤独越拥有举世无双的才情？只是因为在芸芸众生中为自己设置了一道屏障，一道并不阻碍交流却可阻挡“同化”的屏障。正是因为如此，才有马云“倒立行走”的卓绝思想，才有莫言“扎根于土壤”的朴实与震撼，才有司马迁半生作《史记》的坚持，才有马克思《资本论》的漫长等待。
只有独自一个人，才可仰望星辉的灿烂，只有独行一只船，才可透彻江水的清涟，只有独安一处隅才可完备建造自我的城墙，深谙自我的珍贵。
在繁花簇锦的世界里立一道墙，你才能闻到自己的芬芳；在雨水汇流入海的大地上挖一道沟壑，你才能看清自己的旅程。用干净、温暖的双手捧住自己的灵魂，让它随着你的心性，自由而朴实地生长。
我们在匆忙些什么
“出名要趁早”，这句话可谓是渗透到了我们生活的方方面面。为了不输在起跑线上，孩子们不再嬉笑玩乐，而变得“任重道远”；为了不落后于人，年轻人不再有梦，而是汇入匆匆的人流；最后，当回首往事时，你没有虚度年华，没有碌碌无为，可你却悔恨匆匆让你迷失了自己，无法享受生命的过程。我们在匆忙些什么？静下来，慢下来，过程才是生命的本质。
王安忆的嘱咐让我想起了《德国杂感》中的德国教育，不进行所谓的学前教育，遵循孩子的发展规律，通过恰当的引导让孩子找到自己的兴趣所在，本性地发展；而大学教育也不惟效率而论，去圈画些考试范围，而是提供几本参考书籍让学生自己去钻研，去发展。正是理性的思考，让德国人务实而又不古板，缜密而又敢创新。正是不断地完善发展，而不是贪多求快，让德国稳居欧盟的中心。
我不知道主流价值体系是什么，但是我知道大学的本质——让学生了解世界，认识自我。这就无怪乎美国大学人文学科成热门。真正的精英需要的不仅仅是科学文化知识，更重要的是领导力、社会关注等人文能力。生活的本质是过程，在了解自我中完善自己，在相对孤立的理性中享受过程。正是这样的理念才能成就一所好的大学，诞生优秀的人才。
“为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才？”钱学森之问的答案恐怕就藏在这里。当我们在茫茫碌碌的主流价值体系中为了各种各样的目的，如升学、出名、赚钱等丢失了自己时，怎么可能分得出时间和精力去挖掘去探索？我们总是希望能又快又好地发展，可“大跃进”“文革”等告诉我们这样不行。当我们还未醒过神来时，改革开放的大潮流又让太多人冲昏了头脑：干什么都要趁早，不然就会被淘汰！殊不知匆匆而过，什么都没有留下，忙碌一生，却不知为了什么。
我们为何而活？为了享受生命，为了了解事物，为了看自己。
在人生的旅途中，别匆匆而过，却把自己漏掉了。慢下来，静下来，在过程中享受，在自我中前进，在生活中留下印记。
