小学四年级英语教学工作总结
本学期,我担任小学四年级英语教学工作。作为长期从事小学语文教学的我,可以说对英语教学毫无经验,由于本人平时爱好英语,一直认为小学英语教学是小菜一碟。但在实际的教育教学中,我深深感觉到教小学英语之难之累,真是“苦在其身,乐在其心”!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。
一、学习课标,明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念,我对《英语课程标准》进行了研读,了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学九大原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等,从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。
二、扎实备课,理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节,我在备课时做到了以下几点:
1、课前备课,做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参考书,既备教材、教法,又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容,既要考虑知识的纵向联系,又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出难点,又要突破重点;既要体现出完整的教学过程,又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具,为课堂教学做好服务。
2、课中备课,处理“突发事件”。课堂上的学生活泼可爱、思维敏捷,随时闪现着智慧的火花、提出无法预料的问题。这时“按部就班”显然不行,需要老师急中生智,当堂备课。在本学期的英语教学中,我经常遇到这样的问题。如开学第二节课在教学eleven、twelve、thirteen、fourteen、fifteen这几个单词时,我通过游戏引入新课教学时,突然有一学生站起来说:“老师,我们把5——10都没学,这我们怎么学啊?”我当时一愣,心理没了底。好在有几年的教学经验,我稳定了一下情绪,便和他们进行勾通,突然头脑一闪,何不把本节课的教学设计运用于5——10的教学呢,也是学习数字啊!于是,我将本节课的教学构思略加改动,又进行新课的教学。本节课学生的积极性得到了充分发挥,教学效果良好。
3、课后备课,总结教学经验。每节课后,我都及时对该课作出总结和反思,写出教后感,肯定本节课成功的地方,探讨本节课不足之处。为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三、认真上课,体现以人为本。
《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。”这便要求,英语课的教学要以学生为主,培养他们学习英语的兴趣,提高他们语言实际运用的能力。为此,我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:
1、巧设导入,培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣。
2、图文结合,掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点,充分运用实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生,让他们参与获取新知过程,培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时,我不厌其烦,耐心教导学生,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用。在学习新知的同时,还对他们进行思想教育。
3、游戏活动,巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后,通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动,培养他们的学习兴趣,提高他们语言的运用能力。
4、收听录音,复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟,让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听,第二遍边听边跟读。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点,又提高了同学们的听力水平和读音的准确性。
四、加强自学,不断积累知识。
由于本人在英语教学方面经验甚少,自己的知识又有限,在教学的同时,既虚心请教其他教师、学习教法,又加强自身的业务学习、扩大视野;既用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料,又常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
总之,一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多,收到的回报也不少:领导的信任,使我精力充沛;同事的帮助,使我干劲十足;学生的渴求,使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足,力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获!

1、教学内容
本课是外研版小学英语第三册Unit 3 Lesson 1,单元主题是Do you want some rice? 主要教学内容是介绍食物的名词,进餐时如何询问对方是否需要某种食物的基本日常用语。
2、教学重点

三、教学方法
本着以学生为主体,面向全体学生的原则,并且力求做到尊重学生的个体差异,选择合适的教学方法。
(1)任务型教学:本课根据一定的情境,设计了多种任务:Look and say;Guessing;Discussing in pairs or groups.通过有意义的活动,自主学习,合作为主。
(2)情境教学:针对小学生的心理特点,我运用卡片、小宠物、小鼓、多媒体激趣,并通过合适的歌曲让学生身心愉悦。
四、学生分析
本课是小学英语四上的内容,很多孩子刚刚学了一年的英语,知识积累还不够丰富,还是要将学习习惯、学习兴趣放在首位,因此力求课堂语言精炼,肢体语言丰富。我还在合适位置设置了songs和朗朗上口的chants来抓住学生,培养学生听说能力。
五、教具准备
多媒体辅助教学,教学卡片、磁带、小宠物、小鼓,画好的部分食物及文具的图片,巧克力,糖果和果冻等少量的零食。
六、教学过程

《It's the ABC song.》是新标准英语三年级下册Module 1 Unit 1的内容。这一单元主要是要求学生能整体认知和视觉感知26个英文字母。在本单元的教学过程中,有个问题让我十分困惑,那就是如何让学生正确、迅速地记住26个英文字母,规范地书写26个英文字母。虽然在上学期的英语教学过程中,已经穿插了英语字母的教学,但是要让学生迅速掌握这26个英文字母,还是有点困难。在进行字母教学过程中,我采取的是先示范,再仿写,然后练写的方式,而且特别强调字母的笔画、笔顺、和占格要规范;同时我还借助一些儿歌,来帮助学生掌握字母的占格规律。但是个别同学写得仍旧不够规范:一是字母的倾斜度掌握的不好;二是一些同学把英语字母的印刷体和手写体总是混淆。
26个字母的认读与书写非常重要,贯穿于以后的英语学习中,所以一定要在学生初学字母时就抓紧,为今后的书写打下基础。

本节课上课前,我预先在教室四周的墙上贴上了许多小动物的图片,之后,我边播放录音(动物的叫声)边指着墙上的图片依次问:“What are they?”孩子们依次答:“They are monkeystigerslionselephants.”当孩子们熟练了此句型后,我适时把主动权交给学生,找学生当小老师提问,小老师再点别的学生回答,孩子们跃跃欲试,兴致极高的问着、答着。
本节课,尊重学生的主体地位,创设真实的情境,利用多种游戏形式调动学生的积极性和主动性,较好地完成了学习任务。虽然对英语教学中如何将自主、合作、探究等渗透到课堂中进行课一定尝试,但自主、探究方面做得不够到位。还有每个环节、每个知识点之间的联系不够自然,不够新颖;制作的课件也比较单一,没能给人眼前一亮的感觉。在今后的教学中,我会查阅、收集有关英语教育教学的资料,多听课,积累经验,努力提升自己的业务水平。

整节课下来,学生的学习兴趣还不错,我把这堂课构思为一堂旅游课,并且借助快乐大巴为线索,让学生通过买礼物,学句子,送礼物三个大环节来把整课的内容穿插起来,这一点利用的不错,就是我自己的英语口语表达能力比较差,很多地方都是用中文才能表达出来,今后应该在日常口语方面多多练习。

本课的重点教学能容是学习pear, apple, orange, banana这四个词汇及掌握Do you like„?--Yes, I do./ No, I don‟t.并能在实际生活中会灵活运用这些词汇和句型。单纯的单词教学是很枯燥的,学习起来也很无味,考虑到学生的好奇心及求知欲,我大胆运用洋思中学“先学后教 当堂训练”的教学理念,在课堂上努力为学生营造一个宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围,设计了不同的教学游戏和操练方法学习本课内容。
整堂课上完之后,虽然有成功之处,但也发现存在着不足的地方。第一,有些学生被自己和他人的水果实物所吸引,出现了上课注意力不集中的现象,由于时间关系
我对此没有及时予以纠正。第二,我的语速过快,有些课堂用语,学生听得不够清晰,这样就导致学生不理解教师发出指令的意思,使学生在回答问题时无从下手。

二、利用听音判断大明上的课及利用节拍(以韵律诗)来练习重点句,既有趣味性,又调动了学生的积极性。
三、开放性的作业有利于发散学生的思维,提高学习英语的兴趣。本课的最大特色是拓展运用创设情景好。给学生提供了较为真实的实践的舞台。存在的不足及改进措施:

教学反思:
1.合理安排教学内容。先对图片描述来复习spring, summer, autumn, winter这四个季节,最后再加上动作fly kites, go swimming, play football, go skating,将教学内容由易而难,各个击破。
2.努力为学生创设情境。不管是热身复习,还是新课导入、拓展操练,都尽量使学生处于一个比较真实的语言环境中来运用所学知识。能充分利用多媒体辅助教学的优势,和学生身边熟悉的物品,给学生以形象、直观的信息,使知识的呈现生动有趣,运用和谐自然,从而加深了学生的理解和掌握,激发了学生的学习热情和兴趣。
3.注重单词教学。我在授课过程中没有进行单独的单词教学,而是让学生在创设的情境中,通过TPR的方式来引出新单词,学生接受起来比较容易。
同时我需要改进的地方:
1.本课要求掌握单词很多,在新授单词时速度过快,操练没有到位。
2.词组fly kites, go swimming, play football, go skating虽有放在句子中教授,与句子
We____ in____很好地结合起来,但没有对这个句型进行操练,导致最后学生不能熟练地输出。
3.小组活动没有充分展开,没有留给学生足够的时间自主学习。

(一)导入课题
对当天的天气情况作一下描述,It‟s today, but it‟s… 然后对课文中的四副图做一下观察。
(二)小组合作,学习生词
1.带领学生听一遍课文录音,Unit1活动一,整体感知课文,并画出生词,用磁带播放课文。
2.放第二遍录音,边听边读出黑板上的单词,可别难词反复跟读,掌握正确的发音。3.小组合作学习黑板上的生词。
(三)情景操练,学单词
1.出示几张关于天气的图片,比如:raining ,windy, snowing, sunny,认读并记忆这些词。可以画出一些图示来表示这些词。2.用以下几种方法进行操练:
小组内一人指表示天气的图片,其他人说出英语单词。
小组成员用肢体语言来形容某种气候和天气,其他组员进行猜单词。
(四)探究、感知课文 活动1:Listen and point.1.听录音,指向正确的图。
2.通过多次的听,让学生去模仿里面的发音。
3.教师领读,重点读一下难读的词或句子,并纠正一下发音。
4.让学会的学生领读。小组合作互读课文,要求能流利地、有感情的朗读课文、翻译课文。
5.小组内两人一小组,各选一副图进行描述,比一比谁描述的准确。活动2:Point and say.1.老师随便说出一副图里的句子,请学生说出季节。2.小组内互相练习。
3.练习几遍后脱离课本,请学生说出相应的季节。
4.找一个组内两名学生起来,一个说气候和天气,一个说出对应的季节。多练习几组。活动5:Colour game.1.请学生认真观察并记住四副图中分别代表四季的人物有什么特点。小组内进行讨论交流。
2.老师先来做个示范,随便说出两种颜色,让学生来猜是哪个季节。示意学生用 Is it … ?来猜,用 Yes, it is..或 No, it is‟t.来回答。3.小组练习。
4.最后请一组的学生上台表演,其他小组进行评论。歌曲学习:Rain, Rain, Go Away 1.领读歌曲题目。2.告诉学生歌词大意。
